As soon as we got engaged I was so excited to begin planning the wedding. It wasn’t long before I soon realized as a full time student with a full time job and a young son, I just could not do it all. I contacted Olivia Lee of Precise Events, and she immediately organized what I have done so far and made it clear to me that I could really do this and still have a life away from planning my wedding. After our first meeting, I left with a great deal of ease, something that I did not realize with other planners who suggested that I was under the gun and I have to do this and have to do that. Honestly, talking with other planners put me in a panic! Seriously we selected to work with Olivia because of her calm and reassuring demeanor. Working with her with a partial planning package, we were able to research, vet and select three of our main wedding vendors very easily in less than a month!

What I think was the most impressive part was her flexibility. My fiance got a job across country in California. We moved and had to re-work almost all the planning that we had done in Philadelphia. Olivia negotiated to get our money back from many of the vendors. She coordinated with the new vendors in California, using her connections in the business event planning world to get us great rates and vendors in CA. We loved her so much, we flew her to California to coordinate our wedding! I dont think anyone could do any better for a good planner! And when I think about the wedding day, from top to bottom, beginning to end, she made our day perfect! Everything was beautiful and flawless. The best part of it all was that I never had to stress about a thing, even the changing of the wedding city! Olivia and her team took care of everything; the caterer, florist, DJ, cake…etc.

I was a Bridesmaid at my friend's wedding yesterday. I saw first hand how helpful and professional the staff at Precise Events was not only on the day but on for the event itself.
What stands out most for me was Olivia, the planner, running to get the bride's "something borrowed" item from the bridal suite that Patty forgot just before the ceremony. It made us all even more excited about standing next to Patty for her wedding, because of Olivia's passion and overall willingness to make this wedding fantastic.

Olivia, Samantha and the rest of the team at Precise events are so amazing. Thinking about writing this review, I wanted to find a way to make my words useful for other brides searching for a planner mostly because I did not find all reviews helpful because they were not very descriptive. First, Olivia as a planner is creative and innovative and so pleasant to work with. She also is reasonably priced. We had a very strict budget and I suggested a price, she suggested what we could get with that price focusing on the items that I deemed most important to me and my fiancé. Olivia is not forceful with her own opinions rather gently guided my ideas into more realistic expectations. I also really was helped with her budgeting experience. Her suggestions on how to manage our funds and how to approach finding and negotiating with vendors worked every time. When I looked out at my wedding, I saw my design and vision and not one that was forced on me. In the end, I felt supported and relaxed. My guests also commented on how smoothly the wedding went. I have had numerous compliments on what a beautiful and fun wedding it was. I would recommend Precise Events to any bride looking for an amazing, beautiful and stress-free wedding. Could not have asked for anything more! We had the best day of our lives!

Working with Olivia at Precise Events was the best decisions I made for our wedding. I was hesitant about getting a planner at first because I thought it was an unnecessary luxury but it didn’t take me long to realize that I was totally wrong. I thought that I was an extremely good planner, but from day one, Olivia showed me that there was more to planning a wedding than checking of items on a check list. I think from the moment we met, I realized that she could handle anything that I threw at her. We originally contracted for day-of planning, but I realized I had asked her so many questions we upgraded our package to a partial package and also made use of her new wedding rental division.

My wedding day was amazing. First, her and her staff worked so well with our vendors. Well, she did suggest a lot of really awesome and well priced vendors and even got me a 10% discount on our invites and place cards, and also negotiated extras with our caterer. Honestly, people say this but all the time and I was always like yeah yeah, but really, my guest kept approaching me and asking me, how did I pull off such a smoothly run, on time spectacular wedding. I said, hire my wedding planner! LOL. I think one of my bridesmaids will be using Precise Events for her wedding next year.

Thank you so very much for being such a major and special part of our wedding. Your great ideas and tremendous patience, not to mention organizational skills were so useful. I couldn’t have gotten through all of this without your guidance. What would have I done without all of your lists to help us see what needed to be done? Your help enabled me to have a sense of reassurance that the day would be as we planned. I admire your ability to resolve situations before they become disasters. Who would have imagined that the glass would break on our engagement portraits… but you had enough time to get it fixed and I didn’t even know until after the wedding. Every time I’d ask for something, you’d show up before I could get the words out of my mouth. You were truly reliable and conveniently ever-present. Everyone continues to comment on how beautiful and elegant everything was on “our day”. I must say that all our hard work really paid off. It was truly the wedding we wanted and I can’t thank you enough for all you have done. You have been a terrific professional, but you have been more, much more than that. Overall, my wedding weekend was great. Precise Events was contracted for their month-of service. Other Bride have commented in their reviews that the owner, Olivia, is awesome. They were right. She has a great personality. She is someone who is a great friend to the bride and also a fighter when it comes to working with vendors who wont budge.
I really appreciate her and her team. They made my wedding so wonderful. We got married on a Sunday morning and had a lunch reception. For cost savings. Well, this meant that we had to be out of the venue before their evening wedding came in. Olivia and her staff were troopers. They were able to clean everything up and presentable so that we avoided late fees. Olivia also was the one who suggested my favors (keepsake insulated cups) that guests could fill with Rita’s Water ice! My guests loved it.

What a wonderful experience. My wedding was the best day of my life! I hired Precise Events for Partial Planning. They had the most reasonable pricing AND the best services for the money. What really made me choose Olivia (the owner and planner) was her personality. So positive and upbeat.

I had booked the venue and the band but that is it. I needed everything else. I had just started a new job and knew that I did not have the time to do it all. All the other planners I called were just over priced or limited the types of services that they could do for me in my price range. Precise Events was the only one who had unlimited planning hours. It made me feel more comfortable working with them to know that I could contact them when I needed them and there was no limit.

So, the day of the wedding was flawless. I work up. Olivia and her team were already at the site decorating. I was given the royal treatment. The day went by so quickly. One of the things that I know happened is that people who did not RSVP showed up. Olivia was kind to them and was able to negotiate with the venue to get them seated and served. My guests commented on how present she was and attentive and helpful her staff was.

I worked with Olivia for full planning. To me when I interviewed other planners, their cost was high but and their services were limited. So with Precise Events, the package is unlimited planning hours. We meet as much as we needed to. I did not need as many face to face meetings as I did need her for vetting vendors and communicating with my bridal party. That was helpful. The planning process was smooth. I used many of Olivia’s ideas and solutions to some of the issues that came up with the budget. In one instance, I saved over $500 just because she suggested an alternative that worked well. (Thanks for that)
The day-of: I did not notice anything going wrong. My guests are still talking to me about our wedding. I just know that I enjoyed myself. After the wedding, I had coffee with Olivia. I wanted to know, really how hard was it for her… You know because it seemed so smooth. I found out that one of the vendors was extremely late and needed help to set up on time. Olivia was helping to decorating the ceremony space and then the reception space but this was the vendor’s job to do. I never knew anything was wrong. The wedding started on time and was just as I hope it would be. I hate to think what would have happened without her.
Just a last note of something that impressed me, Will and I went directly to the airport after the wedding reception. Olivia took our gifts and left over decorations and flowers and stuff to our house for us. WOW! I still cant get over how helpful this was for me and Will. We recommend working with Precise Events

I truly can't say enough about how crucial Olivia (owner of Precise Events) was in the planning and execution of our wedding. I had no idea what I was doing or where to start and she jumped right in and helped with everything. She started with what MY vision was for the wedding and we went from there. She gave her opinion on ideas, but in no way was I pressured to use them unlike some wedding planners I've heard about. As it turned out her ideas were far superior to mine and were fantastic! She checked in on a daily basis to make sure things were running smoothly and anything I couldn't handle she took over. The day of the wedding, she was non-stop- from making sure everyone was where they were supposed to be on time and helping to decorate for the ceremony/reception to making sure we ate and had everything we needed, to packing up and taking us to our hotel. I can't stress enough that having a wedding planner, especially like Olivia and Precise Events, is a must in planning a wedding. I highly highly highly recommend using Precise Events not only for a wedding but to also plan any event (anniversary parties, business events, etc).

My wedding was wonderful. I found Precise Events through a friend. I remember a few specific things about the planning process.
1) Quality of Service: I rate a 5 because I got more than I paid for. Even though I had Month of Service. I could call Olivia or email her and ask questions about my wedding. She never told me no
2)Responsiveness: I rate a 5 because at the time Olivia had only one associate working with her but she never missed an appointment or deadline for getting me information
3) Professionalism: I rate a 5 because my other vendors (2 of which Precise Events had never worked with before) talked to me about how wonderful it was to work with Olivia and her team. That means alot when vendors can work well together and the planner is not pushy and rude
4) Value: Also rated a 5 because I was not stressed at all for the month leading up to my wedding. I felt that I under paid and we brought Olivia a spa gift cert as an added thank you for taking care of everything
5) Flexibility: Olivia is a mad genius... she always was coming up with new ideas and solutions to problems. Also, she was flexible with the planning package. We needed a custom package and she created exactly what we needed within our budget.

We had a vision and put it all together. Olivia and the Precise Events staff executed our plans from rehearsal day and till the very last guest left the reception. The wedding day was amazing. We had a lady in waiting, Anna, who was with us (mostly me) the entire day. She fussed over me and my bridesmaids and really made us feel like superstars. Were we amazed? Yes we were! Are we grateful? Definitely! We will be calling you to plan our baby shower.

Marco and I paid for our wedding ourselves, so our budget was tight. One thing that I knew is that I could not do this myself. I did a lot, but all those check lists just confused me. It was helpful to have a planner present for site visits and rehearsals. I know we truly enjoyed our day. We used Precise Events for day-of coordinating, but Olivia gave us much more than that. She gave above and beyond even though we were completely budget conscious. An example was that when I talked to her about an idea, she actually met with me to go over the details. (Something that was not in the contract by the way)
So, I can only give great accolades to her and her staff. I would recommend her services to any woman who wants their dreams to come true. Olivia is calm, sweet and reminds me of that no nonsense girlfriend that will stand up for you and always tell you the truth. I enjoyed working with her… my parents and in-laws love her… and so did my bridal party.
