Puff 'n Stuff Catering

Puff n' Stuff did an AMAZING job on our recepetion catering! The food was so delicious and everyone couldn't stop talking about how much they loved the food! The staff was always so professional and helpful during the planning process. I highly recommend Puff n' Stuff for your wedding! We couldn't be happier with their results!

I wanted to spend 30pp for a buffet with two choices of meat. I looked around at a lot of the local companies and was having a hard time finding the perfect fit. Low and behold Puff N Stuff had a menu that worked great for my budget. I wouldn't have to give up anything to meet my price point and they were very professional and timely with all their responses. My original event planner quit and I was then assigned Mary who was very nice and when we reviewed my event she got rid of some of the miscellaneous charges the previous planner had given me (sweetheart table, and some other little things). The day of Marissa was in charge and did an amazing job. They had our plates made for us already when we went to sit down and when we left she gave us boxes to eat that night.

Everything turned out really well. Before our wedding the person in charge of our account quit and no one notified us. I kept emailing her and finally called. The actual event was perfect! Great staff!

The service and food was awesome!!! We had so many people compliment us for the food!!! It was definitely not your typical wedding food~ Our buffet was filled with many delicious food and the carving station was a big hit!!! Mary,Heather, and of course, Nicole were a delight to work with!!

At first my husband and I weren't too excited about Puff n' Stuff. The names for their food items sounded all frilly and not at all "us". After the tasting we could NOT wait for our wedding day so that we could eat the food again. So delicious, so worth the money. Especially since, when coupled with The Ballroom at Church Street, all of your rentals come from one place and you get to actually see everything that will be used when you tour the facility. The tasting made us so excited!

This vendor came highly referred so when I started on my quest to book a caterer, they were high on my list. So I set up a consulatation and the meeting went wonderfully. They were very professional and had a nice operation going on. However after nearly a month, I got little more than "we're still working on it" emails in response. In the meantime I had recieved quotes back from every other caterer in Orlando. Unfortunately, I think their operation is just a bit to big to provide a high level of customer service. While I am sure 1-2 month wait times for email responses might be adequate for a corporate world, for your wedding, or atleast for mine, I wanted to feel as though my event was being handled with care and consideration. If you want someone who makes you feel like your wedding is important, I'd suggest going elsewhere.

I loved the professionalism and the quality of service Puff and Stuff offers. They own a beautiful facility which shows the level of commitment to the catering business. Amanda, our contact at the company, is very practical and easy to work with! There are no hidden costs and everything is laid out on the invoice. If you are looking for a company with good prices (they work within your budget) and great service..this is it!

Making an afternoon wedding elegant was challenging enough, but Heidi and her team at Puff n' Stuff really did a beautiful job! The food was absolutely delicious! I appreciated that they did not charge a corking fee for bringing our own alcohol, nor a cake cutting fee. The day of the wedding the staff was helpful and present, not over bearing. I felt like whenever my guests or myself needed them they were there. Everyone was very professional and kind. I knew I could trust them to make my day special, elegant, and classy, even on my budget!(2500 for catering!)
