Pumpkin Coach Events

There isn't a word great enough to describe Agnieshka from Pumpkin Coach Events! We weren't considering hiring a wedding planner, but we decided that we needed some help for the day of. Finding Agnieshka was the best thing that we did! She helped us with every detail of our Halloween themed wedding and had awesome ideas! We didn't want the traditional, cookie-cutter wedding and once we met her, we knew that our day would be perfect. Agnieshka is incredibly affordable, honest, and original. You can tell that Agnieshka really loves what she does and wants to make sure that everything is flawless. She puts much time and effort into planning and you can tell that she truly cares. She kept in contact with all of our vendors and made all of our appointments for us. Agnieshka made the whole process smooth and saved us a lot of stress! I would DEFINITELY recommend Pumpkin Coach Events for anybody who wants a unique and perfect wedding!

I could wax poetically about Agnieshka and Pumpkin Coach Events for hours, but instead I will cut to the chase. Agnieshka loves weddings. Not only does she love weddings, but she loves planning them. Now, I don't know how far along in your planning you are but believe me, somewhere along the way, you will meet a person who hates there job and you will understand why I think that is one of the best things about her. Agnieshka is extremely creative, very organized, and exceedingly thoughtful. Between wedding dress shopping with me, designing our renaissance scroll initiations, finding amazing entertainment, and transporting all of our guests back to the 1400's, she did all of the little things that needed to be done(there are more then you could ever imagine!) and managed to keep us within our rather small budget. So basically, you should hire her. She will work wonders for your wedding and take huge amounts of stress off of your shoulders!

P.S. While my wedding was a theme wedding and she has done others, she also does regular weddings small or large. So don't discount her because my wedding was a bit off the beaten path!

If you are looking for a wedding coordinator that is thorough, detail oriented, creative, and easy to work with (at a reasonable price) look no further than Agnieshka Burke of Pumpkin Coach Events! I can't say enough good about her. I hired Agnieshka to assist with finding performers, designing invitations and centerpieces, as well as day of coordination.

Initially I was looking for a day of coordinator because I wanted someone else to sweat the small stuff for me on the big day. Our wedding was very unique in that we were doing a Venetian masquerade ball. There were a lot of details that I had wanted to incorporate but needed someone to execute for me. Plus I knew I didn't want fresh flower centerpieces so I needed someone to make them. I had a very specific vision for my wedding day and was very picky about what I wanted.

The challenge for Agnieshka was that I had a limited budget to work with and I didn't know exactly what I wanted but knew what I didn't want. This involved her presenting me with many options for each decision that needed to be made. She was always kind, helpful and most importantly patient with me. She never tired of my back and forth and indecision and never forced anything on me. She spent hours emailing and on calls with me discussing different talent (sword swallowers and jugglers and contortionists, etc.).

What was always clear to me throughout the whole 9 month process was that she really cared about my happiness and making the day special for us. Agnieshka takes so much pride in everything she does, she's very professional and always prepared. She is super thorough and detail oriented to the point that my wedding venue commented to me about what a great job she was doing. She really can do it all, from designing stationary to building centerpieces to negotiating with vendors. She really has such passion for what she does. When she realized how big the day of job was going to be, she brought in an assistant for the day of at no additional cost to me. She just wanted my day to be perfect.

Agnieshka really went above and beyond in every regard. I really feel very fortunate to have found her, as she not only made my wedding an amazing success (with many guests commenting it was the best wedding they had ever been to) but I also gained a great friend in the process! Thank you for everything Agnieshka!

Agnieshka is easy to work with, supportive, profession, and amazingly detailed. Her design sense is impeccable. She just knows what works! Thank you for supporting me the day of. I was a so nervous but you kept everything in order and on schedule. Not to mention all the great ideas and support planning the big event! She will be the best present you can buy for your wedding day!
