Pinstripes cleaners was highly recommended by my seamstress and now I know why! They are amazing! My dress has a lace overlay and a slightly smaller than chapel length train. Our wedding was in a backyard and my beautiful dress was a disaster after all the dancing and walking in the grass and dirt and cement. Bill picked up my dress when it was convenient for me and returned it in the same manner - but - it was SPOTLESS!! I am thrilled! It looks brand new and I could not be happier. I highly recommend this company!

This company is amazing. My wedding was outside and the lace was so dirty by the time we were done with the evening. I wasn't able to even think about getting it cleaned for about 4 days after the wedding due to travel and I was sure the stains would be impossible to remove. Bill and his team were magic workers and my dress looks perfect again! I cannot say enough positive things! Great company, Great service! I am so happy with the whole thing!

Bill at Pinstripes is incredibly helpful and flexible. Pinstripes cleaned, restored and preserved my gown and for each pickup/drop off they were willing to meet me in the morning, evening, week day weekend, Dallas, Fort Worth or Grapevine. You name it, they did it.

I wore my grandmother's wedding dress from the 1940s which was also worn by my mother in 1977. After my mother's wedding it had sat in its box until 2012. Needless to say the ivory frock had turned dark yellow. Pinstripes transformed the dress and restored it to the original color!

Pinstripes Cleaners is absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend them to everyone! I was in a terrible time crunch. I had less than a week to have my wedding dress cleaned for my wedding...Yikes! I was incredibly stressed out when I found Pinstripes Cleaners. They had rave reviews and after doing business with them, I know why. I called them Monday during work and explained my desparate situation. They told me it wasn't a problem. They were willing to meet me afterhours when I got off work at a half way point (since I live so far away) to go over the contract. Mary Braun was extremely friendly and I felt like I was leaving my dress in safe hands. I was so relieved. The price was what I expected to get my dress cleaned, but trust me when I say it was worth the money. I had my dress delivered to my house by Friday morning. The result was spectacular! I borrowed the dress from my sister-in-law and it looks even better than it did at her wedding. It looks like a completely different dress! Amazing job Pinstripes!!!! I couldn't be happier. After the wedding I am going back to them to have it preserved...I can't even think about taking it anywhere else. Thank you so much Bill and Mary Braun, you saved my wedding!!!!

Pinstripes Cleaning and Restoration did a magnificent job at cleaning and then restoring my gown. Going into the preservation/cleaning process - I was a little nervous because my Mother's vintage gown that i wished I could have worn or displayed at the wedding was browned due to the old ways of "preserving" the gown. I was very nervous and did some serious research on who the best person for the job was. The place my dress shop referred to me had horrible reviews on google. From the moment I called to get a quote they were very accommodating. They picked up my gown and explained each detail of the process of cleaning it. Then a while later he called and we did a preview of the gown - just to calm my fears of it being put away dirty or to ensure all stains were removed. then delivered it once it was wrapped gently in the box. I absolutely love it. I love that it is double boxed and there is a cover to the front window on the box so I can still see what it looks like. Thank you guys and should anyone need a reference - you have permission to have them call me!! Thanks

I was looking for someone to preserve my wedding gown; I'd read quite a few horror stories about brides sending dresses off for preservation (or taking them to the cleaner) and either getting the wrong dress back or receiving sloppy service. .After searching the Internet, I happened upon Pinstripes. I am so glad I did because their service is AWESOME!

I spoke with Bill and was pleasantly surprised from the start because I wasn't expecting him to come to my home for a consultation and to get my dress & veil. Bill was extremely courteous, professional, & knowledgeable about wedding dress preservation. He even suggested that I have my veil preserved with my dress (I hadn't thought of that).

I had my dress & veil preserved and am VERY pleased with the result. The quality of their work is EXCELLENT. The dress & veil look BEAUTIFUL in the box together (I am so glad Bill suggested it). My mother said they look ALMOST as pretty in the box as they did on me :)

I bought a wedding dress from the sample rack because it was cheaper and it had a bunch of make up and dirt on the inside of the dress from people trying it on. The bridal boutique recommended pinstripe cleaners and they did AMAZING! I got my dress back with not one little smudge of makeup or any stains. My dress was so perfectly white! I highly recommend them! And they were so flexible! I live on the other side of the metroplex and they met me halfway which was much more convenient, especially for a bride who is running around all the time and doesn't have enough hours in the day or enough money for gas.

They restored a christening gown that was terribly yellowed/browned. It was a gown that is 50 years old but very special since it would be 3 generations to wear the dress. Other cleaners said they could not guarantee that it would come out and the charges were about the same. Pinstripes not only restored the gown to perfect but their service was awesome! I would not trust any thing of value to anyone but them!

My husband and I both highly recommend this company. My husband was a skeptic at first of the entire gown restoration process (well, honestly, why it is so pricey in general). However, in the end, he understood the extreme value and reason why gowns should be given to professionals. My expectations were exceeded as well when I got my gown and veil back. They are so beautifully displayed and sparkle! I was even given the opportunity to look at and inspect my gown after cleaning (prior to it being boxed), which is not a service I noticed other vendors provide.

I can't say enough nice things about Pinstripes Cleaning and Restoration! It was so easy. I called and a very friendly person provided me an over the phone quote based on the brand and type of my wedding gown. They scheduled an in-person quote (they came to my house for free) and gave me an official quote, which was spot on to the original price they provided over the phone. They took it away and brought it back to me about a month later. Door to door service! They were extremely professional and made the entire process as easy as possible. My gown is now beautifully preserved in a box. The best part is that they are part of a network of certified wedding gown specialists. There's a guarantee if it yellows! The guarantee is still valid even if you take it out! I shopped around and other one other very expensive company in NYC provides something similiar. All others void the warranty once the box is opened. A+++ I'd recommend them to anyone.

Pinstripes made getting my wedding gown preserved so easy and stress free! They pick it up and bring it back to you all cleaned and boxed up. They were better priced than a couple of other places in the area I got quotes from and I didn’t have to do anything! My other option was to ship my dress to some warehouse where they preserve the gown and ship it back. I didn't like the idea of shipping my dress off to some place as I would be paranoid something would happen. I'm so happy I found Pinstripes! They were nice, the process was quick and easy, and my dress looks beautiful!

Excellent customer service. Experienced, Prompt, Reputable & Professional. Pinstripes did a great job cleaning my daughter's wedding dress and the pick up/delivery service was very helpful. Before the cleaning, the dress looked like it had been used as a dust mop - when we got it back, it looked brand new! Although not cheap, the price was fair & reasonable.

Pinstripes Cleaners did a wonderful job cleaning, preserving, and packing my daughter's wedding dress. They even brought it by my home for me to personally inspect before they packed it. It had alot of beading, lace and embellishments. It just looks beautiful in the high quality museum box. I was very pleased with their professionalism. They also did a wonderful job cleaning my dress that had beading I was worried about. I thought their price was very reasonable for the dresses, but they wanted to much to preserve the veil.

I pulled my mother's 33 year old wedding veil wrapped in a dry cleaning bag from the back of her closet and wondered if I would be able to wear it during my own wedding. It was yellowed everywhere - from the 2 layers of tulle, to the lace edging, to the large headpiece. I had taken the veil to the dry cleaners to get it cleaned, but they only steamed it - it was still very much yellowed. The store where I had purchased my wedding gown recommended me washing the veil in woolite - to no avail. Finally, my alterations lady recommended Pinstripes. She had worked with Bill many times before and will only trust him. I gave Bill a call, and he showed up to my house to pick up the veil. It took several weeks to have my veil returned back to me but the wait - and the money - was well worth it. My own mother didn't even recognize her own veil - she thought I had bought one that looked just like hers! The look on her face was priceless when she realized that it was her veil - restored to almost its original condition! I'm so glad I turned to Pinstripes and will have this veil preserved after the wedding so it will no longer sit in a dry cleaning bag in the back of the closet.

Bill is wonderful. He is very accommodating and flexible. The costs are a little high, but your special wedding gown is worth it right? Well mine were. I wore two gowns and I did NOT want just anyone do preservation for them. One of my gowns is scarlet and I didn't want the color ruined. He gave me a special for post bridal cleean plus preservation after the wedding. The cost was fair, especially for the lifetime warranty that you get that covers the TOTAL cost of the dress for the amount you paid for it the very day that you got it. They have no overhead, which keeps unnecessary costs down. And Bill has met me in 10 different places just so that I wouldn't be inconvenienced, including at home, at work, at the nearest Starbuck's and so on. His wife is lovely and my first gown(ivory) and veil just returned and it looks AWESOME! Protected against discoloration for a lifetime :)

Bill at Pinstripe Cleaning and Restoration saved my dress and put me at ease. Two weeks after I received my new dress it began to turn yellow/brown in one spot on the front. I was divastated and there was no time or desire to find another dress (I had my heart set on this one). Bill, the owner picked up my dress, tested a small spot rite in front of my eyes and assured me the stain would come out. They even finished the dress one week early and it was perfect when they delivered it back to me. This is a company with heart and great customer service. I recommend them to anyone and everyone, not just brides to be.

They did a wonderful job preserving my wedding gown and veil. They picked it up and delivered it back to my home when it was finished. That was especially important to me, since I have been so busy. The gown and veil looks great in my preservation box. I highly recommend their service!!! It's worth it to protect such an expensive investment!

Took it in some around the waist area, they took care of my dress like it was their own.

For our 5-year anniversary my husband and I wanted to have the wedding we never had. I also wanted the dress I had dreamt about and found it for an amazing price. I was referred to Bill at Pinstripe Cleaners by my friend at Terry Costa. I bought my dress off the rack there as a sample. It had been drug across the floor for who knows how long. In the store it looked beautiful but when I brought it home the bottom was GRAY! And when I say gray, I mean it looked like the bottom of the dress was supposed to be silver and not white. When compared to the top of the dress it looked like 2 different dresses. I called Bill and he drove to me on my lunch break and promised that it would be white the next time I saw it. I was nervous being that the whole dress was lace and beads and crystals. When it was ready, Bill hand-delivered it to me and it was BEAUTIFUL! The whole dress is now white, very white. I love it! They even formed it for me so it would keep its shape and it was pressed so brilliantly.
