Matt Potts played steel drums for our cocktail hour and it absolutely felt like we were in the carribean! We received compliment and after compliment for our cocktail music from our guests. We couldn't have asked for anything better! Thank you again Matt!

The steel pan added a really unique touch to my wedding, I would recommend Matt Potts for a wedding musician. The music was beautiful.
About Potts & Pans
Potts & Pans Steel Ensemble is a professional-level steel band. Comprised of musicians that were trained in steelpan performance at Northern Illinois University, we are not your typical beach band.
We play many styles of music, ranging from classical to pop to calypso and more! The group is usually made up of 9 performers, but we can also arrange smaller ensembles for you.

1 hour is a good starting point

lighting is available, so is a fog machine

typically we play 45 minutes and take a 15 minute break. Clients are expected to provide a meal.

We work with multiple musicians so, to date, there has never been a problem - especially for the smaller performing groups.
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
I charge based on actually mileage and fuel prices, so this is very dependent on the location.
What is the required deposit to secure your services?
$100 minimum
