Penny is fabulous and so incredibly kind. She was a joy to work with, and best of all my flowers were absolutely breathtaking. So glad I decided to work with them!

We were immediately taken with the displays by Pink Petunia Designs at the 2012 wedding expo and subsequently its owners, Greg and Penny. Their level of artistry and professionalism is second to none. The only thing lovelier then the flowers at the wedding was our bride!

I worked with Pink Petunia for my wedding last month, and couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process. From start to finish, Penny was great to work with. I was nervous having a large bridal party, 2 moms and 3 grandmothers, and a limited floral budget, but Penny worked me every step of the way, to not only stay close to budget, but also give me exactly what we were looking to achieve. The girls' bouquets turned out awesome, and Penny gave great direction on some different options based on looks and price. My bouquet was beautiful, and I'm so pleased that I didn't have to compromise on what I was looking for even with a tighter budget. Penny came highly recommended to me by a friend, and fellow bride, who with whom she was working as well. As a bride new to Charlotte, any personal recommendation from a bride, especially one who was also a friend, was something I loved, but of course I felt the need to be guarded and wary until I met "the vendor" myself. From the start of our e-mail notes, Penny was so responsive and kind that I thought this was too good to be true. With great hope (and some trepidation), I traveled to meet Penny and Greg at the Pink Petunia studio in Dallas, NC.

Upon entering the studio, I was struck with scents of flowers, and nature, and honestly, creativity. After our consultation -- which lasted as long as it needed to for us both to feel comfortable with one another -- I remember calling my (then) finance and saying, "I hope she liked me as much as I liked her"!

It may sound strange to want a florist to "like" you, but if there is one thing I learned, it is how important communication is -- and with Penny, there is NO question as to her communication skills...they almost match her creativity!

To learn their business history and to watch them work is to meet a part of the Charlotte wedding industry that has existed within one family for over 70 years. I would recommend Pink Petunia to every bride every day of the week (and twice on Sunday, since that's when I got married...and they did not blink an eye to working a 7-day work week...)

Greg and Penny did such an excellent job on our wedding! They were helpful in narrowing down my ideas and surpassed my expectations! They created the most unique and beautiful flower arrangements that I have ever seen!

Penny from Pink Petunia Designs was a dream come true. I had an awful and nightmarish (if that's a word) experience with another vendor and Penny not only saved my vision, but she executed it seamlessly.

Penny was awesome to work with and she gave some great ideas on how to execute my vision while keeping me within budget. No matter how many times I threw ideas to her, she listened and provided valuable feedback. I wish I could upload a picture of what she designed for our wedding, but she definitely was heaven sent and we are forever grateful to Penny and her team for what she designed at our wedding.

Our ceremony was STUNNING. We had an all white ceremony, the clouds of baby breath with the hydrangea base, the white chiffon, the pedestals - all so beautiful and perfect. I can't wait to see the pictures so that I can see all of the details. I clearly missed everything I obsessed over. Based on the pictures I have seen, it was PERFECT.

For our reception we wanted to incorporate peaches, vintage, glam, candlelight and it was PERFECT. We were impressed and our guests loved it all!

Penny did a terrific job with my bridesmaids flowers and my bouquet ... the reception hall was beautifully and elegantly decorated to my liking ... she was very helpful and very knowledgeable of flowers ... I would recommend Penny anytime!

We found Pink Perunia Designs at the Bridal show in Charlotte at the Charlotte Convention Center. With so many to look at that day, theirs was a stand out! My daughter loved the vintage look and loved their use of cabbage roses, peonies, greenery etc. Again, their booth was just one we could not forget and kept coming back to in our minds long after the show.
We met several times with Penny and created our daughter's wish for her outdoor ceremony at Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden. We have also dabbled in doing flowers for some people, so we were very picky and knew what we wanted and did not want. The selections and creativity that Penny showed us helped us know that we could trust them to do the job and do it well. They were patient with us, another very important quality when you are going through the whole bridal experience. We were very pleased when that special day came.

I saw the beautiful work of Pink Petunia at my neices wedding a year before my daughters. I knew I had to hire Pink Petunia! I have never seen anything so beautiful and elegant that the flowers for my daughters wedding. They were breathtaking! All comments about the wedding started with the OMG the flowers were fabulous..stunning...incredible..My daughter wanted the WOW factor and it was beyond that. Working with Penny and Greg was professional but comfortable at the same time.They took some ideas we had and actully made containers to meet our request. I have already booked them for my others daughter wedding in March of next year.. I have recommended to all my freinds and would never consider using anyone else.Planning a wedding can be very stressful but working with Pink Petunia was one of the highlights.. OUTSTANDING experience about sums it up.

Pink Pentunia provided the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen in my life for our wedding & reception. Penny and her staff were awesome to work with! Pink Petunia was outstanding to work with. They were so willing to work with us to fit our wants and budget. The flowers for the tables were gorgeous and when we got our bouquets, I didn't want to stop looking at them, they were so pretty. The flowers for the wedding and reception were far beyond anything I could have imagined. The arrangements were beautiful and still fresh for days afterward. Penny and Greg were always available for questions and provided many suggestions to make the wedding day go smoothly.
