We were pleased with the service from Glen and his papparatzi. We orginally booked Glen to do the photos but he also had us work with Sheri Russell, who was fantastic. Glen could not do the shoot on the wedding day because of his back injury but he then assigned us another photographer Ryan who was also very good. You have to understand and click with Glen's sense of humor to be comfortable with him. We did. We had a non traditional same sex wedding with which many places were not comfortable. Glen was. His photographers were very sweet and professional and handled the wedding with grace. You can't beat what we got for the price. Remember to bring him a nice hazelnut coffee and you'll do very well. Love ya Glen.

We liked the company and the owner Glen up until our wedding.
We were told that Glen would be shooting our wedding along with an assistant. Glen was suffering and couldn't shoot our wedding which was understandable, and his replacement Kim was excellent, but we were never told that Kim was replacing both Glen and the assistant. We paid for two dinners at our wedding for only one photographer and could not get our money back from the hall. We missed many shots that we wanted of everyone getting ready because she couldn't be at two places at once. That is why we agreed to two photographers.
Our photos were beatiful, but we also noticed that there were many shots missing off of the photo CD that we received after the wedding. The CD is supposed to have every photo taken, but ours is missing several.We have attempted to contact the company since the wedding and have not had much luck in doing so. We will no longer be recommending the company to our friends and family

Awwww, what a shame. This couples images were stunning to sy the least. We have a few in our gallery for public display as well. I'm so sorry to hear that they were not pleased. I've offered to discuss any issues but no response has been forwarded. I wish there was more we could say but having one not so good review out of 2000 is a pretty good track record. I would still like to make them happy though. Glen

We really liked to owner of the company- he was great and he was the reason we chose PhotoPors. Unfortunately, we didn't get to meet our actual photographer (they never offered! and we didn't ask) until the wedding. The chemistry was NOT THERE at all like it was with our contact person. The photographer seemed more interested in formals than in photojournalism, and we had made it very clear that we were specifically looking for a more photojournalistic approach. We spent a lot of money and didn't get as much for our money as we expected- not because our contact was not responsive, but because our photographer didn't understand where we were coming from. My Bridesmaids got better shots of the things that really mattered to us. All I can say is that I love the company but didn't like the photographer, and I would DEFINITELY recommend meeting with your actual photographer prior to the wedding.
