PLATINUM STAR DJ

My husband Jason and I saw Platinum Star DJ preform at out cousin's wedding last summer we were very impressed with what Andrew did at their wedding. He was very personable and friendly he met with us to make sure that no detail was left out. We even picked out our music and he played what we selected and also added in music to keep the party going.

As with any wedding vendor, there are pros and cons. He was a very pleasant person to work with and worked with my budget which means a lot. He is an incredibly nice guy to work with. My concerns were a that a list of songs that I gave him he did not play, the versions of some of the songs played were not the originals, and requests by guests were not fulfilled in some cases. It was my hope that if he didn't have a song, that he would download it since he had a computer. My husband was also disappointed that he didn't play any modern songs or hip hop as we had requested. Most of our guests didn't dance unfortunately. I think we could have been more direct with our expectations, so for brides who work with Andrew, (and I suggest you do), be sure to emphasize what is important.

Platinum Star DJ was a joy to work with Andrew kept people dancing the entire night. His rates were very affordable and he is very pleaseant.

Andrew was a great wedding dj. He was very professional. He met with us, talked to us over the phone and by email throughout the planning stage, arrived early on the wedding day, played all the music we requested, and kept people on the dance floor throughout the evening. Very highly recommended.

Andrew was great! He met with us at a bridal expo where we were able to hear the music he plays and see all his equipment which was reassuring to us that he would be able to handle a large wedding. His price was so competitive and his service was well above par. We loved him so much that we are going to have him DJ a future surprise party for a family member at the end of this year. I loved this DJ! Andrew met with me and my husband at a coffee shop. We talked in general for a while so that he could get a feel for the type of people that we are. Our marraige combined two different cultures, and Andrew asked all the right questions to be sure nothing was left out. He attended a vendor walkthrough at the ceremony/reception venue, and he was on time, professional and positive throughout the entire planning session. On the day of our wedding, he arrived early, setup without even being noticed, and was ready to go on queue. My guests were happy with all of the music selections and we were estatic with the job that Andrew did for us!

Andrew and his wife provide a very down to earth DJ service. We met with them and discussed what we would like and what they could offer which was equiptment- sound and lights if we wanted, mics, mcing and our requested songs at a reasonable hourly rate. he does this because he enjoys it and the music having a background as a DJ for parties assured us that he would keep people having fun and dancing. his wife helped to motivate the crowd when needed and helped us also to be in position for our introductions. very easy going, was very pleasurable to work with. our only comment was that a few of the announcements were a little quiet. great value for the money, platinum star dj helped our wedding night to be a lot of fun and very memorable. would definitley recommend!

I was referred to Platinum Star DJ from a friend of mine they did his wedding. Andrew was great he met with us 3 times to make sure my needs were met. He also did our ceremony outside which went very smoothly sound and lighting were awesome. Everyone had a great time and had fun dancing the night away.

I worked with Andrew of Platinum starts DJ. He did great at my wedding! He provided us with song choices for the traditional things like the bouquet toss, garder toss, cake cutting etc. he also played for my ceremony and it was perfect!! I loved working with him, My now Husband was not impressed he says, but I enjoyed him. I never got a chance to have a final meeting with him about some music cues, but everything worked out. Definitely a DJ worth Booking. Lights and Sound was great!!!

Wow these DJ's have it down to a science they were there to set up two hours early and were ready to go. Andrew was a huge help with all of the preperation we met with him 2 times and he was very knowledgeable about what goes on at weddings and music. He let us pick out all of the music and even had a checklist for events. I would definately hire them again and tell my friends about Platinum Star DJ!! They were also very affordable.

awsome are what id call these dj's didnt have much money left over after spending in on other wedding things. these guys got to my wedding at five and stayed to 12:30am and i was charged 500.00 the music was great!! and they all had great personalitys.
