My fiance and I were set on having a destination wedding in Jamaica. We were responsible for booking tickets (flight & hotel) for 20 guests. A colleague of mine introduced me to Mercedeh at Quench Trip to see if she could help out. She was an absolute pleasure to work with - she was friendly, very responsive/prompt with calls and emails, knowledgeable and most importantly provided us with a destination wedding that everyone loved and will forever cherish!

What surprises me still to this day was her commitment to providing us the very best. Long story short: Mercedeh had secured us tickets at a price we were very happy with. We were about to pay for it when she calls me to tell me she's found an even better deal. We saved an additional $175 per ticket for 20 guests! She was looking out for our best interests even when the deal was pretty much done ... that's professionalism and awesomeness ;)

I would not hesitate a second in recommending her services to any future bride or groom out there. I'll be contacting Mercedeh again when it's time to renew my vows or have an anniversary trip. Thanks Mercedeh!

We decided to spend our honeymoon in Italy this past summer! We are typically the type that just figure it out on our own but let's be honest... after planning a wedding for months who really wants to think. And we didn't. The ladies at Quench listened to us and took our personalities in to account while planning our trip. They planned for us a nice mix of on the go and relaxation which suited us perfectly. We were given many great restaurant tips which became indispensable (which is seriously helpful in a land full of great food!) and stayed in lovely accommodations. They arranged private tour guides (which is a nice alternative to walking around with 50 people following a person carrying an umbrella) and even a fabulous cooking class in Tuscany. And we got shopping tips too! Our transportation was all arranged and booked as well. It was a perfect trip for two exhausted newly married people. I highly recommend Quench for planning your next trip.

My husband and I were both extremely busy leading up to our wedding, with work commitments, family and the planning of the wedding itself.
