Everything was wonderful about the iris bulb favor set that we received.... except that they weren't assembled. I understand that I probably missed this important info on the site, and I really truly liked the product that I received, however it took F O R E V E R to get all of these bulbs in the boxes. I wish I had know that before I ordered them, since I ordered them very close to our wedding to ensure that they'd be super fresh. That aside, which again could have been me, this was a GREAT solution to the "what are we doing for a favor" question which was hitting us hard in the last few months of wedding planning. The supplies that Plant a Memory sent were very nice, they did a great job with the printing of the cards and I am very happy I used them, I would just advise other couples to simply make sure that what they're ordering was assembled prior to arriving, or if it's not just have a game plan :)

I selected to give flower seeds as favors. I know that I personally throw away most wedding favors and I figured even if the guest dumped them on the way home flowers might grow. It was different and the guests liked them.
Excellent Quality and Customer Service! I ordered my favors fairly close to the wedding so I was nervous when the ship date was a bit later than I expected, but it turned out to be no problem at all. The company was very quick with the shipment and the package was well stuffed. I ordered small flower pot forget me not favors for everyone. The box was damaged when it was received (thanks UPS!) so we only had 97 usable pots of the 153 that were shipped. Upon writing to the company (contact with them was entirely through email) to tell them of the damage, they sent a new shipment of pots out that day that arrived three days later in great condition. I received no hassle from them at all. They even sent an example favor that was all put together. It looked adorable! I would definitely shop here again!
My husband and I are both environmentalists (we both ride our bikes to work almost months of the year), and wanted to share this sentiment in our wedding. We felt that our guests would appreciate a gift of seeds. Seeds are a nice idea because they represent growth and new life, and it's fun to imagine their future. I spend a lot of time on the computer at work, so I had lots of time to research sites and reviews. I chose plantamemory because I really liked the reviews that company had, and once I started exchanging emails, I felt confident in my choice. The packets were lovely, and we got lots of compliments on them, my only reservation is that I found that this could have been done locally! I never thought to ask some of the farmers at the market in St-Paul, and it turns out that this is very common request! Oh, well.
we are really "green" so we wanted to give a green favor...so we researched and found http://www.plantamemory.com/onedollar.html and you can purchase bulbs, little trees, or seeds. They even have a card that when you get it wet, it disintegrates and you plant the seeds the were in it and they grow...so unique and we loved the green factor. They were relatively inexpensive as well!
