Piece of Cake

Judy and her team are an absolute dream to work with. First off, their cupcakes are beyond delicious. They are simple, but so incredibly tasty. And there are so many different flavor and filling combinations so everyone will be satisfied! She took care of delivery, set up, and clean up without any hassle at all, and made our cupcake display look absolutely wonderful.

Piece of Cake made us a beautiful cake just exactly as we had planned. Judy, the owner, took personal care and attention to make sure it was perfect with detailed planning ahead of time and her own personal delivery on the wedding day (her standard policy). In order to make logistics easier (as we had a ceremony and reception about an hour apart), she even purchased the fresh flowers for our cake herself and brought them down to our location. In addition, she even offered to decorate the table surrounding the cake with starfish and flower petals (cape cod reception). It was such a beautiful touch that really added to the overall look and something she didn't have to do! I would definitely recommend A Piece of Cake.

Piece of Cake did a fabulous job with my coastal/ sailing themed cake! We had three separate tiers with a different type and filling which they could accommodate with no problem. The owner was warm friendly and loves what she does!! It was so wonderful to work with her and the cake was phenomenal! The intricate detail I was looking for along with the scattered shell white chocolates and the white chocolate 3 dimensional sailboat they were able to construct on the top of the cake pulled our entire wedding theme together!! The pricing was very reasonable and we will continue to use Piece of Cake for all of our family get-togethers!! We highly recommend them!!

Judy was great to work with and our cake was beautiful. My only complaint was that we had raspberry filling and most people said they only got a tiny bit of it or could not taste it at all.

The cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious. We also had a groom's cake as a suprise to Rick and he was thrilled with it. It was great.

Judy was so nice and great to work with! She was really enthusiastic about our non-traditional cake and very willing to accomodate our wishes. The cake turned out fantastic and tasted amazing-- our friends are still talking about it! Highly recommended!!

Judy and her cakes are fantastic! Our cake testing involved a "tea time" with antique china and unbelievably delicious cake. During our initial chat we decided on the right size cake, our flavors (lots to choose from), and what we wanted as far as decoration. We had a 1930's theme for our wedding involving lots of pearls, so we had that cross over into our cake, along with a water fountain. It was so beautiful and perfect. We stopped in a week or so before the wedding to drop off our cake topper and to check in with final plans/ideas. After our ceremony, the cake was the first thing we saw entering our reception hall and it took my breath away. I hated cutting into it when the time came -- but man oh man, was it worth it. Judy makes the BEST cakes! soft and creamy, thinking about it right now makes me want some. Luckily, her cupcakes are just as fantastic, which means we don't have to get married every time we want some of her baking.

Judy was so much fun to work with. Her prices are great and she made us exactly what we were envisioning. My husband's biggest concern in the wedding planning process was the cake and he had to make sure it tasted homemade and delicious. It certainly did and we can't wait to eat the top layer on our 1st anniversary!

So beautiful and so delicious! The owner/baker was really easy to work with and her work speaks for itself. We had a nice cake tasting a few months prior to the wedding, and it was really difficult to decide which one to choose because they were all soooo yummy! Well worth the price!

I went to Piece of Cake after hearing that the original baker we were going to hire did an awful job with cakes. I was able to get her booked even though it was only 2 months till our wedding. We had a custom made sandcastle cake for our beach themed wedding and not only did she make it look good, it tasted divine! We just thawed out some of the leftovers (we had alot) and even thawed, it tasted delicious!! We got exactly what we asked for and she did an incredible job!

I would reccomend this shop for any bride to be whether you want a traditional cake or something different they were amazing with it all. I had a traditional looking cake with a not so traditional inside the different frostings and fillings were great and the cake look amazing.

Very nice to work with...even with a bride that changed her mind late in the game.
