Posh and Pretty Parties

We feel like we hit the lottery with Nichole. Best decision! If anything went wrong the day of the wedding, we were none the wiser, which is exactly why we wanted to work with a wedding coordinator.

In the months before the wedding, we had regular conference calls with Nichole where we talked about vendor selection, questions about planning, etc. Nichole stepped in to take over the reins about a month before the wedding. She was in contact with all of our vendors, coordinated their arrival and set up times, put them in contact with our venue if needed. The day of the wedding, Nichole and her team handled all of the logistics, questions from vendors, guests, etc. Before the wedding, one of Nichole’s assistants was stationed at the hotel helping direct our out-of-town guests to transportation to the venue (so we stayed on scheduled). A second assistant was helping the bridal party during pre-ceremony photographs. Nichole was at the venue working with all of our vendors. All I know is that everything went smoothly and along with our families and bridal party, we spent the day focusing on happiness, love, food, and dancing!

We truly got to enjoy our wedding and did not worry one second about set up, transitioning from ceremony to reception, scheduling, making sure everyone was at the right place at the right time, where we should put the guest book, or how we were going to manage some of the interesting personalities and strong opinions in our group. Nichole had it covered.

This vendor Made My Wedding Amazing! I was soooo nervous but with Nicole I didn't have to worry about a thing! She took care of everything and went above and beyond. Use her ... She will make your life easier!

Nichole and her team did a great job with our wedding. She handled the Day-of-Wedding Coordination as though she planned everything with us from start to finish. Every detail was covered, she ran the rehearsal with professionalism and was extremely patient and sweet with the children in the ceremony. I loved the umbrellas and plastic shields that she used to keep me dry during the downpour that occurred as I prepared to exit the vehicle and enter the church. She was kind, professional, gracious and attentive.

I used Posh and Pretty Parties as my wedding planner. I had done most of the planning but needed that one person that would tie everything together, make sure everything was done and looked fantastic and Nichole from Posh and Pretty Parties went above and beyond my expectations. Even from hundreds of miles away, Nichole took the time to sit down on conference calls with me to go over my ideas and plans. She took my ideas and came up with creative table cards, wonderful table settings and made sure the whole wedding ran smoothly. There were some hiccups in our reception venue but I didn't learn about them till after the wedding was over. She made sure I stayed calm and worry free and took care of everything. And that's what a bride needs on her wedding day--- worry free happiness.... Posh and Pretty Parties did an excellent job, I couldn't have asked for better. About a year after the wedding while I was trying to scrapbook our wedding, I had lost one of the creative table cards that they made for us and They even helped me to replace it so that I could cherish all of the memories we made on our special day. Thanks again for everything you did to make our day and memories extra special!
