The week of my wedding I received a phone call from another company out of Oklahoma that my ordered that was placed would not be filled due to the recent tornado. Their stock was destroyed. I was very upset and called several overnight companies and was told NO many times. Vanessa went above and beyond and had my flowers delivered on time. Granted it was 3 dys before the wedding when I got this news but they came through for me. Its been 2 weeks since the wedding and the flowers are still vibrant and full of life. Everything promised is what I received and more!! The customer service is exceptional, the value is unmatched (that I could find) and at the end of it all my flowers were perfect!

I was so sad I couldn't keep my flowers longer and people thought the flowers were fake they looked so good. Some of my hydrangeas didn't make it to the wedding day but I by no means have a green thumb and was still able to keep 26 out of the 30 total alive which was plenty for my decor.

I purchased the 2 piece pack of mini orange calla lilies and 30 bulk hydrangeas.

My only advice would be to have a lot of vases and gardening shears on hand!! I had a destination wedding so we ended having to use random vases found in the house we rented and using a knife to trim the stems.

I can not say enough about the flowers for my daughters wedding. They were absolutely perfect. I really was a little skeptical about ordering the most important flowers, the BRIDAL BOUQUET, online. After talking with a representative who answered all of my questions and followed up with e-mails, I felt better. When the flowers arrived, I received a phone call within minutes of the delivery asking if everything was to my satisfaction and was given care instructions. The flowers were beyond expectation. The flowers arrived as advertised via fedex the day before our wedding. Unfortunately one side of most of bouquets was damaged and turned brown (blue hydrangia). Bridesign contacted me in the morning to tell me to call them when the flowers arrived so I got on the phone right away. Within an hour they had replacement bouquets lined up and to our satisfaction we received new bouquets from a local florist early morning the day of our wedding. The bouquets were absolutely beautiful! I was very impressed with bridesign's customer service and except for the unfortunate tainting/damage (most likely due to fedex) I was extremely impressed with their product. I would highly recommend bridesign flowers.

The flowers arrived in perfect condition 2 days before the wedding as promised. Contacting them was easy and I always got a fast response. After searching local florists, the value could not be beat. We did the full 18 piece royal rose package and received compliments on how perfect the bouquets looked all day!

I wanted to find a way to have everything I could have wanted for my wedding without spending a ton of money. I have a friend who is a florist who was going to do our flowers. I gave her the list of everything I wanted and her price came back astronomically high, even doing it as a friend. She said that there was no way she could even come close to the price of Bridesign. They even threw in the two extra boutonnieres I needed at no extra charge. I was skeptical, but the guaranteed satisfaction gave me the confidence to try, while our friend who agreed to be able to do our flowers next day if needed. We didn't! The flowers arrived the Thurs. before my wedding and were buds, not yet bloomed. We followed the directions and actually had to take them out of water to transport 3 times between Thurs. and Sat. and they opened beautifully. We even added some jeweled pins to the centers of two bouquets to add some extra sparkle and they handled it perfectly well. My bouquet probably lasted about 6 weeks after the wedding before the flowers even began to change colors. The ONLY thing I would caution is to watch your payments. I paid for my package in full at the time I ordered it, about eight months before the wedding. Approximately three weeks before my wedding, I got a call from my bank saying that there was a strange charge. Turned out they tried to charge me again for the flowers. I called Bridesign immediately just to make sure I didn't make a mistake when I paid for it. They apologized and explained they made an error and it was corrected before I had even placed the call to them. Overall, I was absolutely impressed and have recommended them to my sister who is getting married next year. More than that, our florist friend is now going to use Bridesign for her flower orders and make her arrangements from their supply, thereby bringing her retail cost to her customers down. If that isn't proof this is an amazing product, I don't know what is!

Amazing! I stressed so much about selecting wedding flowers that when I found an ad for Bridesign.com I checked into it. I am sooo glad I did. Virtually stress free! I placed the order one month before the wedding. The wedding flowers arrived on time with customer service every step of the way. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. I was very happy with the flowers I ordered for our private wedding in Miami. The flowers were beautiful, and shipped to the hotel two days prior to our wedding. Bridesign provided good instructions on how to handle the flowers, and we also chatted with them online prior to ordering the flowers. One of the flowers in the wrist corsage was broken, so we emailed a picture and they sent a replacement flower the next day, at no extra charge, and in good time before our wedding.

This was a fantastic value, especially because neither of us wanted an overly complicated approach to the flowers. They came packaged exactly as they were supposed to be and when they were supposed to be. Also, their phone customer service was extremely helpful, as we did have to make a few small changes to our order about a month before it came.

Bridesign.com turned out to be one of the best decisions I made in the planning process. Because I wanted calla lilies and ONLY calla lilies, purchasing flowers online was an option. The flowers were delivered on Thursday for my Sunday wedding and we immediately put everything in water with the provided floral food. The blooms were still fresh and beautiful on Sunday morning and were still going strong the following Thursday, even after being out of water for a few hours on Sunday in 95+ degree heat, and wrapped only in a wet rag for several hours on Tuesday. We received exactly what we ordered, and there were even two extra boutonnieres included! The customer service was amazing and while I'm glad we didn't have to use their satisfaction guarantee to replace any of the pieces, I have confidence they would have come through for us!

I had so many compliments on the bouquets and centerpieces and I was so excited to have such beautiful roses. The cost of these packages was a steal considering how nice the flowers were. The only drawback is transporting the flowers yourself but the inconvenience was far outweighed by the savings and how gorgeous my flowers were. I would recommend to any bride out there!

The presentation was great - each bouquet was packed in a way that they could withstand the travel from the florist. They called immediately after they received notification of delivery to ensure we followed the enclosed instructions in order to prolong the life of the flowers. We were very pleased!

Bridesign.com online vendor was a great value for the money. The definitely came through in value and quality! The flowers were shipped mail order. At first my bride to be was very concerned with this process as any bride would, however she trusted my judgment and said "I'll let you make that decision, but if its not right, it'll be up to you to fix it." When the box arrived the flowers were beautiful! they were fresh and looked great! About ten minutes later the florist called to make sure that i received the package and that the quality was acceptable. They walked me through the directions even though they had directions were in the box just to make sure that the flowers were all beautiful for our big day. I was extremely pleased with my flowers! The colors (orange and yellow) were perfect for me. It was a little strange to have to care for them myself for two days and transfer them to the wedding site myself, but that was offset by the ridiculously good pricing and the fact that I knew there wouldn't be any day-off flower issues. The only thing that would make this service better would be more flexibility with the packages.

They are internet based and ship anywhere in the US. We planned our wedding from California and got married in IL. NO PROBLEM for these guys!

Our wedding had a tight budget and even though our planner had great florist recommendations, they were still beyond our reach financially. One day, I was sending flowers to my grandmother online at ProFlowers.com and noticed that they had a wedding section! I had used them in the past to send flowers to friends and family across the US and have always had great success with the quality and price of their flowers. Curious about their wedding section, I decided to check it out!

They have partnered with a floral design company out of Florida (I think) to do direct shipping of floral arrangements for weddings. They had packages at different price levels and lots of different flowers to choose from! You have to be willing to have the same flowers throughout...but you will LOVE the quality. We chose the $900 package (to me flowers were important, but I would rather spend the money on the food, drink and music) and it included enough flowers to cover the bouquets, corsages, boutonierres, centerpieces and some decorations.

If you are looking for a budget conscious way to do flowers...consider them! It is different than working with a florist, but once you start comparing prices...I think the decision will be easy! Quotes that we got before were anywhere from $3-4,000...again way out of our price range! There is also some legwork on your end...ie you have to determine who is going to get the flowers to the reception hall, but it didn't end up to be all that much work for us...on your wedding day...there will be no shortage of people who want to help! *8)

We combined floral arrangements with origami (homemade) centerpieces to save the overall number of flowers required. There is a photo montage on theiir website that steps you through the process.

One note, was that I called them to confirm the size of the vases we needed to order for the centerpiece arrangements. They told me 5-1/2" should be fine....they were about 3" off. We panicked at first, but ended up getting gardening shears and trimming them...no problem.

They did follow-up before the wedding (about 3-4 emails confirming the order), they called before the wedding, they called after the flowers were delivered to ensure that everything was okay and they were readily available by phone whenever we had any questions.

We would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who is budget conscious, doesn't mind putting in a little work themselves and wants nice, clean, beautiful flowers!

I was missing a few Sunflowers, and a few were damaged. They corrected their error and sent out the replacements the next day. I would recommend.
