I can't say enough good things about Premiere Events Group!! Our whole experience was WONDERFUL. We worked with Luke Sensebe. He provided lighting, decor, and DJ services for our ceremony and reception. The lighting was gorgeous, and made our whole space warm and romantic. And Luke is honestly my favorite DJ I have ever seen! I got to see him in action at two of my friends' weddings, too. He really knows how to set the right mood, build the energy and keep the party going all night long! He struck a perfect balance between listening to what we wanted and offering his ideas and suggestions, which were extremely helpful. We really felt like he cared about our wedding. And his services are such a good deal!! He could easily be charging twice as much. Our guests raved about him too. Highly, highly recommended!!

The lighting portion of the service was unbelievable, I was overwhelmed when I saw the room totally lit up - completely exceeded my expectations!!!

Luke did a wonderful job. All of the music that we had requested was played, and at the correct times! He did a amazing job making sure that the reception ran smoothly. Everything from excusing tables to go eat to quickly changing a song if the crowd died down on the dance floor without you even realizing. His uplighting looked terrific as well, definitely worth a few extra bucks! If you are looking for a professional DJ he is definitely a cut above the rest! Luke Sensebe is fantastic! He runs a great business and is a pretty dope DJ! There was no cheese to his presentation and delivery, and he didn't talk too much. This wasn't his show, it was ours! He was completely flexible and offered to meet with us in person at a location and time that was convenient for us. He is a great mixer! He kept everyone on the dance floor. His spirit and energy are so fitting for a bride and groom. He's young, nice to look at, and you feel like you're at a great club, rather than a lame wedding reception. I also love his prices! Don't waste your time looking elsewhere! Premiere Events Group should be the only DJ company you consider!

Luke was an amazing DJ. He was very laid back, very flexible and understanding (especially when the chaos intensified), and his DJing was awesome. First, Luke actually mixed music during the wedding - I have not been to a wedding where mixing actually happened. Second, he kept the dance floor bouncing for the full two hours we had the floor open. This attests to his ability to read the crowd and change the beat to match the mood. While we asked Luke to play particular songs (and he mixed all of them in to the playlist), we also encouraged him to do what he does best - match the music to the mood of the crowd. And he did this wonderfully. Many of our guests commented on how great the music was - many said it was the best wedding music they'd heard!

DJ LUX made our night all it could be! From lighting the room to the awesome music! The dance floor was packed most of the night!! We had an amazing time working with Luke and his team!!

We were introduced to dj lux through our wedding planner. During that first meeting, my wife and I mentioned how we like outkast's "hey ya," but noted it was hard to dance to. Dj lux then blew us away by explaining why that was the case. Off the top of his head, he said the song has 160 beats per minute, which is so fast, that all you can do is jump to it. Talk about knowing your facts and understanding what it takes to get people to dance! We made up our mind then, and he continued to impress, injecting creativity when MCing the wedding. Last but not least, we wanted someone cool to get our party started right, which is exactly what dj lux was!

Frank was great!! He spent a lot of time with us prior to the wedding making sure that everything was perfect and putting our minds at ease. He delivered in everything he said he would do and kept our whole crowd dancing right up till the end at midnight. 3 of our guests want to hire him in the near future for a venue. Jon A.

Premiere Events was top notch from the our first meeting. Keith, our DJ/MC, met with us prior to our wedding date. At the meeting, he gave us a clear overview on their services and detailed packet which also helped us in the planning of our reception.They were very accomodating; such as getting all music/songs that we requested, customed the music to what we wanted, and gave us suggestions when we didn't know what songs to play (ie cutting of cake, last song etc).As an MC, Keith was spontaneous and kept the guests attentive and happy with his MC'ing and appeared to ready to adapt to any changes that may have arose during the reception.Overall, we had a great experience with the company and plan on referring them in the future to engaged couples.

Great company! We hired Premiere for our wedding based on a recommendation from one of the coordinators at our venue--from a list of about 10 vendors we were required to choose from. We met with Luke, the owner, first (Luke meets clients first to get familiar with them and their event to be able to select which of his deejays will be the best fit). From the first contact he was very friendly, informative and interested in helping create the best deejay/emcee experience for our wedding. He asked a lot of questions and listened carefully to what we were looking for, but also had some good ideas of his own to share. (Not being deejays ourselves, we were more than happy to hear his suggestions about event flow and were even introduced to a type of music we'd never heard of that we ended up enjoying and asking to be played during the meal at our wedding.) Premiere's vibe was right, they came highly recommended by a venue that's very picky about its vendors and the price was a deal–we were sold!We had a few special requests for our reception: 1) a specific type of "nontraditional" grand entrance/introduction we were looking to do; 2) bilingual; 3) no "corny"/"cheesy" frustrated radio deejay/standup comedian voice/banter/games! Premiere's answer: No problem!Luke was already booked for an event on our date, so based on what he'd learned about us and our wedding in our meeting he referred us to Frank (DJ Roam), one of Premiere's other bilingual deejays. We met with Frank and he was just as friendly, informative and eager to help us create the best event possible.This was no easy task, by the way. Our reception was going to be at lunchtime; the groom and I have somewhat different tastes in music from each other; and our wedding was going to have guests ranging in age from infant to nineties, and from the US and Mexico. Frank kept the beat up, mixed the genres and read the crowd to keep the dancefloor busy all the way through the last song! Premiere's deejays are mixers who know how to emcee events, which was the order of skills we wanted. Though we filled out Premiere's song list, we knew we could trust Frank with a "green light" to do his thing and play any songs he thought would work.And while he was doing the music, Frank worked seamlessly with our venue's coordinators, making announcements to organize groups for a somewhat complicated photo session we had planned; giving a rundown of what was next on the agenda; and even working directly with our photobooth vendor to coordinate an announcement, rescuing me from the struggle to find a minute to make it myself. Instead of just making the announcements, he added personality to them--a favorite of mine was not just calling the single women to the floor for the bouquet toss, but explaining all the "situations" that count as "single."Overall, Premiere was good people, good skills, good value and a good time! Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Premiere Events Group was absolutely awesome and rocked our wedding. Luke was so helpful and did a great job both as MC of our wedding and as DJ. He gave us guidelines and suggestions when we needed them and was overall very helpful. The water lighting effects for the dancefloor added that really fun vibe to our wedding. Our photographer actually recommended Premiere Events Group. We attempted to contact 3 other DJ's and Luke was the only one to get back to us promptly. We met with Luke and were very impressed and excited to work with him. Unfortunately, due to a double booking, Luke was unable to DJ our wedding. He offered us a full refund on our deposit, or to provide us with another DJ. After meeting with Luke, I trusted that he would not let us down and we decided to use the DJ he recommended. We were not disappointed. Wes was great! The communication with Luke and Wes was excellent. They provided the music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, and it was exactly what I wanted. We were running behind schedule, and Wes just rolled with it and waited for me to give him the go ahead with everything. He was not overbearing, and did not make the reception all about him. Our reception was awesome! I literally danced all night, and so did my guests. And the draping they provided completely transformed the room. Premiere Events Group is the real deal. My wedding would not have been as wonderful as it was without their help. I highly recommend them!

Once Premier Events was able to identify a DJ for our special day everything else was made easy. They we're accommodating to our requests and were very professional towards our guests. We would highly recommend them for your special day.

Luke, of Premiere Events Group, is a down-to-earth, fun-loving guy who is extremely skilled at what he does. My husband and I knew from the first time we were introduced to him that he would be the perfect DJ for our wedding reception... not only was he obviously capable of providing great music, he was also very professional and funny and easy to talk to. Premier Events was great. Luke was very flexible with the date and having DJ's avaiable. Also, Steve the associate that worked my wedding was wonderful and worked great with the crowd. He always had the floor moving and timed all the special dances perfectly! We also,had a photo booth and he was able to make the announcements loud enough so all the guests got to it. Luke did everything we asked him to do. He is a REAL DJ not a guy who shows up and plays his Ipod. We gave him a short list of songs and artists we liked and he did the rest. We would recommend Luke to anyone who wants to have a great party. He emceed the event without being the center of attention, but took control and was AWESOME! Frank was great at getting us all the songs that my husband's family liked (south American) and he stayed true to not playing one song I didn't want him to play, even if he was being attacked by my guest haha. He was an awesome sport and had the crowd dancing the whole night.

We had Luke as our DJ for our wedding this past month. We were extremely pleased with his services - both leading up to the wedding (very responsive) and during the reception itself. Luke did a great job of incorporating our favorite songs while also adjusting to the crowd and playing songs that got everyone energized and on the dance floor. We were so surprised at the number of people who got out on the dance floor and STAYED out on the dance floor until the night was over. Luke was amazing! He played a perfect mix of music to fit our two families: one side from southern California and the other mainly from Mexico. Being bilingual was also a HUGE plus given that half of the guests spoke predominantly Spanish. As the MC for the night, he was able to give all of the instructions and information to everyone in both languages. As for music, he played all of our requests and then matched the rest of the night's songs to fit the same kind of theme and overall tone. He was even able to play a special request song that the groom asked for at the event ( that's the nice thing about being digital and having a really large library to pull from! ). We would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a DJ for their wedding ( or any other event for that matter )!

Luke did an amazing job for our wedding. He was very professional in demeanor and kept the night flowing easily without us having to even think about anything. Luke was AMAZING. For our reception we were going for a lively club/party atmosphere with a fun, danceable, and eclectic mix of music, incorporating the songs that we enjoyed dancing to in clubs, while being relatively accessible to the friends and family not in our age group who would be attending. It was especially important to us to have a 'real DJ' with the expertise and the equipment to play good songs that people could dance to, and to mix between them seamlessly; not someone who would simply plug their Macbook into the venue's sound system, or play an unimaginative string of wedding reception song clichés one after another.Our wedding planner Uyen of Sassy Girl Weddings referred us to Luke at Premiere Events Group. When we got in touch with him, the first thing he did was invite us to come out to meet him and see him spin during his weekly gig at the Cherch Lounge. It was a perfect opportunity to see for ourselves the equipment he used, his song choices, etc. and we took a couple of our friends along to make a night out of it. When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was that Luke runs a very good dance floor! Everyone was having a good time, and soon we were too. Our friend took one glance at his equipment and assured us it was top of the line, exactly what you’d expect to see a professional DJ using in a good club--i.e. “Real DJ Stuff”. Although Luke had assured us he would make every effort to get to know our musical tastes and incorporate them for our reception, it was especially reassuring to see that his repertoire already quite closely matched what we were looking for; that he had a good sense of what‘s popular and trendy, but also knew when to throw in something classic or more offbeat, and make it all work. We’re pleased to report that Luke managed all of this for our own wedding, and was professional, courteous, punctual, friendly, flexible and attentive to boot. He kept in touch with us consistently over phone and email in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Day of, he arrived on time and set up and tore down on schedule.Even more telling, however: when our venue left us hanging at the last minute with nobody to run the music during the actual ceremony, Luke very graciously stepped in, loaded our playlist onto his laptop and took care of it--basically an extra hour’s work, and not agreed to in the contract, but which he did at no extra charge.His command of the dance floor was such that he could incorporate some of the more obscure artists we liked, with none of the guests batting an eye or caring that they “didn’t know the song”. Everyone was just having fun dancing! He adjusted for our required timing, re-editing the Father-Daughter dance song to an appropriate length. And when, halfway through the evening, the bride needed him to play a certain random song nowhere near like what we’d discussed, in seconds he had brought up not one but TWO versions, chosen one, and had it ready to go precisely on her cue!In the end, everybody HAD A BLAST. The music is one of the things our guests have consistently brought up when talking about it since. If you’re like us, with high standards for the music to be played at your reception and the experience your guests are to have, you absolutely cannot go wrong with Luke with Premiere Events Group.

Our original DJ dropped out a mere 4 weeks before our big day and we were panicked! Thankfully, our planner referred us to Premiere Events Group- and Doug was AMAZING! They put us at ease right away. They were professional and assured us that everything was going to be great- and the music was even more incredible than we could have imagined. All our guests were up and partying all night long, and Doug and his assistant did a great job of keeping everything flowing and fun! There are a few things that may have fallen through the cracks because everything was so last minute- like many songs on our original request list for the reception weren't played- but the major songs like 1st dance, entrance, etc were perfect and everything was fantastic! Thanks so much for swooping in and delivering more than expected!

We were so impressed with their services. We had interviewed a number of DJs for our wedding and Luke at Premiere Events was far and away the most impressive and capable DJ for weddings. He executed all of our special requests perfectly and really creted a great flow for the evening. He had a keen sense of our music style and was able to create the type of environment we wanted without us having to painstakingly select every single song for the evening. He did a great job managing guest requests also. Everyone had a fantastic time and commented on how great the music was. Nobody wanted to leave the dance floor! Luke is the BOMB DIGGITY! My wedding rocked from the minute the reception started until the venue shut us down. Luke was super cool and super easy to work with. We couldn't decide on grand entrance songs for either ourselves or the bridal party and Luke just improvised. Everything went off perfectly! He took requests from the guests, but never let the party get slow or boring. He also helped us with wireless mics for the ceremony at the last minute (so we didn't have to use a big ugly microphone on a stand). I wish I was having another wedding so he could spin for us again! Thanks Luke!

Frank was able to get a good mix of music for all ages for both American and Latin guests at my wedding. Frank did a great job and I received several compliments on the DJ.

I would not recommend this DJ service if you re assigned to DJ A-Rok. He was the DJ for our wedding reception and arrived at our event without the bride and groom song and the father-daughter song. My brother had to purchase the music and give it to the DJ. They pronounced my name incorrect all evening. They played songs from my do not play list and they were drinking beer the entire night. This is not what I expected from a DJ service that prides themselves on being professional. I had met with the DJ's manager prior to my event because the DJ had cancelled at the last minute and explained and put in writing all of our requests. I even reviewed the songs, the schedule, etc with the DJ and his manager the night before my event and they still did not get it right. In addition I provided them with a CD of songs that I wanted played for my family and they did not play 1 song from the CD. When I called the owner Luke and explained what happened he just made excuses.
