Prim & Pixie

Wow, making a decision on the Jen earrings sold by Prim & Pixie has been nothing but an upside down whirlwind. I have gotten so many mixed reviews on this item, but I'm the type of person that has to try it myself if I really, really want it. So I did! And thus far, I have no complaints. I explained my worries of purchasing them and they rest assured me that out of the dozens and dozens of Jen earrings they have sold only 2 came back with a negative review. She allowed trial period of wearing them everyday for 2 weeks. They held up perfectly! Prime & Pixie's communication is top notch! Shipping is like speed lightening and their packaging is sooo cute! I am so happy I went with my intuition, because if I didn't, I would be without the most gorgeous earrings on my wedding day!!

I purchased the infamous 'Jen' earrings from Prim & Pixie. They were shipped right away & very cutely packaged I might add. However, one of the rhinestones came loose during transit. I let the owners know & told them I would just super glue the gem back on & pray it stays put for the wedding. Unfortunately these beautiful earrings didn't last the entire wedding. The backs simply are not strong enough to hold these babies in place. The same rhinestone fell out again, I lost the earrings twice & the back broke on one of them. I contacted Prim & Pixie to let them know of the situation & they really stepped up to the plate & offered me a full refund as soon as they got the earrings back from me. I really think their customer service is great & appreciate that they care enough about the customer's satisfaction to step up the way they did. Even though the earrings weren't the best of quality, I would definitely recommend Prim & Pixie for all of your other wedding needs. :)

Our wedding invitations were designed that simply reflects us and our event. I wouldn't have a better invitation.

I just have to add a rave review here! Designing and purchasing iur wedding invitations was not as frightening as I fad feared it would be. In fact, it was a real pleasure! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! My fiance and I were completely thrilled with ours!!

These girls designed the wedding invitation of a lifetime. I had a vision of how I wanted our invitations to be and they worked on it til it was perfected. They were easy to contact, and always sent revised samples of the product. They are super creative. I got so many compliments on my invitations. If you ask me. I 've never seen prettier inviations. They are definitely making my baby shower invites in the future!

These girls are amazing!! I contacted them with only 3 weeks before our in-hand date and they were able to create the most beautiful invitations for us. I was so happy with our invitations that I squealed with delight when I first saw our sample! In the middle of our process, the pixies had a family emergency and still were able to meet our in-hand date by working round the clock and keeping in constant communication with us. They are very responsive and professional. I cannot say enough good things about them. Their invitations are a great value and I feel like every penny we spent on the invitations were well spent. I truly highly recommend them and I feel so lucky that they were able to create our invitations for us. I can't wait to see the rest of our accessory items from them.

I cannot say enough great things about the ladies at Prim and Pixie! I didn't have a large budget and they were still able to make the most perfect, beautiful creations that I could have imagined. When you first contact them, they email you a questionnaire that helps you put into words the vision you have. With my descriptions of what I was looking for (outdoors, nature, bright), they were able to make sample and kept working with me until it was exactly what I had in my mind. I always felt that they were up front and very professional. I can't wait to work with them again!

Wow! I picked up my wedding invitations from Prim and Pixie today, and while I knew they'd turned out lovely based on previous reviews, I was blown away! They are gorgeous, and I am so thankful to Prim and Pixie for their work. If I could give 100 stars, I would!

The girls are so easy to work with and so professional. If I had a question, I'd get an e-mail with a response usually within a few hours, or even a few minutes. I was particularly nervous about choosing my invites after searching high and low for a design I liked with no luck. Prim and Pixie had wonderful ideas, and are so flexible. I was able to add on to my order with no problems.

Prim and Pixie are well worth every penny I spent for the attention and personalized service alone. They are affordable and are so creative. I can't wait to have another party so that the girls can do my invitations for that- they have a lifelong customer in me! I could not have imagined that my invites would have turned out so wonderfully, and I cannot recommend Prim and Pixie more. If you are on the fence, hire them- you will be glad you did.

LOVED them! They were sooo helpful in designing the perfect wedding invitations for us. Everything they did turned out amazing and I was so happy. I will definitely use them for any other special stationary needs in the future!

The Pixies were so great to work with and I couldn't have been happier with how my stuff turned out. I originally ordered my beach themed invitations for my Mexican wedding from them, and was so happy with those that I came back a couple months later to have them do all of the extra randoms that I didn't originally plan to do (menus, programs, etc.). They were always so quick to respond to all of my requests and the production time was sooo fast. I can't wait to wow my guests at the wedding - I'm sure they will love all of the Pixie's work as much as I do. I will most definitely be recommending the Pixies to others.

I can't rave enough about Prim & Pixie. They worked with me within my budget to create beautiful, custom invitations for my destination wedding. They are incredibly detail oriented and work with you until the invitation is exactly right. I plan to use them for my programs and if I ever host a baby or wedding shower. Really unique and special, the invitations are exactly what I wanted.

These ladies did our passport style invities for our destination wedding in Mexico and they turned out absolutely perfect! They were so easy to work with, very prompt in replying and paid extra close attention to detail. I was a little nervous about sending invites out that I wouldn't see in person ahead of time but I had nothing to worry about. People just got them yesterday and I've already gotten a few phone calls from guests saying how creative and cute the invities are - my little nephew thinks it's a real passport and wants to keep it in his room : ) We decided on doing a destination wedding because we wanted to keep things easy and simple and working with these gals kept in that theme - we opted to have them adddress and mail out all the invites which saved us a huge headache and for the small fee they charge it was so worth it. I'll definitely be using Prim & Pixie for any other paper needs for my wedding and long into the future.

We LOVED working with The Pixies on our wedding invitations. They are so talented and patient, which during this stressful time is exactly what we needed. They were great at taking our ideas and turning them into something beautiful, classy and easy to read. We had so much info in our invitations and somehow they managed to streamline it all and make it look like a piece of art. We got so many compliments on our invitations and we've already recommended them to everyone we know.

I absolutely LOVE my invitations. I'm VERY picky and these are better then I EVER imagined!!! They worked with me all the way and they were so patient. The quality is amazing - the paper, envelope - everything just top notch! I will be using them again for any other invitations I need. The pixies will not dissapoint!!!!
