Dear Bill, Donna & Bradley: I want to extend a warm thank you to all of you, but especially to Bradley for his work both during rehearsal and on the wedding day. The rain made for some very tense moments and he worked hard to keep on top of everything. As the mother of the bride I felt like I could really enjoy the day since Bradley had a good handle on the schedule. Thank you for allowing us to bring in food for the bridal party (they really were hungry after pictures earlier in the day). The service at the reception was very good. The food was delicious with one exception - the mashed potatoes tasted watered down so there was little flavor to them. Overall - I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PINNACLE CENTER ! Thanks again everyone!

Although The Pinnacle Center pulled through on the day of my wedding, it was a rough road to plan for my reception. I dealt with an inconsistent shuffle of event planners, each one giving different information. This information proved to give me an extra 12 hour project the week before my wedding because of the annoying miscommunications.The Pinnacle Center is not flexible in many ways - they have the "It's our way or the highway" type of mentality, even when it comes to changing traditional events & dances.Value ----- ??? What value? A 1/4 barrel keg of Bud Light costs $110 and bottom shelf wine for $15/bottle!! Not that I had a major drinking crowd, but I certainly paid for it like I did! This was a rip off, considering we still had to pay a bartender fee on top of the sponsored bar price. Also - the cash bar option I attended at another friend's wedding $5 for a 16 oz Bud Light, and $5 for well Mixed drinks. Even though it was a cash bar, they provided the very bottom shelf liquors, as if they weren't charging enough.Besides the outrageous extras that cost so much (under-table lighting), they did not supply outdoor cocktail tables for my Fountain-side outdoor area as I requested and they confirmed.If you are paired up with a wedding planner named Ryan - REFUSE at any cost. He is very inconsistent and does not follow through.The pinnacle Center turned out to be a beautiful place to hold my reception - but I definitely PAID for it. $$$$ I wasn't looking for the cheap way out of anything for my whole event that day, but the overcharge of their services was beyond any I have ever dealt with before.

The Pinnacle is your all in one stop shop for an event center. We had our wedding reception here and it could not have gone any better. Even our professional photographers said it was the best venue they have ever been to. The food options are vast and the food is fantastic, our guest complimented how great the food was. They have great packages for open bar and my groomsmen were very delighted. The technology is great, they have GOBO lighting which is the latest craze for all weddings. They also have lighting that switch's colors during the beat of the music so the dancing made you feel like you were in a club! They were also very flexible with music-not only do they have a large playlist selection they were able to accomdate specific Thai/Laotion music we wanted to play. There is also a video of the entire reception that is given to you at the end of the night. The venue has many areas to take great wedding photographs, there is also a meeting/office area where we were able to change. There are many vendors (Photobooth, Floral, etc) that are familiar with The Pinnacle Center and they enjoy working with them. The staff and owners of The Pinnacle Center are great, anything my wife wanted or asked they either had or accomadated for us. It made things SO MUCH EASIER for me. If I had to do it all over again I would choose TPC without a doubt.

We were very pleased with the professionalism of The Pinnacle Center. We really appreciated how organized everyone was and how smoothly things went on the day of the wedding! We loved everything about TPC, the food, the location, the service, etc!

The Pinnacle Center is a wonderful venue for a reception (and ceremony, if that is what your needs may be). The staff, and Bill & Donna were great to work with and very flexible with requests that helped to make our reception truly our own and unique. The food was outstanding and we received many compliments on good the food tasted, the presentation, and the amount of food available for our guests. I would not hesitate at all to recommend TPC to another couple in their wedding planning. We had a great time at our reception and could not have asked for a better experience from TPC to make it all happen. :)

The Pinnacle Center was a beautiful place to have our reception! I fell in love with it the moment I saw it.. I loved that it has a sound booth with their own DJ, who was great; plated meals that were indescribable; and wonderful services! They were very professional and organized which I loved! Even at the last minute they were assisting with setting up another room for us to use for our ceremony due to the rainy weather... I will always be appreciative of that! They are definitely worth it!

AMAZING!!! Tammy (the reception coordinator) is hands down the best person i could have asked for! she handled all the little details and they are a one stop reception venue!! catering, DJ, linens, china.....they do it all!

I loved the Pinncale. They include set up and takedown of tables, chairs, linens, china, silverware, you name it. The chairs and tables are included in the price. They have a DJ included in the $2000 package, which is awesome because they have an amazing sound system and getting DJ's elsewhere can get costly. Huge kitchen for catering, they have their own catering but you can choose to get it from somewhere else (but their food is delicious!). It is so worth every penny.

I would definitely recommend them for your event.I couldn't have asked for anything better. The presentation was phenomenal as well, made our setting look super expensive.Making evening fun for everyone to enjoy.

The Pinnacle Center was wonderful! The reception for our daughter"s wedding was delightful. Our guests raved about the food and service.

It IS worth the money for everything that is included. You dont realize how much coordination is involved until you get closer to your wedding. The pinnical includes so much of the coordinating details that it is well worth the rental fee. It sounds like a lot. I think the minimum was $7000 but that included the food, setup, lights, dancefloor, DJ, MC. All the other places will add additional costs for everything!!! Anywhere elso you would go you would maybe pay a couple grand less. But it's worth the stress you wont have because you dont have to set up etc, etc..The only major thing that was missing was the take-down aspect. The vases had to be retured to the flower shop so we had to take the centerpieces apart. The pinaccle said we couldn't do it the next day because there was going to be church. Wouldn't flowers at church be good??? I think they should have included someone to help take down the flower arrangements at the end of the night. They did tell us ahead of time but we didn't realize how complicated and difficult our centerpieces would be to take down and it was hard work to get them apart at the end of the night and my parents got stuck doing it. The pinnacle should have included that in their fee. It's just something you dont really realize the issue until it's already there!The music was great. The MC was lacking a little personality and it didn't seem very personable. But besides that, the whole overall experience was great. Food was great, everything flowed perfect through the night. Huge venue! Very Happy overall.

everything went so smoothly and as the bride I didn't have to wonder or worry about something getting done!

Food was great! Two months after the wedding, I am still having guests tell me how delicious the food was! The only problem we had, was the guests had a hard time hearing the overhead annoucements of the dollar dance, boquet/garter toss. Overall, a great venue!

We had both our wedding ceremony and reception at The Pinnacle Center. The Pinnacle Center provided DJ service for both the wedding and ceremony, catering, beverage service and also provided the video of our ceremony and reception. The fact that all of the above services were included took a lot of the stress out of the planning process. The Garden Area for the wedding was beautifully landscaped and our pictures turned out amazing. The reception was perfect and the staff coordinated everything from the entrance of the wedding party to the cake cutting, dances etc. We received feedback from many guests that the food was some of the best they have had compared to other weddings.Overall our experience with The Pinnacle Center was positive. The only complaint I would have was with our coordinator and her attitude at times during the planning process. Overall she was professional, responsive and supportive but in the days leading up to the wedding seemed distracted and minimized some of our concerns or questions. It left my husband, myself and our parents with the feeling that since the checks were cashed we were no longer important to her.I would recommend The Pinnacle Center to any future bride and groom. The facility is very nice, the food is amazing and the fact that it is a one stop shop for multiple services made the planning process much easier.

We were very pleased with our reception at The Pinnacle Center. Tammy was fantastic to work with and made everything very clear from the beginning as far as what we needed to do and when. The reception was beautiful and everyone enjoyed themselves. We would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married in the area.

I would definitely recommend the Pinnacle, the venue is beautiful, however, the service was, as a first time bride, left to be a little wanting. For how much the venue costs we felt like there was no explanation for how things were going to go. We came into town to talk to our "wedding planner" thinking we would be discussing wedding details and getting the run down as to how things would go, as was told to us on the phone, but we ended up sitting down in the office going over a bill. We kind of felt left high and dry. This said, everyone was very kind. The day of the wedding went beautifully and people worked hard but it felt very informal. We had not met the two people who were doing our wedding and the man who ran it did not seem like he was having a good time at all. I understand these people have probably done a lot of weddings, but we haven't, and it would have been nice to be told how things were going to go and to meet who we would be working with during our wedding. We would have liked to feel like our business and our wedding was respected and to treat us that way. It wasn't like we were treated poorly or unkindly at all...more just that we were treated like "yep, another couple." If service was turned up just a notch, I would give this place 5 stars.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING...Bill & his staff are more than accomidating and everything is just TOP NOTCH.. Nothing Tops the Pinnacle... The site includes all your set-up, linens, place setting, chairs (if you are having an outdoor ceremony), cake cutting/serving, DJ, dressing rooms, videographer, tear down and much more.. range of the outdoor deck or garden whichever side you choose.. Huge projection screens that record the dance floor and one also shows the actual music video of the songs that play.. We also had an open bar and couldn't be more happy.. The price at first was a bit much for my $15000 budget, but I wasn't over budget and everything has been amazing !!

We received tremendous feedback from our guests about the beauty and atmosphere of the Pinnacle Center, the delicious cuisine, and the graciousness of the staff. One of our younger guests has a severe nut allergy and was apprehensive of the wedding cake. When one of the servers discovered this, the server went and found some M&Ms for him to eat instead of cake. He and his family (my mother, too!) were SO IMPRESSED by that gesture that they were raving about it for weeks after our event.The only wish was that there had been better communication between the servers regarding my cake. We had five flavors and had ordered more than enough cake with the hopes that all of it would be cut and our guests would be able to try each flavor, if they desired. I had many guests mention after the fact that servers had told them they could not exchange flavors nor have another slice because we were running out of cake- hard to believe since we went home with TWO uncut layers and half of two other layers! While my husband and I enjoyed plenty of cake in the days following the reception, it would have been nice (and a lot kinder on my midsection) had we been able to serve it in its entirety to our guests as we had planned.Overall, LOVE the Pinnacle. And special thanks to Tammy, the coordinator we worked with specifically. She was so helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Thanks again!

The staff at the Pinnacle Center helped out so much after the first reception hall we had reserved for our daughters wedding went out of business. When working with The Pinnacle Center we always knew where we stood and they were very willing to answer all of our questions. We were completely satisfied with the food and the service that we and our wedding guests received. Everything was professionally taken care of for us. We highly recommend The Pinnacle Center!

We had a great time - but felt very rushed when we got there. We ran into traffic on the way and ended up an hour late, the coordinator at the Pinnacle Center seemed annoyed. Then we found out they were not serving on the rocks drinks which we were never told of and they closed the bar when we weren't there - which we never asked them to do and annoyed many of our guests who had to wait because we were stuck in traffice. Further, in the video of the night we received all of the good parts were cut out - none of the bridal dances were on it which was pretty much what we wanted it for.

I could not have been happier with The Pinnacle Center. The staff was awesome and really made the planning fun! There was so much included that other places would charge extra for so that was a huge plus. The food was amazing. Our ceremony on the deck was beautiful and everything flowed and was organized. We got tons of compliments about how great and how much fun our wedding was from our guests. One of our cousin's actually ended up booking thier wedding at The Pinnacle Center after they came to ours. Overall everything was perfect!

If I could get married again I would chose the Pinnacle center. The place is beautiful, the services was excellent, the staff there are super nice and the cost was very resonable. Most of my friend that came to my wedding was so impress with the services that they have decide to look into getting marrried at the Pinnacle Center. I love everything they did for me and my guests and they made my wedding day a dream come true. Thank You Pinnacle Center!!!

The Pinaccle Center made it very easy to enjoy the reception. The food was delicious. The DJ played great music. And the MC kept things moving at a great pace. They covered all the details. They met with us during the few times that we were available. They asked our preference on everything ahead of time. By the time we got there, all we could do was enjoy our night!

I was very pleased with every aspect of working with the Pinnacle Center when planning my daughter's wedding. They responded very quickly to any questions phoned in or emailed. My daughter lives out of town and they would make sure that they communicated their responses by email to both of us whenever we had questions or comments. The day of the wedding was almost stress-free for us. The Pinnacle Center runs like a well oiled machine.

The Pinnacle was amazing place for the reception, but make sure you specify exactly what music you want them to play. I gave a generic music to play and they played odd stuff I didn't even know. My cousin had her recpetion there and she gave a play list and that went much better than my reception. I have no other complants about the place, I would go back there again (I would just make sure to give a play list next time).

I liked the Pinnacle for my reception, but I think its a little overpriced. I hate that there was a food minimum you had to purchase, and you could not include the alcohol. I also didn't like that you couldnt get in to do any kind of decorating until 2pm that day, which makes it hard since most weddings are in the afternoon! Overall though nice place and good food, and everything seems to go very smoothly throughout the event.

They are very professional and easy to work with. They have everything you could possibly need to plan your reception and have all kinds of checklists that are extremely helpful. They are well organized and they contact you when it is time to meet or discuss the next step, you don't have to worry about a thing. The food was great and the whole evening activities were planned out and orchestrated by them. Once the wedding party arrived I did not have to worry about a thing= AWESOME! The only issue I had with them was the DJ. You have to use their DJ and he is up in a booth, so you miss out on the fun interaction of having a DJ, but other than that everything was great.

We felt the Pinnacle provided a beautiful venue for our daughters wedding. They were very professional throughout the entire reception. The food was excellent. Everyone was served in a timely fashion. We had alot of compliments from our guests on the food and what a beautiful reception we had. The music was great - everyone had alot of fun dancing. The big screens to view the entire event all evening was wonderful. I will highly recommend the Pinnacle to anyone.

I absolutely loved having my wedding at the Pinnacle Center. They were so helpful and organized that I was worry-free the day of. Their waitresses and waiters were amazing as well! We had such a great staff that night--very pleasant, and attentive. And the food was amazing! I would recommend the Bourbon Sirloin Steak and the Island Chicken. I have so many great memories because of the Pinnacle Center and everything that Bill and Tammy did for us that day. I had my ceremony outside in the garden which turned out beautiful! Then I had my reception inside in the Terrace ballroom. There was another reception occurring the same time as mine, but you could not hear them at all. I would highly recommend them! The only thing that was a small problem was the fact that I wasn't able to get into the Pinnacle Center until 1:30pm. (I had a 5:00pm wedding) I didn't have my hair done prior to getting to the Pinnacle Center and underestimated the amount of time it was going to take, and ended up being a bit rushed right before the wedding ceremony. But everything worked out. I would just recommend a bride and her bridesmaids to have their hair done BEFORE you get there. And because my florist/decorator could not be in the room until 1:30pm, she was rushed to get the room decorated in time--but she was awesome and made it happen!

THe Pinnacle Center is amazing, I've looked at so many reception venues and the services the Pinnacle offers are so far above and beyond any other place. They really make sure everything goes great on your wedding day, and the planning meetings are sooooo helpful. If you book the Pinnacle Center you have no need for a wedding coordinator!

They did such a great job. They discussed all the options at the first meeting meeting and made us a budget so we knew exactly what everything would cost. They handled all of the details and made sure that everything was done the way we wanted it. Whenever we had questions they would get right back to us with answers. Tammy was exceptional helpful with this. The food was excellant. Everything the night of the reception went perfect and we did not have anything to worry about. I would highly recommend them to anyone getting married.

Bill, Donna, and Tammy made my wedding day the most perfect day. They were really able to work with me and my very short time frame to get everything planned and organized. It was a huge benefit being able to have the ceremony and the reception all right there. The stress level for my mom and I was zero: we were able just to sit back and relax and enjoy every minute of that day. They were very helpful when it came to planning everything and had some ideas and helpful hints when it came to planning everything...things that I would have never thought of. The catering and the staff were amazing, very polite and the food was amazing! If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing! The Pinnacle Center is the best place to get married or just have your reception there....I found the whole process for getting everything done (like the food, the music, the flow of the night and all the other details) was actually the least stressful part!!!! I would definately recommend this place to all the brides looking for a reception venue!

I would recommend The Pinnacle Center to anyone who wants a beautiful and worry free reception. I can't say enough good things about it. Everything was taken care of for us. The food was amazing and the service was very quick (by request) so we had a lot of time for dancing! The bar service was perfect. I have been to several weddings and nothing compares to The Pinnacle Center. Unlike other Reception sites, the only thing you have to set up is your table decorations, everything else is set up for you (tables, silverware, plates, etc), which cuts down on the stress of the day! My husband and I came to the reception a little early and took pictures in the garden. They were our favorite pictures because the background was beautiful! Being so busy the month before the wedding made it SO nice to have the Location, DJ, Catering all included. I only had to have one meeting with them and we covered all three vendors. There is nothing we would have changed about our reception! It was perfect!

The pinnacle center was WONDERFUL! They did everything and it went perfect. They are very flexible too, if i needed to change something last minute, they just said OK and did it. It was AWESOME!! I would HIGHLY recommend them to any bride!

The Pinnacle Center was able to take care of everything which was great! Tammy was very nice and we enjoyed working with her. The food was excellent and we had a nice variety to choose from for appetizers, main course and late night snacks. The room we had with the terrace/patio was beautiful! We were really glad we chose the Pinnacle Center for our wedding.

I loved having my wedding at The Pinnacle. The have just about every service you need there. I did not have to find a DJ, caterer or rent anything. I even had my ceremony there. The garden is so beutiful. Guests of mine still comment on that. The rooms are so beautiful you do not need much in terms of decoration. The only issue I had was my music when I walked down the isle. It did not start on time. That is such a small issue that it is almost not worth mentioning because everything else was great. The food was really good, thanks Tim and the staff of 2 Chefs. The Pinnacle is an awesome place to be married. My photos are so beautiful because the Pinnacle is beautiful. I will remember it always.

The Pinnacle Center was amazing. It's nice and big, and they'll do anything to help you. They're a bit strict on some things, but nothing too crazy. They made planning our wedding so fun and easy.

This is a great venue to get married. They provide everything you need for the day of your wedding. The food is amazing, the DJ service is fantastic and they do everything they can to make your day special. Doing it all over again I would still book The Pinnacle Center.

What I liked most about The Pinnacle Center was that every aspect of our wedding event was done with the upmost professional courtesy! The entire Pinnacle staff is excellent. The management professionals are knowledgeable and offered expert advice for my daughter's wedding ceremony and reception. I was told exactly what the facility would offer as far as the room, tables, linens, sound system, videography, amenities, etc.-- the complete perfect package for my daughter's wedding day needs. The food/catering by Two Chefs was wonderful as well. The catering staff was efficient and the food presentation and taste beyond our expectations. Everything about my daughter's wedding at The Pinnacle Center was wonderful. An outside deck ceremony was planned. Before the ceremony, it started to rain so the staff was right there to either move it inside or if the hard rain held off, to wipe down the seating outside and go ahead with the outdoor ceremony. With their amazing efficiency, the ceremony went ahead outside as planned. A 'bit' of rain, but guests brought umbrellas. The speaker system outside was wonderful. The people speaking/ leading the ceremony were clear and the music wonderful-- thank you Pinnacle for your wonderful attention to the outdoor 'speaker/sound' details! Snack-type-food and beverages were served for guests immediately following the ceremony, while bridal party pictures were being taken. When the wedding party gathered in the hallway to enter the reception, management staff (Donna and Tammy) lined them for entry. Bill Worst, the manager, introduced each wedding party member as they entered the room-- it was a happy and perfect moment. Everything was perfect. The Pinnacle's music/sound system played music that had been picked out by my daughter prior to her wedding day. Pictures of my daughter and her groom were displayed on the screens in the room--yet another item perfectly attended to/planned prior to the wedding day! The reception was great--the room (seating, tables, linens, carpeting, lit trees, head table lighting, spot lighting), the food, (we had a buffet, my daughter's choice), the music (lots of fun) and the enjoyment of each moment with friends and family a wonderful memory thanks to The Pinnacle Center!!

The Pinnacle Center did an amazing job with everything! They really made all of the reception stuff easy! At first my mom didnt want to used them but then we visited and after the wedding she said that was just the way we should have went! They did all of the set up and tear down except for center pieces! The food was really good! The music was really good! All in all i would recommend this for anyone!

The Pinnacle Center made planning a wedding very easy. We had the ceremony on the deck surrounded by trees, the pond, and water fountain. The reception was also held there. To date, the food that we had has been rated by all our friends and family as the best wedding food they've ever had. Everything was planned out perfectly and they were very accommodating. They are the cater, the wedding planner, the DJ, and so much more.

I perform weddings at this facility and the couples are always pleased with the professionalism and level of service they have. I enjoy performing weddings here because of the organization they have with each wedding. I would recommend checking on their availability if planning a wedding.

The 'visual' presentation and 'tasting/sensory' food experience has to be experienced to appreciate.I endorse The Pinnacle Center from a 'personal' standpoint as well. I chose The Pinnacle for my daughter's wedding and reception. The 'deck' side was used for both the wedding ceremony and reception. It was 'perfect' in every way. Although it rained the day of the wedding, the calm expertise of Bill, Donna and Tammy made it all flow beautifully and with 'perfect precision.' My daughter was MORE than thrilled with everything. Having your wedding reception at the Pinnacle is a no brainer because their spacious and lovely rooms are a wonderful place to gather with family and friends on one of the most special days of your life. I have been photographing weddings and receptions here for many years, and have always been impressed with the quality of their food, their courteous staff, the way they keep your event rolling along with no lag time for the guests to get bored, and the amazing sound system for dancing. Whether you get married outside in the garden or the deck, or or have your ceremony and reception inside, the Pinnacle staff will see that all your needs are met with excellence and professionalism. For you out of towners looking for a venue for your event, this is the place! There is a hotel across the street, and it is nicely located between 2 major cities - 2 minutes from the exit ramp. I am always excited when I book a couple's wedding and see that they are going to the Pinnacle. I give the Pinnacle and their staff my highest recommendation!
