Pianist for All Occasions did an excellent job at my our wedding. They were on time and performed beautifully before the ceremony. They also blended well in the offerings during the ceremony.

I would absolutely recommend Alishia for anyone looking for someone who can deliver beautiful, classic harp music as well as more modern, recognizable songs.The beauty of her music ability was appreciated by all at our small, intimate wedding ceremony.We loved her!

Pianist for All Occassions is absolutely the finest choice for a pianist for weddings in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. Not only does he play beautiful music, but heis SO experienced with weddings! he knows all the songs, knows when to stop, start, increase volume or speed up, or slow down... playing for a wedding is REALLY difficult, because so many things can happen unexpectedly, and Kenneth has the experience, tact, and ability to work with anything that comes up. Plus, he is extremely friendly and flexible. Only if kenneth wasn't available would I recommend anyone else - he really is the best choice for a wedding pianist in the Dallas Fort Worth area.

Kenneth Medor went above and beyond and we received tons of compliments from our guests at what a great job the Kenneth did. Many guests told us kenneth was the best Pianist they had heard. Kenneth Meador for 18 years has performed memorable piano solos for weddings, receptions and other events. My repertoire includes classical, contemporary and religious music tailored for your special day. I am currently employed as an assistant music minister. I enjoy sharing the gift of music as it has a healing and calming effect that makes any event a memorable one, especially your wedding day. I attended both Texas Christian University while studying the clarinet and attended UT-Arlington. I have accompanied hundreds of instrumentalist and vocalist throughout the years. Additional Advice

How does my piano performance progress? I arrive so I can set up my music in the order we have decided. I start playing when guests arrive approximately 20 to 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. The guests will be transported to a relaxing and exuberant feeling as the music will unfold the beauty of the wedding. Typically I will play musical selections chosen by the bride and groom for entrance of parents, the bridal party, and the bride. I may accompany a soloist if one is requested. Also, I usually play during the lighting of a unity candle. At the end, I'll play recessional music for the exit of the bridal party and family. If requested I'll also play for the reception if no DJ is performing.

Who picks the music? Usually the bride and groom or in most cases they leave it in the hands of the professional and they pick a few of their favorites, classical, contemporary or religious.

Do you accompany vocalist or instrumentalist? Yes I do and any practice time can be negotiated into the price.

Always make sure the piano at the location is well tuned if it's an acoustic grand piano. You can contact me or the venue to make sure we get it tuned.
An out of tune piano will really distract from a beautiful wedding. An alternative is to have a digital keyboard, I do have that and it's always in tune.
