I cant say enough good things about Andy Pak our photographer. We had a full day engagement session, and he made us feel comfortable and gave plenty of direction. Our engagement photos turned out great. On our wedding day, he arrived when asked, was very professional, and got all the shots we wanted. He did a nice mix of candid and artistic shots. i would definitely recommend him!

Andy and Mark are truly great at what they do. From the moment we met with Mark to the end of the night of the wedding, everything went smoothly. Andy made our engagement session a breeze. It was a bit tiring because we were in Venice, trying to get the different backgrounds but it was all worth it. Everything came out vibrant with a little bit of artsy-ness. The wedding pictures were even better. Everything just came out so beautifully. I thought the communication factor wasn't a factor, as indicated with the previous review. My husband doesn't speak a lick of korean and both Andy and Mark are proficient in english to not have any communication gaps. Another plus, PhotoSense was reasonably priced for the great quality you got.

Photo Sense is a mixed bag. Andy and his assistant did take magnificent photos of my husband and I during both our engagement shoot and our wedding day. They are very, very talented. However, they did not take sufficient photos of important family members (my mother, twin sister, etc.). I seriously think they paid attention to who was best looking rather than who was related to the bride and groom. I LOVED that they gave us digital images within a month of our wedding. We have been able to print them, send them via e-mail, post on-line. But the album.... that's another story. I spent about 20 hours total with my husband having to re-order all the photos because they had absolutely no sense of what happened in what order on our wedding day and just through everything in together, without any organization. After all that, the company with which they contracted to do their albums went out of business. They've found a new company, but there is an enormous backlog... it's been 15 months almost since our wedding, and we have no albums to show for it!

I love our photographs! I was so excited about them and love looking through them again and again. Our photographer, Lee, was wonderful and very talented. I would rate the photos themselves as an A+. Since the studio is run by Koreans (specifically, non-native English speakers), communication was a little bit difficult. Communication was purely through phone; there was no email communication. The other service I wish they provided was to put the photographs online and to make it easy for my guests to purchase copies. But they don't do this.
