We hired Pink Swan Events to help us plan our wedding after we figured out that it was going to require a lot more detail than we could have ever imagined. Not only did they ease our minds with the personal attention that they showed us, but they were there step by step throughout the whole process. Jennifer not only arranged the cake tastings but she was also present the day of. She also went to all of the gown fittings because we don't have a lot of family that lives in the same town, so this was very helpful, she gave us her honest opinion on everything that was asked. At the last minute she even helped tie the bustle on my dress because my maid of honor could not figure out how to do it. This is the first time either of us has been married and we had no idea on where to even begin. She helped us with the floral as well as the gown preservation after our wedding. Even after our wedding day, Jennifer contacted us to make sure that all of the rentals were returned, and that we were completely satisfied and also to see if there was anything else that we needed. I would highly recommend Jennifer and Pink Swan Events to anyone thinking about getting married. And Jennifer if you're reading this, THANK YOU for the complimentary candy bags that you provided, everyone loved them!!

Pink Swan Events far exceeded our every expectation. We hired Jennifer to provide "day-of" coordination services, but she started working for us at least a month ahead of time.
Jennifer asked us all the right questions about our priorities and plan for the day. She took the initiative to reach out to all of our vendors and iron out final details. She prepared a detailed (eight-page!) timeline that covered Friday's rehearsal to Sunday's brunch and distributed a floor plan so everyone would be familiar with the layout of the wedding venue. From the rehearsal onward, our families and attendants were making comments like, "Wow, this is so well-organized!" That was all Jennifer.
By the time the wedding day came around, I had such trust in Jennifer that I truly didn't worry about anything. She and her assistant, Carly, made sure everything ran smoothly. They worked with all of the vendors and set up all of the items we needed, including our unconventional centerpieces, which Pink Swan assembled for us. When we had minor hiccups—the hotel lost power as the first of our guests were checking in; the cake delivery ran late—Jennifer pressed for quick fixes and kept us informed. She even texted me the morning after the wedding with a couple of reminders so we could wrap everything up. Jennifer is pro-active, professional, dedicated, communicative, and extremely easy to work with.
I've talked with a lot of women who said they were too tired, busy, or stressed to enjoy their own weddings. Thanks in large part to Jennifer, I was able to relax and have a truly wonderful day. At first, my fiancé and I weren't sure we needed a wedding coordinator; now, I can honestly say hiring Pink Swan was the single best decision we made in planning our wedding. I can't recommend Jennifer strongly enough.

I had a wonderful experience working with this company. One thing, that stood out, is that Jennifer was always available, and responded very quickly. She did everything and above, than what was expected. On the day of the wedding everything would not have gone as smooth, if she was not there with her team. My husband was also very pleased, and he is hard to please. They are very pleasant and professional, and they listened to what we wanted, and didnt take over my wedding. Our initial consultations are complimentary. This is a chance for us to get to know each other to see if we’re a good fit to work together. Do you charge an hourly rate, a flat rate or a percentage of my overall wedding budget? What is the retainer to secure our services? We charge a flat rate for your customized wedding planning service. In most cases, a retainer between $300 - $1,000 is required to secure our services. A fee schedule will be tailored to your needs prior to signing a contract. What types of weddings do you accommodate? All – Civil, Destination, Double Weddings, Eco-Friendly / Green, LGBT, Military How many weddings or events will you coordinate per day? Pink Swan Events will only take one wedding or event per day per wedding consultant. Why should I hire a Pink Swan Events? For many couples, it is their very first time planning a wedding. Many are confused as to where to begin, how much everything costs, and how to choose vendors. Planning a wedding is not only about choosing your colors, flowers, and menu. There are logistical matters to attend to such as the timing of events, parking situations, and knowing which vendors are reputable. We are here to guide you and to take care of all of these concerns. We are able to help save you time and money as well as your sanity so you can actually enjoy your wedding day! Do you support or cater to any specific religions? We cater to all religions. What wedding planning services do you offer? Day-of Coordinator, Full Planning, Month of Planning, and Consultation Only What sizes of weddings have you coordinated in the past? We have coordinated weddings from just the bride and groom only to hundreds of guests. What additional types of events do you service? Anniversaries, Baby Showers / Milestones, Bar / Bat Mitzvahs, Birthdays, Bridal Showers, Corporate Events, Debutante Balls, Eco-Friendly / Green Weddings, Engagement Parties, Graduations, Holiday Parties, LGBT Weddings / Ceremonies, Proms, Quinceaneras, Sweet 16s How much communication will we have? We have a strict policy to respond to all emails and phone messages in a timely manner. We will respond to all messages within 24 hours. Regardless of the service contracted for, all clients will have access to unlimited communication with us. How many assistants will you have on my wedding day? One consultant and at least one-two assistants will be at your wedding. We will have more assistants should you have multiple locations, a large bridal party, and a large guest count. How do you dress for our event? For weddings, all consultants and assistants will wear professional black attire. Will you eat and drink during the reception ? Many weddings can turn into 10, 12, and even 14 hour days, vendor meals during your reception are much appreciated. .
