I was concerned with finding a good hair/makeup artist, as I wanted someone who was truly talented, could come onsite, and also wouldn't break the bank. Natalie at Posche Hair fit all requirements!

At the time I originally contacted Natalie, she was running a special promotion. Unfortunately, we weren't able to coordinate the trial time within the promotion window, but she extended the special offer to me anyway. She came to my house for the trial. I was very pleased with my hair and makeup on the first try, and I booked her immediately.

I wanted to use a flower from my dress in my hair, so Natalie made it into a hair clip before the wedding! The day of the wedding she was on time and got thru the bridesmaids and mothers in short order. Everyone was very pleased and they all looked great.

My hair and makeup were stunning and both stayed put for the duration of the day and night - despite my crying during the ceremony and the wind when we were taking pictures.

In addition to her talent, Natalie is just a very sweet person and was a pleasure to work...

This is the second time I have had the chance to work with Posche. (I was a bridesmaid in a friend's wedding last summer, and had my hair and makeup done by them at that time too.) I cannot say enough nice things about Natalie and her staff. They are personable, friendly, and make you feel very comfortable.They really listen to your preferences and want you to like the way you look. .It was very easy to contact them by phone or email to set up the trial and wedding day specifics. They were super professional and punctual! I received many, many compliments as both a bridesmaid and a bride.

Natalie was such a pleasure to work with. From our first meeting, she was eager to create a style for me that matched my vision for my wedding. She looked at photos of styles, my dress, and listened to my description of our venue to create a look that truly wowed all of my guests on our wedding day. The day itself was a breeze. Natalie and her make-up artist met up with my entire bridal party (8 girls in total) in the morning and they were very meticulous and systematic in getting all of our hair and make-up done in time for photos in the early afternoon. Natalie consulted each of my bridesmaids to find out their preferred style as well, which we all really appreciated. None of us felt rushed the entire day. Natalie has the ability to turn the most stressful day of a girl's life into a fun, relaxed, enjoyable experience. My biggest worry was that our hair would not hold or that our make-up would look dull by the time the event actually started at 7pm (after starting at 10am). This was NOT the case! Natalie and her make-up artist were phenomenal in securing each of our hairstyles, and our make-up was set until we washed it off at 2am! I highly recommend Natalie's services to help create a gorgeous and timeless look for your wedding day!

Ok, this is way over due, but I still wanted to tell the world...From beginning to end I honest felt that Natalie was perfect, she helped make my wedding day perfect! I am one of those girls that likes to do their own hair and makeup for everything, but for my wedding day I wanted to relax. There was absolutely NOTHING I would change about my hair or my makeup on my wedding day! I felt/looked beautiful. From the time my family and friends met Natalie the day of the wedding everyone kept saying so many wonderful things about her work. She came in-got the job done and satisfied everyone. To me the major thing was how I felt, but there was little things that Natalie did that made her even better. For example, she did my niece's hair. My niece is only two, she showed my sister how to touch up my niece's hair. She also gave me touch up advice for me later on that night. When Natalie was done with my hair and makeup, I remember looking in the mirror and thanking God! I had no complaints and was ready for the next step of the day...I can't thank Natalie enough for how she made not only myself but the rest of the ladies in my wedding party feel and look. She is amazing and so understanding, and was so willing to honestly give me what I wanted. I get so emotional when I think about how luck and blessed I was to work with Natalie on my special day!

My wife, mother-in-law and sister-in-law had their hair and make up done by Natalie on our wedding day. They all looked gorgeous! I know they were all pleased with the final look and got compliments all day. In comparison to other providers, Natalie's value is unbeatable!

Natalie is the BEST! I am so happy I hired her for my hair and makeup. I had looked around a lot, and finding the perfect stylist was a really hard decision for me. I remember emailing about 30 people in one day, and finally giving up because it was too overwhelming. After a while, something about Natalie stood out so I decided to give it a shot and have her come out for a trial. She did a trial, and I liked it and booked it.

About a month before the wedding, I had a freak out moment and decided I didn't like the trial anymore. I was so afraid to call her because I felt bad, but finally decided to go for it and asked to pay for another trial. She was SO nice and understanding, and came back out for a redo. The result was amazing.

On the day of the wedding, my hair and makeup came out even more gorgeous than I had hoped. I have crazy hair and it's thin, but you couldn't tell after she got her hands on it! It looked beautiful. I also had 5 or 6 bridesmaids do their hair with her, and they were all so happy. They orginally didn't want to spend the money, but afterwards they were so pleased with the results.

I really recommend Natalie. Not only is she absolutely great with hair and makeup, but she is such a nice person--exactly what you need from a vendor that will be there with you on the big day.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Natalie. She did hair and makeup for my bridesmaids, flower girls, and sister in law, and everyone looked stunning! She was such a pleasure to work with, her presence in the bridal suite was wonderful, and she stepped in at the last minute and helped with makeup when we were running over time.

Natalie is simply amazing. She is professional, kind and goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and comfortable. After having issues with another vendor she came to my rescue and I am so glad she did! She is also great with extensions. She died them to match my hair color perfectly. No one could even tell I had extensions in the day of the wedding.
I am so appreciative to have found Natalie (on wedding wire). I love her and her work so much that I will continue going to her for my hair cuts and color.

Natalie did such an amazing job for my wedding this passed weekend, that I cannot stop raving about her. I am not the type of person that usually gives a 5 out of 5 review to anyone, but Natalie deserves the best review possible. She and Dana arrived on time the day of the wedding and they both worked with each of the girls to help them construct the desired look. For those girls that knew exactly what they wanted, both Natalie and Dana executed the looks flawlessly. As for the girls that were unsure of what look would suit them best, Natalie and Dana made them look beautiful while still remaining within each girl's comfort level for hair and makeup. In addition, everything was timed perfectly. The last girl was done just in time for us to pack up our things and head off to the venue. Everyone that night was complimenting the girls and me on how beautiful we looked. Thank you Natalie for making my wedding day so relaxed and manageable!

Natalie at Posche Hair made my wedding hair dreams come true. Honestly, I couldn't have imagined my hair or my bridesmaids hair looking any better. Not only is Natalie professional and responsive, but she was a joy to have around my house on the day of my wedding. She works fast and with great care and detail. I did a trial with Natalie, did not know what I wanted and asked Natalie to just go for it of what she would recommended. Natalie did a very beautiful updo, but I felt it was not for me. We couldn't continue with our trial due to Natalie having another appointment.
I decided to do my research and see what other options I could do with my hair. Found a picture but was not able to do another trial due to timing. So I decided to go on a lim and have Natalie do the particular hair style I chose on the day of.
It was more perfect than what I expected. It exceeded my expectations. Along with doing a fantastic job with 2 of my bridesmaids.
Natalie was very prompt and responsive and was very knowledgeable with hair and makeup, only because I do not wear much of makeup. I highly highly recommend Natalie.

I cannot say enough good things about Posche Hair! I decided to book them for my wedding because they had the best rates by far for both hair and makeup. However, the service that you will get greatly exceeds the cost. From day one, Natalie was extremely professional, reliable, and super flexible. For the trial, she will come to you, which I found to be very helpful. Furthermore, she was extra patient and tried multiple hairstyles to make sure that my hair was exactly what I wanted for my wedding day. On the day of, she was super efficient and managed her time well, which kept me on schedule for the ceremony. My hair and makeup were fantastic and were identical to what she did in the trial. It was exactly what I wanted. The whole entire night, I got compliments on both my hair and makeup. By the end of the night, my makeup still looked fresh and my hair held up amazingly. Natalie of Posche Hair was FABULOUS! She was professional, ON TIME, FLEXIBLE, and most important - delivered what she promised! Her prices are a tremendous value and she works quickly while still making everyone feel special. My mother can be difficult and very particular.... this was no problem at all for Natalie who handled everything with ease. Natalie made me look gorgeous when she came over to do my trial hair and make-up. When I looked through more pictures and decided I wanted to go an entirely different direction on the day of, she was easily able to come through and make a different look happen. She listened to vague requests like "can there be more bounce right here?" and turned them into beauty. She even satisfied my picky mom!
And if you're looking for reliability, Natalie communicated quickly and thoroughly via email, and did I mention my wedding was on the weekend of the Hurricane? Some guests didn't make it, but Natalie was there. Early.

Natalie from Posche Hair was AMAZING! I have never (and will never) look as beautiful as I did on my wedding day :) She was extremely accomadating to all of my needs (trial, bridal party, last mintue changes, etc.) and is as sweet as can be! Her assistant Dana did an excellent job on the make-up for the bridal party also. Natalie at Posche Hair is AMAZING!!! She did such an incredible job on mine, my mom's, and 7 of my bridesmaids hair. She came onsite to the hotel where my wedding was, and did everyone's hair in my hotel room. My wedding started at 6:30 and we needed to be ready by 4 for pictures. Natalie arrived around 10:30 and was done with all 9 of us by 2:30! That left her plenty of time for "touch ups" and we all had plenty of time to finish getting ready. It's not very often that you hear of a bridal party that is EARLY - but we were, thanks to Natalie! Unfortunately, while my bridal party & I were taking our pictures outside, it started to pour rain on us. A bunch of girls had gotten their hair half up/half down with curls - so the curls did come out. However, the bobby pins stayed and the hair did not fall out of place, just the curls. My hair, my mom's hair, and a few others that had done an updo, stayed just fine and looked great for the entire night. I love my hair in all of my photos! Her pricing is very good for onsite hair. Natalie dropped her pricing a bit because I had more than 6 people getting their hair done so for onsite hair, I think we were getting a great deal. My wedding was in Potomac and everything I had researched around there was ridiculously priced, so I think I was very lucky to find Natalie!

Natalie was amazing. She was everything I needed to help bring the final touches to me and my bridesmaids. The make up waa beautiful and my hair amazing. She made me feel like a queen for the day. I definetly highly recommend her and her services .

We hired Natalie for my daughter's wedding. Not only was she pleasant and responsive, she did an excellent job. She listened carefully to my daughter's wishes and provided us with wonderful service and more than we could have hoped. Her rates are also extremely reasonable. The wedding was outdoors and the day of the wedding was extremely warm, but our make-up and hair stayed. I would highly recommend Natalie.

I worked with Natalie from Posche Hair and just loved her! She was very responsive over email and eager to help me with wedding day hair. I really appreciated her service and friendly approach. My bridesmaids also enjoyed working with her on wedding day. Natalie did an excellent job with my hair, mother of the groom, bridesmaids, and flower girl---- and she was fantastic at getting it all done in a reasonable amount of time. Because her we actually ran ahead of schedule on the wedding day! I would definitely recommend her to a friend.

Natalie did a wonderful job on myself and my 2 bridesmaids for our hair. Following our trial I had a few changes that I wanted to make and she was very enthusiastic and supportive of my suggestions. For the big day my hair looked gorgeous and it didn't move all night! My bridesmaids also loved their hair and they looked lovely. She is a very good listener and definitely tries to do exactly what you want but using her professional skills to give suggestions that make your hairstyle work with your type of hair.

Not only is she great at doing hair, she was extremely professional and was prompt at my hotel on the wedding day (I have heard bad stories of vendors being late and causing unnecessary stress). Her personality is great and it was definitely fun chatting with her while she made our hair look amazing. Great person and really wonderful job, thanks again Natalie!

I cannot say enough about how awesome Natalie of Posche Hair is. I hate my hair, and my wedding hair is the only time I've ever LOVED it! I've received numerous comments about how elegant, sophisticated and beautiful my updo was. When I met Natalie, my hair was horribly damaged, and I was in tears not knowing how to fix it in time for the wedding. She spent months working with me to get my hair healthy, long and gorgeous - and IT WORKED! The cuts, treatments and color she did for me were unbelievable. Not only is her work stellar, Natalie is truly one of the nicest, most helpful people I have ever met. I feel so blessed that someone recommended her to me. My bridesmaids also had their hair all done by Natalie. They all dreaded getting their hair done because of past BAD updo's. Every single bridesmaid said they have never had a formal style that they liked much less LOVED as much as they did. My Mom also has bad (and very short) hair. Natalie was wonderful! She was very flexible and responsive during our planning and terrific the day of- she was calming and lovely which was just right during the nervous getting ready time! I loved my hair and she also did an amazing job curling our 3 year old flower girl's hair, who never sits still! I would recommend her to any of my friends getting married.

Natalie was wonderful to work with! She made my wildest hair dreams come true, and was a consummate professional. I have fairly short hair (not even chin length), and she magically created a beautiful "updo" without the use of any extensions. My hair is also pretty fine, so this task was not an easy one. Natalie worked with me to create the hairstyle I wanted during our trial, always listened to my feedback, and had helpful suggestions of her own. On the day of my wedding, she was on time, cheerful, and professional. She styled the hair of four of my bridesmaids, plus my mother and mother in law, and my hair, all in our hotel suite. It was a dream come true, and I could not have been happier with my hair. Natalie provided outstanding value for the cost, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Natalie was really great to work with! She asked me tons of questions and made sure she knew what I wanted on the day of my wedding. She did my hair and helped me with my eyeliner, brows and lashes. Even when I thought I knew what I wanted (fake eyelashes), she was very accommodating when I decided last minute that they weren't for me! I received compliments on my hair all day long - she even helped me color it a few weeks before and it looked great!

I would highly recommend her services - she's organized, responsive and super nice to boot!

Natalie was an absolute godsend-- I'm a self-described "slacker bride" and couldn't even find the time for a hair test. Natalie was super-responsive over email, and we worked out the basics of the style that way. Natalie was on-time and prepared, and my hair looked amazing! It stayed put throughout the evening, and probably would have held up into the next day if I needed it to! Best of all, it looked soft and feminine not sprayed and shellacky and the style worked really well with my little birdcage veil. I highly recommend Natalie for her responsiveness, professionalism and value as well as her flexibility (she was able to accommodate me despite me getting in touch only a few weeks before the wedding). Your hair will look wonderful!

Natalie at Posche Hair did an amazing job. She did my bridesmaids and my hair for my wedding day and we all looked fabulous. Everyone commented on how great my hair looked. It felt secure all night and looked very polished and modern. Exactly what I wanted.

Natalie came to my house and did everyone's hair onsite. It was great to have someone willing to come your house to do everyone's hair. It seemed much more relaxing than when I have been in Bridal parties and we have had to go to a Salon.

Natalie did a great job of doing my hair and the bridesmaid’s hair on my wedding day. She is very talented and was able to pick up the style that I wanted very quickly. She is also very accommodating and was able to come to my home very early in the morning on the wedding day to do the hair. She is a great person to work with and is very receptive to your needs.

Natalie was so sweet and I really liked working with her. My hair was something that I just could not figure out. Until I met Natalie, I just kept telling people from the neck up, I was a hot mess.

We did a trial run. Nothing really clicked for me. Then she suggested hair extenstions. We tried one just to see and I loved it. Made for a simple hair do that had a touch of drama.

Natalie took care of my bridesmaids' hair also. The girls looked great.

Natalie also offers make-up services. I had a friend who is pretty skilled with a make-up brush do ours, so I can't comment on Natalie's make-up services. That said, I wasn't sure if my friend could do our make-up and I was getting nervous. Natalie knew this and said she would bring her stuff with her to be safe. She really reassured me.

I can't underscore how sweet Natalie is. If you meet her, you'll just love her.

Natalie was fantastic! She was reasonably priced, and spent all day with us. She worked patiently with me to create the perfect hairstyle during my trial, and did an amazing job! I got so many compliments. I like Natalie so much that I have started going to her for haircuts too!

Thank god for Posche Hair! I found myself in a crisis the day before my wedding, and my original stylist cancelled. A friend recommended me Posche Hair, and not only was Natalie able to schedule me and my entire wedding party, she came to me, and was able to get last minute hair extensions that lood great! Natalie did wonders with my hair. She listened to what I wanted and made sure the hairstyle fit my personality. And somehow, the style lasted over twelve hours on my marathon wedding day. The style she came up with fit what I wanted, held up through some seriously humid weather, and flattered me better than I could have hoped. If I had it all to do over again, I would definitely go with Natalie again. She listens to you and she knows what she's doing. That's the golden combination for hair stylists.

Natalie was referred to me by a friend.  When I met with Natalie she was very organized as well as determined to make sure she understood what I needed for my wedding day.  She has very reasonable prices and is willing to work with you on what it is that you need for your special day.  Natalie is confident in what she does and it shows.   Natalie is very prompt; she returned our signed contract within 1 day, I gave 3 days.  On my wedding day Natalie was early. I like this.  She came in and set up shop and went to work. She and I both like an organized bride. This makes things go smoothly throughout the wedding day.  Once her work was complete my Mom pulled me aside and said she”Natalie” knows what she is doing. Everyone looks great. My Mom also said she has hasn’t had her hair done this well in 10 years.  My Dad told my Mom she looked like she was 30 again; they are both in their sixties.   Throughout the day we continued to get compliments regarding our hair.  I would recommend Natalie to ANYONE that needs their hair done for their wedding day. She is prompt, reasonable and very good at what she does.  She is now who I see on a regular basis for my hair in Rockville.

Posche Hair made my mom, grandma, mother-in-law, bridesmaids, and I feel like princesses for the day! Natalie worked with each one of the ladies to create a custom look that worked for them. Natalie and her team were professional, polite, flexible, quick, and easy to work with. As soon as Natalie and her team arrived, they set up their hair and make-up stations and started to work on each girl one at a time and didn't stop until everyone was 100% satisfied with their look. Working with Natalie and Dana for my wedding hair trial and day of wedding for myself, my mom and sister was an absolute pleasure. Both insisted on getting our looks just right, even when we didn't know exactly what we wanted. The results were absolutely stunning — and we were truly blown away by their talent, professionalism and their desire to please not because we were their clients, but because it was such a special day. Having Natalie and Dana come to my home and then to our hotel the day of the wedding was absolutely the right choice and truly helped with our nerves, allowing us to relax in our hotel room. I would hire both Natalie and Dana again in a heartbeat.

I found Natalie at Posche more than 6 months prior to my wedding because I was moving out of state/away from Maryland, where our wedding was. I found her services online and originally went with her because the package was a great deal and very affordable compared to other hair/make-up services in the area. I also wanted someone who did both hair & make-up. In retrospect, I would have scheduled my trial closer to the wedding date, but logistics didn't make that possible. However, the actual trial went well - Natalie came to my apartment and spent more than an hour trying different hair styles and shades of eye make-up. I decided to go with a very natural look, and Natalie stayed very true to that on my wedding day. She also patiently worked with me to redo my hair several times until it was exactly what I wanted. :) She also did hair for my mother, sister and bridesmaid, and they all loved what she did. And she did all 4 of us within 2 hours by herself! Natalie was very sweet, friendly, professional and a joy to work with!!

Natalie is absolutely the best when it comes to hair. She owns her craft! If you want sleek updos, a bombshell blowout, or a soft sweep bun - Natalie is your go-to hair guru. She is so sweet and understanding of your needs. She absolutely loves doing what she does for brides and their bridal parties. I know on my wedding day, I wouldn't think twice but to snatch Natalie and her crew up for my bridesmaids and myself. I wouldn't wait to book Natalie, every other bride in the DMV is booking her now.
