Photography by Martin Tremarco
Amazing! Marty was absolutely amazing! Him and his assistant Terry took such great care of us at the wedding. I was thrilled with his professionalism and his talent. He took beautiful pictures and was a pleasure to work with. The photo booth that we rented as part of our package is still being talked about from the people at my wedding!
We used Marty for our engagement photos, and thought the pictures were great, so we hired him for our November '09 wedding a year in advance. We gave him our down payment, made the second payment before the wedding, and the final payment before we recieved our wedding proofs, as was stipulated by our contract. Prior to Marty recieving the final payment, he was very attentive. The pictures were great and he answered emails almost immediately. Then, he recieved all of his money. And all I had to show for it was my book of proofs. It took repeated emails for Marty to respond to any questions and concerned. He used excuse after excuse after excuse to explain why I didn't have pictures that I ordered, which I finally recieved at the end of September. Then the excuses continued to explain why I still did not have my album. Finally, after telling Marty that I was going to contact a laywer if I did not recieve it, I had it in my hand in Jan '11. Unfortunately, the cover was terrible. (The photo paper was not cut straight, the piano wood was chipped and there were markings on the photo). When I called Marty to explain the problems, he was nasty and tried to put all the blame on the the album company. He became very upset when I reminded him that he was the one that was paid and signed the contract, and therefore, he was responsible. And, now, since I will be returning my album so that he can make the corrections, I will continue waiting for my album...well over a year after the wedding.
When I hired Marty, I thought he was a nice guy, who happened to be a great photographer and businessman. Well, now, all I can say is that he takes nice pictures...
I have not recieved my pictures yet but so far the service was awesome
