Chrissy was amazing. My wedding was french country...shabby chic...garden type wedding and i had a very clear picture in my head. Unfortunately, it was very difficult for me to express what I wad looking for. Chrissy understood every little rant I came up with, responded (the same day) to my random emails about ideas that I had, answered all my phone calls, met with me very willingly multiple times, and best of all made the flowers absolutely perfect. They fit with the theme so well and guests even asked me where I got the flowers from because they were so beautiful. Thank you chrissy! We love you!

Chrissy was absolutely fabulous. My daughter had a vision for what she wanted, but honestly, it kept evolving as we planned.
When it was all put together, it was everything my daughter wanted and more. The flowers and floral decorations were beautiful. Chrissy was great to work with. Thank you so much for helping us to make the day absolutely perfect!!!

Chrissy was great! She makes all your dreams come true and more! Our guests were raving about the wedding for weeks after!

It has taken me a year to write this. I wanted my anger and sadness to subside so that I could write a clear, non-biased review for the sake of other brides. In short, Chrissy with Quality Event & Design did a beautiful job with our wedding flowers. As an event coordinator, however, I made a huge mistake when I chose her as a wedding planner.

Chrissy and I first had a problem with staying in touch. She rarely responded to emails or phone calls. Perhaps worst, when my mother would call her, she would say rude things about my own mother to me. Although this was entirely inappropriate and unprofessional, we continued to work together. I really liked her attitude and I tried to just understand it all and go forward with kindness.

Our rehearsal day came and my stress began. Chrissy was nowhere to be found for the first 30 minutes. When she did show up, she sat and watched as our officiant directed the rehearsal, which I DID NOT want. We never even practiced or ran through my wedding. I kept moving forward though, thinking the day of it would be different. I had been telling myself this all along.

The day after of our wedding, Chrissy suffered a terrible loss. I think this is why I hesitated to write this review. A year later however, my heart still hurts and I do not understand why she would not have told someone- Dj, photographer, videographer, caterer… - that she would not be at our wedding.

I did not realize, until after our ceremony, that Chrissy had sent her 21 year old daughter and a friend to coordinate my wedding. They were sweet girls but they did not know what they were doing. As any bride knows, it is the details that make our wedding ours, that mean so much. It was not their fault but so many things were forgotten or done wrong. It doesn’t mean our wedding wasn’t beautiful, because it was but still- this was our day that we were paying for.

After our wedding, we asked for our $900 back plus my purple and champagne linens that I had offered as part of the fee. At first, Chrissy refused the refund. Eventually, we got the check but I never saw my linens- which I paid $450 for. We also had a couple of props that Chrissy was to return. She returned them to the wrong place and they were thrown out. I think the reason I mention this is because I was very upset by how rude Chrissy was to me about this.

I could go on and on but I will end here. Our wedding day was beautiful and I am blissfully in love. I chose to share this review because I know that when I got married, I really liked using reviews from other brides as a guiding light towards the big day!

From the our first meeting, Chrissy made me feel as if I was her own family member who was getting married. She truly knows how make everything come together while being extremely respectful of one's budget. Although we initially only hired her as our florist, Chrissy exemplified her professionalism by becoming our 'day of' coordinator to help relieve some unneeded stress in other areas of our wedding. She and her team made our day truly magical and extremely memorable. Our guests continue to talk about how gorgeous everything was! Thank you, Chrissy!!

Chrissy and her team at Quality Event Design are FABULOUS!!! Chrissy was our wedding coordinator and florist, and she was amazing in both capacities! I received so many complements from my guests about how beautiful everything looked and how organized her and her team were! I know for an absolute fact that my wedding would not have gone as smoothly without her assistance. My wedding was PERFECT, everything I could have dreamed of, and I owe a lot of that to Quality Event Design!

My fiance and I are military stationed in Germany, and planned our wedding in Lake Tahoe, Ca. This was at times just as difficult as you may think. Christy was amazing, sending sometimes several emails back and forth every day. She always answered my many questions and never lost her patiance! When my florist failed to send quality flowers, Christy (at the last minute) managed to replace all my flowers to make sure they were all gorgeous. She made contact with all my vendors personally prior to the wedding and made sure they were all on the same page. She made sure that everything ran smooth and on time, I could not have had a more perfect day. Thank you Christy!

Chrissy just did my wedding and it was fabulous!!! She was our coordinator as well as our florist and decorator. My guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the flowers and wall treatments were. Quality Event Design made our wedding one of the most amazing and memorable days of our life!!!! Chrissy and her crew are wonderful we would use them again in a heartbeat, one of my bridesmaids is even using Chrissy for her wedding. Thank you so much Ms. Chrissy you are wonderful!!!!!

Chrissy is fabulous! From the get go she was very energetic and excited to work with me! She was very flexible and helped me with whatever I needed. She went above and beyond what I would expect from a florist. I got nothing but compliments on my flowers and how wonderful my *flower lady* was. She does glorious work and any bride would be lucky to have her!
