Katrina was great and really funny. she kept everyone laughing which meant everyone was smiling. we were able to see our wedding pics within 10 days of our wedding

We highly recommend PhotoBox Studio! Debra and her staff took SO MANY pictures of our wedding it was difficult to narrow down our selections. They were pleasant and easy to work with (even after 8 hours of constant shooting :) and I would happily refer any bride and groom to them!

They did a awesome job. The photos were beautiful. Very professional and made the whole day very enjoyable. Months later, I am still getting comments on how beautiful the photos look.

Debra was amazing. She got all of the "big" moments I was hoping she would. The best part is I don't feel like we took a ton of pictures, but we had over 1100 to choose from! Debra truly captured our day, I could not be happier with the results.

Great photographer! The pictures are beautiful...everything we wanted for our wedding :) We were very pleased with the journalistic story our pictures told of the day. Deb did a great job of capturing all the people and the precious moments, big and small. The pictures are a great value compared to other photographers in the area, and we would definitely recommend this photographer to anyone and everyone :)

Thank you for capturing our wedding! Having a bilingual photographer was a great asset to making our overseas relatives feel more comfortable. I rated the responsiveness category lower because there were several times we e-mailed the studio and didn't get any response back for weeks. Also, it seemed like many different people in the office were sending out emails to us and there were mistakes made that may not have happened with better organization. All in all, we had a wonderful time and the photographs are of great quality. We will recommend you to future brides and grooms! Thank you!

They were willing to do a lot of the planning by phone. Some of the shots are pixely when printed in larger prints. I was slightly disappointed that since it was pouring on our wedding day a large portion of our pictures were very posed. THe non posed pictures that they got are many of my favorites so I wish there were more.

What primary photographic style do you identify with?

What do your packages include?

Albums, Custom Graphic Design, Digital Files, Flush Mount, High Resolution Images, Negatives, Prints, Thank You Cards

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes

Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?

Yes. We edit and enhance every image, we ensure everyone look their best!

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?

Yes. We have been challenged with various lighting situations. Hundreds of weddings performed.

Is your media preference film or digital?

Digital

How many photographers do you work with?

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

So far we have not missing any of our booked event.

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

no.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

We have 4 lead photographers

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

Professional grade cameras and lenses with extra lighting equipments.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Yes, at least two cameras on site.

Do you charge hourly or full day?

Package

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

We could do overtime if requested in advance. If requested on the day-of-wedding, it would have to depending on the availability of the photographer.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

usually no break.

Do you charge for travel?

if driving time is more than one hour away. $75 dollars for wedding that is more than one hour and less than 2 hour away. $150 for wedding that is more than two hours away.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

2-3 weeks.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

digital, hardcopy prints are also available upon order.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

Yes. But clients are also assigned printing right.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Yes. Only for business promotional purpose.

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

Yes.

Will images be available for viewing online?

Yes. 3 months accessable
