Photo Elan captured the energy and personality of our wedding perfectly. Brian and Jennifer were fun and easy to work with both day of and in the after-process of designing our book. We loved working with Jennifer and Brian for our wedding. They were more than willing to work with us on creating a custom package based on our budget, and were always personable and professional. Our photos turned out beautiful and all of our friends and family loved their slideshow.

GORGEOUS photographs, so easy to work with and they threw and engagement shoot in with the package as well. Beautiful, couldn’t have asked for better service or a better experience.

Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?

Yes, upon request. 

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?

Is your media preference film or digital?

How many photographers do you work with?

Brian & Jennifer are the principle studio photographers.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Yes

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

We book only one event a day, two at the most for a weekend - one per day.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

Yes, many.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

Professional camera bodies and lenses. Studio lighting if needed for family photos. We also have back up gear with us.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Always

Do you charge hourly or full day?

Our collections have a specified number of hours included with the option of additional hours at a per hour rate.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

The only time we do take a "break" is when the bride and groom are eating, but during that time we are still taking candid photos. We do not require that a meal is provided.



Do you charge for travel?

Depends on the location.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

2 - 3 weeks

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
