My wedding dress was beautiful as were my bridesmaid dresses! Great customer service...had to order 2 of the dresses. Had dresses on layaway which was a great help when paying for a wedding!

I loved Pre Vue!!!! the girls they have working there are so nice. I went in with a tight budget and they got me into the perfect dress for what I wanted to spend. The alterations were done perfectly and I over the 6 months that I was going in to regularly try on my dress they never told me no and always were happy to see me!!!

I bought my wedding dress at Prevue in La Mesa and my dress fitting experience was wonderful! They have tons of dresses to choose from and the ladies that work there are very helpful. They are extremely busy during prom and winter formal season so try to make your appointments outside of their busy season. They are all very nice and professional and the value is great!

They are amazing!Teri was so much help. She organized everything from my bridal attire to the bridesmaids. Great quality for a great price with above expectation service.

I WOULD HAVE NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD FIND MY DREAM WEDDING DRESS HERE.. BUT I DID.. AND IT WAS A FRACTION OF THE COST EVERYWHERE ELSE!

I got my shoes and my mother's dress here. The girl who helped us out was great, she was very patient and brought us dress after dress after dress. She even picked out the dress that my mother ended up purchasing. Not only were we able to purchase my mother's dress and my shoes, she also provided us with other helpful accessories. When she heard my wedding was going to be outside in the grass she got me these neat little things that would go on my heels so I would not sink in the grass. We were very pleased with our experience.

I worked with Liza, she was amazing. Some of the other girls were very rude to my bridesmaid when she went to pick up my wedding dress for me, so I would highly recommend working with Liza, and not the other girls.

They were absolutely great! They were the only store in Arizona/California that had the dress I was looking for, and it was perfect. They were easy to work with, and after a few fittings knew me by name and would greet me as soon as I walked in the door. They also put up nicely with my mother, who was a bit of a pain, since she HAD to have a certain dress. They worked with her for weeks and eventually found the dress at another store and had it sent down ASAP, as the wedding was 5 days later. Would recommend these guys any day.

I absolutely LOVE Prevue. A few of my bridesmaids and I spent a Saturday looking at dresses for me (the bride) in Dec. 2008. When any bride first gets engaged, the first thing we do is look at dresses in magazines. I looked through so many magazines and thought I found my dress after looking through a David's Bridal catalog. So, naturally my girls and I went to DB first. Unfortunately, I was let down after trying on the dress that I thought was going to be "the one."

So, my MOH decided for us to check out Prevue since it was just down the street from DB. I, of course, was reluctant to go, but I still needed to find a dress, so I did. Without having made an appointment of anything, the sales lady were willing to still help us out. Liza, was absolutely great. She treated my girls and me like we were the only customers in the place. She even let us use the BIG dressing room. I showed her a few pictures of dress styles that I liked and she went and picked out 3 dresses for me right away. One of which she said "...doesn't look great on the hanger, but when brides' try them on, it's great." Each dress I tried on, I fell in love with. I even cried after wearing the 2nd dress I tried on. However, the 3rd dress was the dress I chose. It was a Maggie Sottero which was the dress that Liza made the above comment on. My girls loved it and I loved it, but of course I had to have my mom and godmother see it before I bought it. The funny thing was that my girls and I also ended up choosing a bridesmaid dress that same day as well!!

So, a month later I set up an appointment with Liza so I could bring my mom & godmother to see the dress that I wanted. Once, again, Liza was absolutely superb. I highly recommend Prevue to anyone who needs a wedding dress or any formal dress. They have a variety of dresses to choose from and have the best people working there as well!!! They even have someone to do the alterations. I had a lengthy train, and the lady did a french bustle, which was perfect for my reception!! Liza, and all the other staff at Prevue were always courteous over the phone and in person!!

My sales rep was Nicole. I was 5 months pregnant looking for a wedding dress. They had a great selection of dresses for those who aren't pregnant (smaller sizes). Although Nicole been there for (she told me) 12 years she suggested a size too big for me (and I took her word for it because of the length of time she's been with the company) My wedding was just 3 weeks later. I had gone back a few days later after paying the deposit (I tried to call her, but she wasn't working the next day). I tried the size smaller and it would've worked. So to make a long story short, I had to pay extra for a bigger size and extra for more alterations. I expressed my disappointment, in which she looked suprised, but didn't do anything about it.

The people here were so nice & understanding. I changed my mind umpteen times about the style of dress I wanted all the bridesmaids to wear, then had to change sizes a couple times when I gave them wrong info, then had to deal with my complicated payment schedule... and they all dealt with it with a smile. I did end up having some trouble with the balance that was owed, but they were more than happy to sit down with me to figure it out, and it turned out I owed even less than what I thought. Also, if you are shopping during prom season (February - April) - watch out for the crazy teen shoppers & their overbearing parents! Probably best to go when they aren't there (early morning, or weekday).

This place has EVERYTHING. Just make sure that you make an appointment, and the earlier, the better. Ask for Nicole (I had an appointment with another girl there and it ended up being that she scheduled me on her day ! WTF?!, Nicole stepped right in and helped me and my bridal party of 7, even though she had another appointment at the same time. No quality of service was lost). They have great dresses ranging from $250 - $3k, so something for every budget. They also have shoes, veils, MOB dresses, BM dresses, FG dresses, even prom and pageant. Great store!

Prevue is a good place to shop for mainly wedding dresses and high school prom dresses (and Quinceaneras). They have a ton of "sale" dresses to choose from which you buy right off of the rack for the "as is" price OR they can order a brand new one for you at full price. They do have a lot to choose from and most of the girls that work there are very friendly and personable. Janice (the manager) was very helpful and it was apparent that she has been in the business for a while. She is extremely accomodating and does what she can to make sure that the customer is completely happy with their purchase. That store also sales jewelry and headbands/tiaras so theoretically it can be a "one-stop shop". They have an in-house seamstress (who does a phenomonal job) and can take care of the cleaning/steaming/etc within the store. All in all, they were very professional and helpful and I would recommend giving this store a chance when shopping for your perfect wedding gown.

Prevue was a fantastic place for me to get my dress. My salesperson Courtney was fantastic. She was always friendly and available to help me even if I didn't have an appointment. The day I came to pick up my dress it was not steamed as had been promised but they quickly got it to the seamstress and had it ready within an hour. I was really impressed with the customer service skills and their seamstress was fantastic. My dress looked absolutely beautiful and I could not have been happier.

Young, contemporary, fun women wedding attire! I got my dress and veil here and they were very helpful in making the dress "my own" (alterations).

I got my wedding dress at PreVue and I love it ..it was beautiful. I ordered it on line and when I picked it up in person it was exactly as discribed.

I looked for my dress early on and found and ordered it with plenty of time. I loved my dress and had no problems except for the alterations. I took my dress in 3 times and was never completely happy. She was rude, didn't appear to listen or care to what I had to say, and did a poor job on what alterations she did do. Also, one of my bridesmaids got her dress though here, and when her dress finally came in, it was the wrong one, and the new one she got 2 weeks later didn't fit. Since most bridal stores have pretty strict no return/refund policy, we unfortunately had to have the same lady do her alterations. She had the same bad experience I did. Overall, the store has a great selection of dresses and most the staff is very nice, but take your alterations somewhere else.

I don't live in San Diego, but got married there, and they were very helpful over the phone and in person. They don't get five stars because only most of their staff was helpful, some of the girls seemed to have their heads in the clouds some days, but I guess we all get that way. Overall, I'd highly suggest this vendor. The price on my dress was better than I found anywhere.

I found the bridesmaids dresses at Prevue- they were the ony store in town that carried them. They have a great selection and their employees are professional and helpful. One of my bridesmaid lived out of town and they were great accomdating her needs since she couldn't come down beforehand. I loved the dresses and the way they looked on my bridal party- I highly recommend Prevue.
