Presidential Palace

I got married 12/04/10 and I could not have picked a better venue for my wedding reception. The owners Phil and Diane are wonderful people with big hearts. They worked with me and my husband to make our wedding day spectacular and all we could ever have dreamed of. I loved everything about this place, from the gorgeous marble floors to the flat screen tv that displayed our baby pics and engagement pics during the ceremony!!!! People kept coming up to me during the reception and telling me how wonderful the food was and how beautiful everything looked. I did not have to worry about a thing, all I needed to do was show up on time. I truely felt like a princess on my wedding day and the presidential palace was my castle!!! Thank you Phil and Diane from the boottom of my heart you both made me feel like family!

I could not have picked a better location for my reception than The Presidential Palace. My wedding was held on October 10, 2009 and it was such an incredible experience. One of the main reasons for this incredible experience was due to the fantastic service from the staff of The Presidential Palace. The food was absolutely delicious. The guests from my wedding are still talking about how good the food was. Cudos to the chef! The venue itself is luxurious with a marble dance floor and crystal chandeliers hanging throughout the building. The name, Presidential Palace, is a great description of the venue. Everything was handled to ensure we had the best experience. My husband and I did not have to worry about anything.

If you ask anyone what makes their wedding day special, many would say the smooth running of it all. This day almost didn't happen for us, manly because i put my faith in man and not god. However there is one special man and his wife i have to take my hat off to and it was the owner and staff of the Presidential Palace. It was beautifully decorated, the food was exceptional, the service was steller, Mr. Phil and his wife and staff catererd to everyone of our requests and demands. As well as made our guess feel welcome and at home. That's very hard to do, because as u know New Orleans is a family town and when we get together someone always seem to be a Negetive Nancy and try to find fault, here they couldn't complain about nothing, the food was plentiful and continuous so were the cocktails, and security was in full force. My challange in this all was trying to please the professional caters that was in attendace at our wedding. I must admit i was ready for them to find fault in every little thing and gratfully this staff answered there skeptisim with flying colors, no one could give a negative report, they raved on how beautiful the hall was and how delicious the food was. The Caters food was magnificent, i was almost tempted to lick my fingers but didn't want to get caught by a stray camera. The most drama i had for the day came from the reverend that was suppose to marry us, he never showed.........so who steps in and saves the day ......Mr. Phil he adlived the ceromony and no-one knew the difference. I think Mr. Phil should think about becoming a justice of the peace so that he can do weddings on his own. This will be a day me and my husband will cherish for many years to come. I would advise anyone if you don't want the pressure of running all over trying to find different vendors, The Presidential Palace is definatly the place. Hassle Free, Worry Free. You need only be on time.

Remember when I got married, I would be very excited, but Mike was and I said, do not have a good wedding services, then it will become a very bad marriage. So I found them, their service really is first class. In the wedding, they offered me the perfect program to make my wedding for a very smooth, so I thank you, yes you helped me a great favor. I would highly recommend you, because you are the best.

I absolutely loved the Presidential Palace! They really took care of me as the bride and my groom, and both our families. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to book a reception hall.

I had such an amazing experience at the presidential palace for my 2006 wedding!! The food, the service & the size of the dance floor would be my top 3 things that I loved the most!! My husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing because it was all taken care of!! We ate & danced all night! The staff was there for me before I could even ask for anything!! All of our guests raved about the food they were served & said they were stuffed when they left!! If you are looking for a reception hall ... Stop in & take a look at the presidential palace. It's sooo much better than a hotel & a much better deal too!!

My ceremony and reception was held on June 19th at The Presidential Palace. Phil, Diane, & Kevin went beyond my expectations to cater to my every need and make my night memorable. The food was amazing and the service was great! I really enjoyed the private room they offered for my husband and I. I highly recommend Presidential Palace to any future bride.

The Presidential Palace has a great atmosphere for a wedding but is still affordable. We love working there and look forward to our next gig there!
