Primetime Entertainers

I was really disappointed by Primetime Entertainers. We originally met with the sales rep, and he promised us the world. He said we could book a specific DJ, and that this person would play the kind of music we wanted to hear.

Well, 3 days prior to the wedding, we get a call from a replacement DJ, apparently the one we requested took the day off. Asked the sales rep why no one notified us, and he never gave us an answer.

Speaking with the replacement, we told him what we wanted to hear, and specifically requested a variety of genres, but with lots of Motown and soul. He replied that he would play what *he* felt the crowd wanted to hear, and that is exactly what he did. He played some of our must-play songs, but then the rest of the playlists were skewed towards the few younger people attending our wedding. Many of our older guests were left out, it was mostly newer r&b and hip-hop. Hardly any slow songs for the couples.

The sound quality was poor, songs sounded distorted, as if they had been bootlegged numerous times. There were problems with volume control, it would start out too loud.

Very disappointed that the DJ did his own thing, that he took no consideration of the fact that we were paying for his services, and that he didn't play the kind of music we wanted.

An Excellent company. They worked with us every step of the way. Any music we suggested they had and if they did not have it already they searched for it till they found it. They made everyone at my wedding get up and dance and everyone had a smile on their face. People to this day talk about what a great time they had at our wedding. I believe that your wedding is helped made successful by the choice of entertainment you use. Ours was because we chose to use Toni of Primetime entertainers.

We selected Primetime Entertainers as the DJ of our wedding reception - they were on-time, pronounced our name correctly (which most people do not) and played all the songs I requested and did not play any of the songs I had on the 'do not play' list. The only downfall was that he played the wrong entrance song - we chose 'Get The Party Started' by Pink and he played "Let's get it started" by the Black Eyed Peas. It was a great entrance nonetheless! Would recommend them again.

Primetime was outstanding. They played all of our requests and managed to find a few obscure songs that we requested. They pronounced all of the names correctly-and we had some tough ones! The dj was very personable and kept things lively without being pushy! We would highly recommend them.

My husband and I used Primetime Entertains for our August 16th wedding. They were the perfect choice. From the start they were wonderful to work with. The staff was cheerful and friendly. I found myself telling the sales guy my entire life story. They invited us to an open house at their office and it was beautful. Our car was parked by a valet and we were served champagne at the door. I must say that I was impressed. The extravagant display made me worry about their pricing but I was pleased to find that they were very reasonably priced and were willing to help me work around my budget. We met a bunch of djs that night and knew we were definately going with that company before we even walked out the door.

I have to admit that I am a huge control freak. With something as important as my wedding...I just wanted to know that everything was taken care of. Primetime made me feel very comfortable. No matter when I called someone was able to help me or got back to me within a few hours. They provided me with an online planner to take care of all of my music choices and the general outline for my reception. It was great.

They even helped me get a photo booth for my wedding! We set it up in the corner and it was a huge hit! We put out a scrapbook and had everyone put one of the two copies into the book with a little message. They got to keep the other as their gift.

Everyone danced and we had an amazing time. I couldn't have asked for anything more.
