What can I say about Kerrie~ besides I LOVE HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hired Kerrie as our DOC only 2 months before our big day! I was skeptical that my reception location and catering company could not facilitate our wedding needs as planned or had the proper experience to handle my event, and once I met Kerrie I was calm and collected about our big day. It was a breath of relief because FINALLY I could trust someone and had someone to actually listen! She KNOWS what shes doing, has GREAT customer service, VERY organized, and CARES about her brides & Grooms- which helped me feel good putting our wedding in her hands. (We would be at a different location for our ceremony which stressed me out- so she was there for and as "ME" for the reception set-up).

Kerrie did an AMAZING job facilitating the events in the evening, troubleshooting any issues we had, helped me along the night, and set up & decorated just as we had planned and then some! We (along with our guests) were truly impressed my Kerrie's hard work, compassion, and work ethic. I truly believe our wedding wouldn't have been what it was- without her....

I would suggest to ANY bride to meet with Kerrie and consider using her to help complete their big day, it was one of my 100% satisfaction vendors (which are truly hard to find). Even though you may be DIY, or your place may come with what they call a "coordinator," you need someone there to look out for your best interests or you may regret it. I am saying this from my heart because that was a dilemma I was faced with just weeks before our wedding... Kerrie was a blessing and I couldn't thank her enough!

Kerrie is a must have!! I hired Kerrie to do month of coordination for my wedding in June, and she did an incredible job making my day the best day of my life. Kerrie is energetic, organized, responsive, creative, and down to earth. She is someone who is an instant friend, and someone to confide in. I contacted Kerrie about 8 months before my wedding, and it was the best decison I could have made. I recommend you contact her as soon as possible in the wedding planning process, as she has a ton of amazing vendors she can recommend for you to contact for everything from flowers, to photogs, to transportation. She knows her stuff, and it is always more comforting to contact vendors recommended from a expert source.

Kerrie will help and guide you every step of the way during your engagement. Even though she was my "month of" coordinator, she made sure I knew that anything I needed along the way, she was there to help. There were many times when I needed some advise on where to look for something, and she was right there to suggest 3 different places I could go. She is very quick via email and phone, which is a huge indication of her dedication to her clients. That really impressed me, and still to this day is something I admire in vendors.

I would highly recommend Kerrie and her services to anyone and everyone. It really is important to have someone there on your big day, as there is just not enough time to handle the details on your own, and you need to be able to relax and enjoy the journey. My wedding day went flawless, and was incredible due to Kerrie. You wont be dissapointed, she's a genuis!!

Kerrie was my day of coordinator for my wedding in July. She was such a great help and really helped my dreams become a reality on the big day. I can’t even tell you how great she is and how her “can do” attitude really helped relax my mom and I. I thought I had everything covered for the wedding and she thinks of things that I would have missed and most importantly takes care of the flow of the reception and ensures that everything is set up perfectly and that your important items, gifts and anything you bring with you makes it home with you!. When I met with my other vendors they all said that Kerrie was one of the few coordinators that really goes above and beyond and really loves what she does. I think that is the ultimate compliment coming from another vendor in the wedding world. At the end of the wedding all of my bridesmaids commented on how helpful she was and hugged her as they left. She feels like a friend looking out for you on the big day. I feel grateful that we hired Kerrie and think anyone looking for a coordinator should talk with her before booking anyone. You will see her positive attitude will help you to enjoy every minute on your wedding day.

10 and plus, Kerrie was AMAZING! I describe Kerrie and my wedding day… a perfect size 2; it’s my wedding dress and everything else! Kerrie was the first person whom I emailed to thanks for in my honeymoon's suite the night of the wedding-10/17/09.

So many people warned me that the day would fly by and I wouldn't remember a thing, but I do remembered Kerrie was everywhere. Let put it this way, my hubby did not like the idea of hiring a coordinator, but the day of our wedding, he was just amazed to have seen what Kerrie done for us.

Kerrie was more than just a wedding coordinator. Kerrie was my dream that came true. She was details, organized, beyond generous, and patience. Our wedding turned out to be so beautiful and classy. It was PERFECT, just like in the movie! Your money will be well spent; she will be there from the beginning to THE END.

Words can't express my gratitude for Kerrie! Every detail was perfect! VERY trust worthy! Highly recommend!!!

Hiring Kerrie was by far one of the BEST decisions we ever made. In fact, I'd give her more than 5 stars if possible :-) Honestly, Kerrie goes above and beyond the call of duty. She was the 'week of' coordinator for our wedding a couple of weeks ago, and she was absolutely wonderful. We had meetings and exchanged emails with her over the course of a year, and we felt we were in excellent hands, but she still managed to exceed all our expectations. She helped us pull together an amazing timeline and helped us out with so many last minute details. In fact, she knew that we had spent a lot of time doing many of the paper projects for the wedding ourselves, and she was so concerned the people at our venue wouldn't fold the napkins/menus correctly that she took them home and did them herself!

The day of the wedding we were able to TOTALLY enjoy ourselves because we knew Kerrie was on top of things. The day went off without a hitch. In fact, we were even runnning early most of the night (thanks to Kerrie). My parents and the wedding party were blown away by Kerrie's efficiency and sweetness. Everyone simply loved working with her.

I could go on and on about Kerrie. I feel that we owe her SOOOOO much for making our wedding day stress free. We had such a great time with our family and friends, and I know we wouldn't have been able to relax and have as much fun if Kerrie wasn't there. Whenever I needed her she would appear :-). From helping me with my bustle to making sure we had plenty of time for pictures. You name it and she was on top of it!

Thank you so much Kerrie!!! You are the BEST, and we simply cannot thank you enough!

Kerrie is FABULOUS...she was a lifesaver in so many ways and a ton of fun to work with as well! She has a way of being direct, professional, and efficient, while still extremely personable and fun. Additionally, Kerrie was by far the most responsive person we encountered. Without fail, she responded to all emails and phone calls on the same day, and whenever asked to provide referrals or suggestions, they came immediately. As for her referrals themselves, all were fabulous! Not only did those who Kerrie recommended do a great job, but they all have a very positive working relationship with her and are willing to bend over backwards to accommodate her and her clients (which definitely made our lives easy!). Towards the end of the planning process when things were especially crazy and all decisions seemed impossible, Kerrie always had an easy answer and a reassuring manner, keeping me sane on many occassions. She was extremely organized in contacting vendors, providing timelines, taking care of details, and keeping us on track the day of the wedding (a seemingly difficult thing to do). I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone that needs a helping hand (as well as a ton of insight, direction, and organization)!

I want to echo all the previous posts about Kerrie's phenomenal services. Our wedding on July 19 was everything we had hoped and more, and it's all because of her! From a year out, Kerrie was there for us with support, guidance, answers to questions, a cheerful attitude, and extensive knowledge. She was kind, classy, professional, and super responsive - I'd email her a question and 20 minutes later, the answer was there! She helped us find every vendor, saved us money, and aided us in bringing our vision to life. On the day of the wedding, she ran the entire show with the help of two assistants, both of which were delightful and totally on top of all the day's details. The day went perfectly, and I could not have been happier with the entire planning and execution experience. I highly, highly recommend her. Hire her now before she's not available for your date! She's the best!!

Kerrie is absolutely amazing. I was really lucky that my co-MOHs found her for me. She is so organized, professional, and sweet! My wedding day started out quite stressful - my make up and hair artist was half an hour late, but Kerrie pulled me together, and put it all together. Not only were we back on schedule, but we even got to start the reception early because the day went so smoothly... Everything went as planned, and everyone enjoyed themselves. Best of all, I didn't have to worry about a thing. She had everything under control, which is hard when you have 300 guests, two large families with their own ideas of how to do things, and three locations!

I don't think my wedding would have been so perfect if Kerrie was not a part of it.

Kerrie was our wedding coordinator and helped us through every step of our wedding planning. I can honestly say that hiring her was the best wedding planning decision we made. She was consistently professional, organized, creative, kind, patient, available, and understanding through the whole process. She always made me feel comfortable and important. I knew I could call her with any question and I never felt she was too busy for me. Her checklists and timelines really helped me stay organized and on-track (which I desperately needed!), and her vendor recommendations were perfect. She also personally did all the paper details (programs, menus, placecards, signs, etc...) and some great votives which really pulled together the whole look for our day.

We were originally on the fence about hiring a coordinator, but I guarantee that Kerrie is worth every penny. We received many, many compliments about Kerrie and our wedding day in general. I highly recommend her and thank her for making our day smooth, memorable and stress-free!

Kerrie was amazing, like everyone has said. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our special day. At one point I was stressed about losing an ear ring that I had borrowed. Kerrie assured me that it would be found, and holy moly, she found it! I was so amazed! She was wonderful to work with - I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to anyone out there looking to find a coordinator, it's the best money you'll spend if you are looking to have a stress-free day!

I can't say enough good things about Kerrie. I emailed her on a Sunday to inquire about her services. It wasn't an hour later and she was calling me on a SUNDAY! (I wasn't expecting that at all) Talk about great customer service! We set up a consultation and I knew right then that she was perfect for the job. I hired her on the spot for my Full-Service Wedding Planner.

Kerrie guides you through the entire process to make it as stress free as possible. She has an answer for every question, a solution for every problem, and the list goes on and on. She is organized, creative, punctual, and just plain fun to be around.

My wedding was the most beautiful event ever and I owe it all to Kerrie!

At first I was a bit skeptical hiring a day of coordinator as I considered myself and DIY type bride as well as a bride on tight budget. However, Since my wedding weeks ago I must say that best money we spent for the whole wedding was on our day of coordinator, Kerrie Underhill( of Platinum Weddings). I seriously dont know what we would have done without her. Our provided event coordinator at our wedding site was seriously lacking and during the rehearsal and the day of Kerrie basically did her job and her own in order to ensure that our day went smoothly! Her hard work did not go unnoticed as many many of our guests could not say enough great things about Kerrie. Kerrie was beyond organized, professional and calm and had a great attitude throughout the whole day even through a couple bumps in the road. Our familie's especially could not say enough great things about her, calling her "a lifesaver" on many occasions! I could not agree more. I would recommend Kerrie to any bride, regardless of budget. As a recent bride myself I think that the peace of mind Kerrie provides, as well as knowing that Kerrie will work to have the day run smoothly and carryout the many planned details is worth any price tag! If your smart, you will hire Kerrie :)

On another note, I want to say agree with the other brides reviews and say that Kerrie does go above and beyond in her line of work and as a professional working in the wedding industry. For example, when I first filled out the online inquiry the next day I received a phone call from Kerrie as she wanted to learn more about the big day. I was shocked to have received a phone call-and from this day she is the first vendor I contacted to respond by phone and within 24 hours! In addition when trying to figure out a signature drink for the reception I asked Kerrie if she had any ideas and she provided me with over 10 different drinks, recipes included, she thought would coordinate the wedding and the day! These are a just few examples of how Kerrie goes above and beyond-it would be too large of a post to list them all.

Overall, I would hire Kerrie again in a heartbeat. She is an amazing person and an incredibly hard worker. It is easy to see that she has a passion for what she does and it shines through in every capacity of her work. I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to work with her and would encourage other brides to jump on the chance to hire her for their own weddings.

Kerrie was so sweet to work with. I hired her to be my DOC and was really lucky to have her involved in my wedding. At first I didn't think I needed a DOC but as I got closer to the wedding I realized all the details would stress me out on my wedding day. I contacted Kerrie and she was nice enough to work with my budget. She is organized, detailed, efficient, and most importantly she makes sure the bride is always happy. Kerrie made sure my wedding day went smoothly, stayed on schedule, and was the best day of my life. My family absolutely loved her and have already asked me for her information for future events.

I was very lucky to have had Kerrie involved with my wedding. I was planning most of it from overseas, so she was great at keeping my head on straight and helped me to not worry about things. She is so on top of things, great to work with, and it is obvious that she loves what she does. I recommend every Bride hire a planner for at least a day of package, if not the full thing, as it takes a load of the stress of you so you can really sit back and enjoy.

Kerrie is PHENOMENAL! Now, I am a type-A, do-it-yourself type of gal, but needless to say, I needed someone I could really - I mean REALLY - trust on my Big Day with no questions asked. When my hubby and I met with Kerrie (about 9 months before our wedding) we knew she would be great as our "day of" coordinator and booked her on the spot! She is so personable, professional, affordable and worth her weight in gold (or maybe even platinum!) Kerrie took all the pressure off us on our Big Day and left us with absolutely NO worries! She is every bride (and groom's) dream come true and exceeded our expectations. We had a phenomenal all-star wedding team with vendors who have been a part of the wedding industry for 10 to 20 years and they all stated that Kerrie is one of the best wedding coordinators they've ever worked with. She has many great connections and referrals when you're planning you're Big Day, which was super helpful too! Kerrie's personality is fresh, creative, young, cool and organized (which is very important.) Our wedding was on Valentine's Day and instead of being with her husband, Kerrie was there for me and my new hubby to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams. Kerrie was a last minute add on as our DOC, when we found out that Priscilla would only coordinate our day for an additional fee (I assumed it was include- lesson is: never assume!) Hiring Kerrie was the best wedding decision I made! My wedding was extra personal and extra special because of all of Kerrie’s great ideas and hard work. I can’t imagine my wedding day without her.

I am recommending Kerrie to all of my engaged friends and family. She is by far the best! In the beginning I interviewed over 7 other wedding coordinators and none of them held a light to Kerrie’s brilliance. She is truly someone who cares about you and your big day. She goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and happy. She is a great networker and knows all of the top vendors...I believe she can recommend someone great for any service.

I wanted my wedding day to be one of a kind and it surely was. The one comment that guests kept repeating after the wedding was, “that was the most amazingly beautiful wedding I have ever been too. I will never forget your wedding day”. I can’t believe how many guests went out of their way to call/email me to tell me that my wedding was the greatest they had ever been too. I must agree and say that my wonderful wedding was directly related to Kerrie and all of her support, hard work, and creativity. If you want to have a fabulous wedding with personal style that no one will ever forget (which also meets your budget) book Kerrie now; before everyone else does!

Without Kerri, our wedding would have been totally unorganized. She was absolutely amazing, showed up early, and kept us on schedule. She called all our vendors and made sure everything was correct and how we wanted.

We had difficulties with our venue, and our puppy went missing the day of our wedding, but she managed to handle everything so that all of the problems that popped up were handled and everything was perfect. Everything was beautiful down to every detail, the day was so relaxed, organized and amazing! I cannot express the amount of joy I had knowing that I had someone on my side handling everything... my husband and I got to relax and enjoy the day knowing everything was handled as we wanted it....

She was always available throughout the process, and her expertise were priceless....She was by far the best money we spent, and I highly reccomend her to anyone who is considering a doc or planner.

OMG!!!! This woman is amazing. This was the best money I have ever spent. Kerrie was wonderful from the moment we met her. Kerrie is a dream wedding planner easy to work with pleasant organized calming, and very professional. I did not have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. kerrie had all areas taken care of which allowed my husband and myself to enjoy our daughters day and all our guests. I had such a wonderful time. I was simply the MOB and was able enjoy the celebration if there were any problems along the way I certainly did not know about them and the wedding was simply elegant just what we wanted for our daughter. If you are lucky enough to retain Kerrie for your wedding you will not be disappointed. Kerrie loves what she does and it shows I can not say enough good things about her. I suggest you book her early.

WE LOVE KERRIE! My family keeps mentioning how we could not have pulled off this wedding without her. So my reception venue was offsite from the ceremony. For Kerrie--this was a no brainer. She made everything go sOoOoOO smoothly!!~ On top of that, we had 2 different reception sites, and the main reception site was at the Greystone Mansion. It was such a beautiful place, but very difficult in terms of having an inner and outer courtyard with so many guests. It could not have gone any better/smoother with 500+ guests at the ceremony. Kerrie and her team never hesitated to assist me from putting on my accessories to cleaning up until the last guest left. Super professional and super fun, Kerrie is an expert! She is quick to respond to emails/phone calls too!

Hiring Kerrie as my day-of-coordinator was one of the best decisions I made in planning my wedding. From the moment I hired Kerrie, she was absolutely professional and wonderful to work with. Even though she was hired as a day-of-coordinator, Kerrie went above and beyond what one would think a "day-of-coordinator" would do. She is easy to get in contact with and always responds in a timely manner. Kerrie caused my wedding day to go off without a flaw. She had everything prepped and ready throughout the day. Kerrie was terrific. There is no way the day would have gone half as well without her incredible management skills. We did the Day Of package which meant we met with Kerrie three times before the day to discuss what the BIG DAY Plans. We got married at my grandparents' house and there were several "set changes", we knew we needed someone who could organize everything and make sure all the tables were set up or taken down and that the guests were "herded" upstairs than downstairs. There were a lot of moving parts and we weren't going to be able to do a practice run. Kerrie assured us it would all go smoothly and it definitely did. We were able to relax on the day knowing she was in charge.

She is very professional and thinks of everything. Truly everything. She does far more than just coordinate on the day of (even if you hire her as an exclusive DOC) she coordinates FOR the day of.

Kerrie is an absolute wonder and is a MUST HAVE for your wedding. She is beyond organized, very reponsive, keenly knowledgable, experienced, connected, and most importantly cares about you and your wedding.

Even if you think that you are organized enough to handle every aspect there is (like we did) there is no substitute to having the experience, direction, and assistance that someone like Kerrie provides wether it is day of, week of, month of, or the whole shebang. You'll notice the instant relief she has when you first start working with her and realize the full impact when you actually enjoy your wedding as opposed to worrying about the things that could go wrong.

We hired Kerrie as a month of coordinator but her affects were seen months before our actual wedding. She goes beyond what you hire her for and you will see her geniune concern for the bride and groom's wants and happiness.

Before meeting with her, my wife and I had so many ideas of things that we wanted to have and do but were not sure how to incorporate. At our first consultation we saw just how much she knew and gave us priceless advice on how all our ideas would affect things like cost (she is astutely budget conscious), timeline, and the overall feel of the wedding. In the weeks to follow she was able to pull all the loose ideas and aspects in, tying them down so that everyone was on the same page, and that there was little room for misunderstanding or error between all the vendors and parties involved.

Kerrie planned out wedding day down to the minute, which any coordinator can and should do for you, but the most important part was that she and her team were there to direct everything and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

We found her a pleasure to work with and so did our vendors. Speaking of vendors she has an extensive network in the wedding industry and can recommend vendors to suit your wishes and budget. There was a particular chair that my wife and I wanted but thought didn't exist and she was able to find it!

Kerrie is a definite blessing and we can't thank her enough for the most amazing start to our lives we could have imagined. <3!

Kerrie was our full planner and DOC, and she has done an AMAZING job & beyond throughout the wedding planning process and day-of. I cannot express how much gratitude I have for her support, patience, energy, dedication and personalization. She saved us so much time and headache by understanding upfront our preferences and personalities. She has a talent for grasping the subtleties and translating that into on-the-dot recommendations for wedding details. As an ex-big 4 consultant and graduate of a top 10 MBA program, I'm thorough by trade and perfectionistic by nature. Translation: I'm freakin' picky. Yet, I was pleasantly surprised over and over again- Kerrie has impressed me throughout this whole process in getting us exactly what we need and being able to identify what's good for us when we were lost. Do yourselves a favor and get Kerrie to ensure that you have a hassle-free and memorable wedding planning process and wedding day (the way it should be!)

Kerrie is absolutely perfect and such a wedding-lifesaver!! We love her! I don't even want to think how our wedding experience would have been without her! Her service was the best use of our money. My husband and I along with our family and friends were able to have such carefree fun and to really immerse ourselves in experiencing the wedding instead of worrying about whether the cake was delivered, keeping the wedding flowing according to schedule, coordinating the vendors and wedding party, responding to any inquiries the day of, etc etc!

We live outside of California but our wedding was in Los Angeles. We looked to hiring a planner to alleviate the stress and trickiness of planning a wedding from a distance. We were very overwhelmed by all the details, the many things to think about and consider, working with a budget, etc. We hired Kerrie as our month of coordinator and, if only our budget allowed, we would have hired her for her most complete planning package! From the beginning, when I first called Kerrie to ask for a consultation through the crazy last few weeks until the wedding, Kerrie was always warm, responsive, and easy to talk to. She's extremely organized and attentive to detail! Kerrie helped us become more confident in planning with her useful and ready advice.

She also has an amazing network of vendors that she had experience working with in the past. Her referrals saved us a lot of time from research and worry. Kerrie becomes your advocate when dealing with all your vendors. She ensures that your vendors understand what you want - she definitely looks out for your interests, even when you don't realize that that's what you want yet! She has enough experience to know how a wedding should run perfectly but she's also sensitive to what you want and willing to do things that may be out of the ordinary.

Kerrie is just so amazing!! She would be our first recommendation to any couple planning a wedding!

All I can say is Kerrie was the most fabulous wedding planner!! Me and my husband both just loved her!! I wouldnt consider myself a bridezilla but I think that if I did not have Kerrie I would have been for sure! Everytime my nerves, thoughts or stress started to get to me she was instantly calming me down or giving me the information needed to put my thoughts to rest. I had never met someone so organized and so friendly. We had a difficult group of people, well I thought we did, until Kerrie just took control and had everyone doing exactly what they needed! I didnt have to worry once about anything! Every person in the wedding or vendor at the wedding knew exactly where to be and what to do all because of Kerries planning. I even had one situation with the DJ that my maid of honor, my brother & myself tried to handle by ourselves but he would not budge. The second I told Kerrie about it the situation was fixed! If I could make one recommendation to a bride it would be to hire Kerrie as soon as possible. As everyone else has said in their reviews she was a lifesaver and honestly made my wedding experiance so easy and amazing! I know I will never have to hire again but if I would if I could!!!!

Kerrie is every bride’s dream! She is on top of every detail making sure that you “the bride” is completely calm and happy. She is very organized and on top of all vendor coordination. Not only is she great with the logistics of a wedding, Kerrie has an amazing eye for design. My reception came together BEAUTIFULLY and I have Kerrie to thank for that. She really puts the platinum in her weddings!!!

Kerrie was there from the beginning of my planning! I had no idea where to start and she helped me throughout the whole process. We started planning one year before the big day and she was there every step of the way! She was great with responding with all my emails and getting down to the final touches on my wedding day! I didn't have to worry about a thing and everything went smoothly! I would have been stressing so much without her! I am so happy that she was my wedding coordinator! Thank you so much!

Kerrie was amazing! She facilitated our entire wedding day. She was so easy to work with and maintained great relationships with all of our friends, family, and guests. She was more that a wedding coordinator, she was a part of our family for the day. Our entire wedding was perfect, and that's not an exaggeration. She was able to completely take over the day of our wedding, and ensure that our vision came to fruition. I cannot imagine a better wedding coordinator than Kerrie.

I hired kerrie as a DOC based solely on reviews from the internet. Prior to making a decision, i never met her or spoke to her on the phone. my only contact was an email i sent. she wrote back from her vacation instantly and I just had a very good feeling, so i booked her over an email. I'm not a bride who likes to spend too much time on decisions or choices and i figured she seemed good enough. Well, she exceeded all my expectations! having just had my dream wedding, i can honestly say I owe it in large part to Kerrie. She was on all counts amazing, thoughtful, deliberate, organized, responsible, and incredibly resourceful. The day after, I tried hard to think of anything that went wrong, and i couldn't think of one - the entire day was seamless and effortless.
Kerrie should be your first vendor decision. whether you hire her for a DOC or a full coordination, she should be your first call. (In addition to the amazing DOC help, if you need them, she will provide great vendor suggestions. I booked both my photographer and hair/makeup vendors based on her suggestions.) I honestly cannot imagine how anyone gets through a wedding day without the help of a coordinator - and this is coming from someone who never would have imagined having the help. i wish i could have kerrie at every future party i throw.
If you're considering hiring a coordinator, you honestly don't have to look further than Kerrie. You will be wasting your time -- and time is precious.

My husband and I (still getting used to that!) had an absolute blast at our wedding (our greatest surprise), and most of it we feel we owe to Kerrie. Her work is positively seamless, and really lets you enjoy the day with no worries whatsoever (outside of carrying out the biggest decision of your life!). She's so positive, so totally professional (and fun!), that you just know from the first moment you meet her that you are in good hands. Hiring Kerrie was the first of many great vendor decisions we made for our big day, and we just loved her. As I told Kerrie herself, a number of people told me during and after the wedding how well-paced it was and that they loved the flow - not just that they had a good time and that the food was good, but commented on the actual production. It's a testament to her hard work and love of what she does that we had a day neither we nor our guests will forget.

I have worked in the business as a videographer for many years....so semi-know the stress that goes along with planning a wedding. From day one I knew I needed a day of coordinator. Someone recommended Kerrie to me so I sent her an email. She was the only coordinator that was flexible enough to work within my budget and returned my email with a personal phone call.
Kerrie is a very hard worker and extremely organized. Example: I would email her and if she was out of the office and responded an hour later (I'm not kidding) she would write "I'm so sorry for my delay in getting back to you."
We had a few meetings to go over the wedding day and she thought of so many things I didn't even consider! I'm a media person so I had 5 video elements to be played during the wedding and reception. She communicated with all the vendors the timeline of events and everything went off perfectly...even the 5 videos!! She is an extremely creative, compassionate, fun loving yet professional woman. I highly recommend her to everyone and wish I had another huge life changing event to plan cause I would hire her in a heartbeat!!!
My husband said "She made it so easy not to have to worry about anything and we were able to just enjoy the party because of all her help."
He's a man of many words...

Gregg and I met Kerrie at a venue luncheon and we knew right away she would be perfect to help plan our wedding.
I have nothing but great things to say about her and her services. She was always willing to listen, she answered all my questions very quickly, she helped turn the vision in my head into a reality.
We hired her for the week of coordinator and for decor help and she was fabulous in both areas.
I highly recommend her and her team to help plan your wedding!

I could not imagine going through my wedding day without Kerrie. She reviewed every detail, and even came up with a Plan B, in case of rain, without our initiation for our ceremony, and consulted with all our vendors. When the wedding day finally arrived, there was no stress. Kerrie took all of the pressure upon herself to make sure everyone and everything was where they were supposed to be. The only thing my bride and I had to worry about was remembering the steps to our first dance. Everything turned out better than we could have hoped. If you are considering using her services, stop considering it and just do it. You will not regret it.

My husband and I LOVED Kerrie. We hired her as a "day-of" coordinator and we were only kicking ourselves that we didn’t hire her to plan the whole thing. Kerrie was always professional, always pleasant to work with, and never pushy. We had the time of our lives on our wedding day and I KNOW that in LARGE part is due to Kerrie. Her attention to detail and her meticulous planning is top notch. And even though she was the “day-of” coordinator, she always called/emailed me back ASAP with answers to any questions I had throughout the planning process. She didn’t let me worry one bit on my big day. When my on-site “coordinator” was pressuring me to decide whether we wanted the wedding to be indoors or outdoors 4 hours before the ceremony (it was raining on and off that day), Kerrie said, “I’ll take care of it”, left and took care of business. I walked out 4 hours later to the bridal march facing a beautiful outdoor wedding with dry seats, happy guests, and no rain! I must say, I somewhat credit the no rain to Kerrie’s “no-rain” dance too. =) Chris and I are truly lucky to have found Kerrie. Not only did she make our day perfect, but we’ve also made a great friend in Kerrie. If I can give one advice to you couples searching out there is this: BOOK HER NOW! Trust us, you won’t regret it.
