I've been chomping at the bit to leave a review for Photo Phrame Photography. I say chomping at the bit, because I didn't feel right leaving feedback until after we had seen some pictures, and yesterday was our first picture session with Tom.

So much of working with a photographer happens before the shoot that it was clear Tom was professional, flexible and responsive. We had a few "different" requests in terms of timing and Tom was even more accommodating than we could have dreamed.

The ideas he had when we were at the shoot were exceptional. One of the first things my fiance and I had talked about after getting engaged was that we wanted a photographer who was going to take risks and be creative with picture opportunities. There isn't enough space here and you don't want to here me gush on for the amount of time that I would need to express how exceptional Tom and his father were in this area. Some of the ideas he had blew us away and we've already seen a few of those pictures - what fantastic shots he got!

Tom was incredibly easy to work with, and my fiance who will admit herself how anxious she gets in being the subject of pictures was so incredibly laid back that the whole evening was as fun as could be. It was like hanging out with a friend who happened to have a camera.

We've only seen a few pictures so far, but if those were the only ones we saw, I'd feel like we got a steal in booking Tom for our engagement pictures. Photo Phrame Photography is among the absolute best companies we've found in the entire process of booking our wedding, and I'm sure Tom will become a part of the family with all of the times I'm sure we'll be calling on him in the future.

Loved all the pictures T and his dad took!! Tom is so nice and creative! Oh did I happen to mention very reasonable !!!! Great times ! Thank you Tom for bringing my beautiful day to life!!!! Highly recommend!

My husband and I planned our wedding in a very short period of time. We were looking for a photographer and a friend recommended Thomas Bryant. He was extremely accommodating and worked with me even though it was such short notice. He took the time to get to know us and exactly what we wanted. We really were lucky to cross paths with him, he is a fantastic photographer - he took amazing photographs, wasn't afraid to try different things and really captured our day perfectly. Plus, he's an all around great guy!

We looked at a lot of photographers when we were planning our wedding, but Photo Phrame was by far the best, hands down! Tom was amazing to work with, and our pictures are breathtaking! I cannot recommend Photo Phrame enough!

Tom was easy to communicate with and very quick to reply both by phone and email. The service Tom offered for the price was outstanding and I would not hesitate to call him and his father again if I need a photographer in the future. My only small disappointment was with some of the color treatment on the photos, I did find them to be a bit strong, however he was willing to reissue those prints for me with a toned down finish that I was happy with. Thanks Tom

Tom and his father were so nice and caring. When things started to get a little crazy right before I left the house they pulled me aside and took my pictures and let my bridesmaids deal with the carzyness that was going on. The pictures came out wonderful. They were so nice I even hired them to photograph my daughters baptism along with her 4 cousins. I have told everyone I know about them. I can't wait to hire them again for a family event.

My husband and I are so happy with the quality of our wedding photos and album. Tommy took the perfect mix of posed and candid photographs- he just captured every moment perfectly so that our album tells the story of our wedding day from beginning to end. We highly recommend!

What primary photographic style do you identify with?

What do your packages include?

Albums, Custom Graphic Design, Digital Files, Flush Mount, High Resolution Images, Matted Prints, Prints, Proof CD of All Images, Thank You Cards

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes

Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?

We offer full customization and Digital Manipulation if requested or needed.

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?

We have shot in broad day light, in the snow, and in near complete darkness. Light Manipulation is our specialty

Is your media preference film or digital?

We prefer to shoot in Digital, with all range of the color spectrum in mind, but also shoot in film preferably B&W Film. Digital keeps the wedding more affordable... although we can combine packages.

How many photographers do you work with?

Inlcuding myself, 2 full time experienced Photographers

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

My presence is totally guaranteed. My father and I are at your service.

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

No, We book 1 event a day.... and no more than 2 events a week. 

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

Yes, we have a part time Second Shooter in case anyone falls ill.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

4 Full frame Digital Cameras, Wireless flash triggers, Diffusers, Modifiers, and setup equipment for full blown Portrait shoots on the fly. We have bring the Studio to you.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

as mentioned above.... we bring everything needed, backup for the backups! :-)

Do you charge hourly or full day?

We charge for half day or full day Events (4 or 8 hour time periods)

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

Yes .... anything over 12 hours in a single day and there is an extra charge hourly.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

Clients must provide a meal for all photographers if the event happens to be a full day event, or half day afternoon event.

Do you charge for travel?

We charge for the cost of the tickets, Gas, shelter and food for all events outside of our locally serviced area

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

Working proofs can start to be viewed with the week of your event. Complete Proofs are usually done roughly within a 60 day time period.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

All proofs are in low resolution JPG digital format viewed in each clients own personal Photo Gallery for 2 months of Opened Viewing.

How long can the client keep the proofs?

2 Months of Opened Viewing

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

All Copyrights are sold to each client via their Wedding Package they select.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

I do reserve the right to publish all photos created before and after the Copywritten Images are sold to the client. On the other hand, every client has permission to also publish those very same images AFTER the purchase of those images have been made and the transfer of those images are complete.

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

All digital files are placed on a DVD with full resolution for future prints and enlargments.

Will images be available for viewing online?

Yes the Client is provided with a 60 day viewing from their own Personal Photo Gallery sent via email link form.

What kind of albums do you offer?

All kinds of albums... from talbe top complimentary albums, to Modern Photo Book bindings, to 100% Leather Bound Collections

When will the client get the final album?

Usually a complete album takes about 1 month to finish. Exact times vary due to size and variety/ type of album
