Publix

Publix Bakery forgot to make my cake. Straight out didn't make it. We ordered it months in advance, paid for it a week ahead, didn't make it. They DID make it in time for the reception, even delivered it for no charge. We probably had the freshest wedding cake ever...and...it was delicious...and beautiful. Hard to stay mad.

Our cake was awesome! It was affordable and everyone LOVED it! I would definitely suggest using them rather than another, more expensive, bakery. They delivered it and everything. I ordered the cake, told them what I wanted, then never had to think about it again until it was time to cut it!! :)

I didn't think publix would have a good selection but I was really impresssed. I had to put together my own wedding and I am very satisfied with them. checkout lady was snobby but overall good job.

Publix made an exact replica of a cake we had seen in a magazine.They where very affordable and pleasant to work with.Our cake was perfectly moist and filling on our wedding day.

You can't beat the cost of the Publix cake but my cake ended up being messed up on the side.

This Publix was great. I found a cake that I liked while flipping through some magazines. After I got pointed to the correct Publix (this one), I worked with the bakery manager and Candy and they were very helpful. I mailed them a copy of the picture along with exactly what I wanted in terms of icing, flavors, filling, etc. They also had some great suggestions as well for the cake since it was going to be outside all night. I went by there the day of the wedding while Candy was finishing it and it looked great – much better than I thought it would. It tasted wonderful as well. I can’t wait to eat the top in September.

They were very helpful when we were selecting our cake style and everything. The lady we worked with at the Twelve Oaks location in Savannah was extrememly nice and offered up a suggestion or two to help us out. I can't believe that our cake is going to cost so little and that includes the delivery fee. We are very pleased with them.

They did a wonderful job on the wedding cake but had some difficulity with the grooms cake. Forgot to put lines on the wedding cake but took care of and brought it back after the fixed it. The cakes were both very good!

There was absolutely NO way I was going to spend $5.00+ PER SLICE on my dream wedding cake. So I took several photographs of what I had envisioned our cake to be to our Publix, and they were just absolutely amazing in putting everything together. The cake turned out so beautiful and absolutely YUMMY! And I didn't pay a cent over $3.50 per slice!!

We used the Publix deli for our casual engagement party and one of our showers. In my opinion, their food is always good. It's also a great deal for having something inexpensively catered.

We got our wedding cake and groom's cake from Publix and were extremely pleased with their service. The baker at Publix went over all the options available with us and explained everything in detail. We were given two big slices of cake and a container full of different fillings to take home and taste.

I really enjoyed being able to take the cake home with us to taste because it gave my husband and I a pressure free environment to take our time and discuss our options with each other. The cake was absolutely beautiful and decorated exactly as we has described. It arrived on time and was DELICIOUS. We received compliments from everyone!

Our cake was perfect; it was beautiful and yummy! The lady that worked with me to design the cake was really nice too, and she was very patient with me as my ideas were all over the place.

The wedding cake turned out better than I imagined,both in flavor and design.I loved the creativity that was flowing at our meeting.Publix did a great job with delivery and the cake was set up perfectly.I will definitely be buying my cakes at Publix from now on.

We chose cupcakes instead of the traditional cake for money reasons. They did a marvelous job with the cupcakes. Some were chocolate and some were vanilla. The chocolate ones were had lavender colored icing and the vanilla flavored ones had green icing. I highly recommend Publix for all of your cake needs!

Publix created a delightful groom cake for my husband.It was exactly what I had wanted it to be and had some very creative designs.We where on a tight budget after buying our wedding cake but they managed to work with it.It was very nice to work with the designers and their staff.I look forward to purchasing more cakes at Publix.

I was very pleased with the service and my cake and the timing of everything. They did, however, do the detail piping in white when I specifically asked for silver to match my wedding's colors. It was dissapointing, but it didn't at all take away from how special my day was or from the elegance of the cake :)

How can you go wrong with a Publix cake? You can't, because their cakes are not only so moist and yummy, but so beautiful at very affordable prices! We had a 5-tier cake, each tier a different flavor with fillings. I have to say, that by the end of the night, probably half a tier was left!! (Apparently people kept asking for seconds and thirds!) I wanted my cake to be square tiers, which they did, and I brought in a picture of my gown so that they could replicate the beading and lace, which was done perfectly!

I had cupcakes made along with a fruit topped cheesecake and a "cheeseburger" grooms cake. Everything was perfect and delicious. The prices were very low and the service was great. They even filled the cupcakes with different flavors and made the frosting the exact color of my wedding!

The cake we ordered from Publix Bakery was delicious and beautiful, and their prices were excellent. The only complaint is that I had left a sample of the bridesmaid gowns to match the frosting on the cake, and they were not even close to matching. This was not a problem though, and we got to sample a cake before we ordered.

I ordered my cake from Publix...it turned out wonderful!! The price was good and it looked very professional I had lost of compliments and no one could believe it came from Publix!!It was also delicious!
