Pick N Personalize LLC

I ordered 2 heart cookie cutters wrapped organza. A little label attached to it says, “ Cut out for each other”. They were a hit and were $1 each! The picture on the website looks like the cookie cutters will be larger.

This site is awful! We were supposed to have our favors within 5 days and it took six weeks. we finally had to contact our credit card company and have them call pick and personalize because they refused to return our calls. Many people have had problems with them I would not use this site. Buyers Beware!

I ordered wedding favors from pick and personalize about two months ago.The order was cancelled because they could not deliver on time.. They took out the amount on my credit card. I have been trying to get my refund. I have emailed almost every day for the past 3 weeks, but no one has responded to my emails. online live support is not working. There is no phone number on the site for me to contact them. I would never order from this site again. Barbara

HORRIBLE!!!I ordered favors for my best friend’s bridal shower which I’m hosting next week. After completing their online payment transaction I thought it was strange that I wasn’t directed to a confirmation sheet I could print for my records. I figured it was a system glitch, and I would get an e-mail confirmation. It’s been about a week I haven’t received any confirmation, but they did find the time to withdraw the money from my bank account. Like many others I’ve been trying tirelessly to call them to get an order status (getting Brian’s vm which is full), sending messages (which don’t go through) etc. I even called my bank and got the phone number of the company they’re registered under, Promo Empire LLC, that is actually Brian’s VM as well.

Yesterday, I found out that they are listed as an F rating on the Better Business Bureau and at one time they used the BBB logo on their website which they were legally made to remove!!

I think it’s pretty sad that something as easy as ordering favors for a special event has come down to doing research on every bad review etc. Not only do I strongly urge you not to buy from this website, please contact your credit card companies and banks which will open an investigation of you disputed claims.

DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!!! I placed an order and the wedding has come and gone. They do not have a telephone number that works. There is no way to contact anyone. I cannot believe this business is still able to place orders and take peoples money. I wish I had read other people's review before I made my purchase. I ordered a sample and it came right away and it looked very nice. Totally mislead!!

Just wanted to agree with some of the other comments about this business. Don't use them!!! I ordered a personalized gift for one of my friends for her bachelorette party, a personalized tote bag that I was going to fill with goodies once it got here ... Well, it never got here so I went to see if I could track my order and guess what? The website has been removed from the internet. Obviously they decided to close their business, but my credit card was still charged! Thankfully my credit card company is looking into it and I should receive a refund for the item. I would suggest contacting your credit card company if you have any problems like this. They can probably help you, too.
