I had such a difficult time finding a reputable videographer. No one could recommend anyone to me. I came across Primm on Wedding Wire and liked what I saw. I am so glad we decided to use them for our wedding. They were easy to work with, always could get in touch with them, and we had our video in our hands the same day we got our wedding pics. The video came out perfect. My 1 recommendation to future brides is make sure to hire a videographer for your special day. The day will fly by and there will be so much you don't remember or didn't get to see. It is worth every dollar you spend on it. A video captures sooo much more than any of your pictures will. If you are looking for a great company and quality work....look no further than Primm Video.

James and Tonya Primm were absolutely wonderful! Hiring them was probably the best (and easiest) decision we made for our wedding. The wedding was in March 2012, and we made the decision to hire a videographer just a couple months before. After an extensive internet search we came up with several leads that met our creative expectations and budget. We loved Primm Video's traditional approach to wedding videography, and their eye for capturing the beauty of each location they filmed in.

They responded to all emails quickly and gave us a clear expectation of what to expect the day of. On the wedding day, they came on time and even stayed a little late to make sure everything was captured. They were like video ninjas and we hardly noticed they were there! No joke, less than a week after the wedding we had a trailer video posted online to enjoy on our honeymoon. Everyone loved it and couldn't wait for the final product. We got the final product quickly as well and it was amazing. We signed up for the basic package which included a BluRay disc and several DVDs. The disks have professional jackets and labels and the video itself has customized menus, chapters, etc. just like you would expect on a movie. They did a beautiful job editing- it was not just a camera set up for 5 hours, there were interesting shots, fade-aways, and sweet montages set to music peppered throughout the feature. It was not overdone though- as I have seen so much on wedding video clips- when the graphics and special effects take over, the wedding couple are no longer the focus! Primm Video created the perfect blend of traditionalism and flare. All this for an incredible price too! If I had the chance to go back and do the wedding day over, I would choose Primm Video every time....

The Primms were so professional and thorough in their filming. They caught every special moment of our day and we hardly knew they were there!

The Primms (a married couple) were really friendly people, very easy going and accommodating. They are so sweet and go way out of their way to make their clients happy. I got my video recently and am THRILLED! The video looks amazing, completely professional! They even gave me a couple extra copies of the dvd. Every shot they took was beautiful, and they caught everything I wanted. They used all the music I suggested, and they created a really cool highlights video as well. I would absolutely, 100% recommend Primm Video!

I really cannot say enough about Primm Videography. James was extremely responsive in all of our initial communications, and quick to answer any questions, which we all know is very important when dealing with vendors for our big day! But that was nothing compared to his professionalism on our wedding day and the final product: the full length video and shorter music videos that captured and highlighted our day perfectly! We even received a link to a “wedding trailer” WELL before we even got home from our honeymoon. It was so nice to be able to see a few highlights so quickly after our special day. The quality of the shooting and editing was impeccable! All of our friends and family were impressed and in love with the short videos and the final product. James and Tonya did a wonderful job and if we had to go back and do it again we would make the same decision. Kudos!

Words cannot express how amazing James and Tonya were. My wedding video surpasses anything I ever thought it would. My video captures my entire wedding day and it is all thanks to Primm Video. They have allowed me to relive my wedding day each day due to the masterpiece they created. On top of how content I am with my video, it was as if they were invincible during the wedding, they blended in so well and NEVER got in the way, while catching great footage. You cannot go wrong by choosing Tonya and James. They were so flexible and willing to work with me throughout my entire wedding process (including the timing), in addition, they were very responsive with e-mails and phone calls. Choosing them was one of the best decisions I made. Their work is so good that my 5 and 6 year old nieces watched it for about a week straight (and that says a lot coming from children). I am so happy with Primm Video!!

I booked Primm for my wedding in May and they were awesome! Their payment system allowed me to use my credit card, they responded to my questions within hours and the value is outstanding. My photographer actually commented to me that my videographer got all the good spots during the ceremony! There was a mixup with my music for the wedding video and my DJ stopped responding to me...Primm Video downloaded the song for me and my video is perfect. I highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Primm Video to any bride/groom for exceptional videography services. They were very responsive, professional, reasonably priced and very timely. My video was completed 3 weeks after the wedding and the editing was phenomenal! I cherish the video and it is a great keepsake.

James was very professional and the video he created was wonderful! I have to say that we have recommended him to everyone we know who is getting married! He was great about following up throughout the entire process and during the wedding, he was both discrete and well as thorough! I wanted to write and let every new bride out there that Primm Video is not only the BEST "deal" out there, but also produces the BEST videos as well. The finished product of my photo montage was perfect and he even changed some things until I was happy before he sent the final DVD. The finished product of our wedding was actually more than we had even excepted. Not only the sound, quality, and picture were perfect. But also the detail that he took video of was just what I had wanted without even asking. Everything that he gave us for in the package was worth so much more than what his prices are. So, brides out there sign up with Primm and do NOT go with those OVER priced videographers out there just for your wedding money. Thanks again James for your wonderful work. We were VERY impressed with the service and professionalism from Primm Video! We decided on a videographer somewhat late in our planning, which did not leave us much time to book. We reviewed several sites and decided Primm was the way to go. They were flexible to our needs, and even offered a special "Recession Buster" deal! At the wedding, they captured everything and then some, but were not at all intrusive or even noticed much by the wedding party and guests. Our videos turned out amazing! We had a photo montage, music video, highlights video, and extended wedding video. All were nicely edited, creative, and captured all of our wedding's important moments (plus more!). We were more than satisfied with Primm video, and will be recommending him to family and friends in the future!
