R&R Party Rentals

At fisrt the gal who helped me (Jessica) put the order together was amazing... She was on top of things and always got right back to me... But when it came time to the event... They delivered my stuff an hour early and I wasn't there the tell them where I wanted things and it stressed my grandparents out... the tent and chairs were dirty and the glass jars were broken... then at the end after I paid out the butt for the rentals they charged me an extra $370 for the broken jars that were broken when we got them a cleaning fee for the dirty chairs and told me I stained the runner.... which wouldn't you expect something you walk on the get dirty???? I will never use them agian or recommend them to anyone.

Liz was so great to work with. Very professional staff, can't say enough about their work effort. We rented a few tables and others for the wedding, and everything was moved and ready in time. Great service, loved them.

I ordered my chairs and tables from R&R Party Rentals. I really liked them. As unorganized as I was at this point I had to keeping calling R&R back to order more and more chairs and tables and even change the type of tables a couple times. R&R was very understanding and helped me everytime. Plus they didn't make me feel bad for calling so many times, it actually sounded like they enjoyed talking to me. They were so nice!
Although I do have to say I wasn't very happy about the fact that they dropped a hundred chairs a like 20 tables off at 9:00pm the day before the wedding, not giving us very much time to set everything up. And they white chairs were dirty and the tops of the tables were dirty as well. But when I called R&R about my problems with the tables and chairs a couple days after the wedding, they were sincerely sorry and gave us half of the money we paid for the rentals back.
Overall, I really like the service and the rentals weren't all that bad. So I would recommend R&R Party Rentals to anyone.

I reserved the rentals 8 months before the wedding, but when the order was delivered only 5/20 tablecloths were the size I rented! The remaining 15 were of 6 different various sizes. Also, the oven I rented only came with 1 oven rack although there was space for 2. They kept going back and forth with me regarding delivery date, and the ended up delivering 3 days before the wedding, but that did me no good as they were unable to remedy my problem, even with 3 days to spare!! They told me that they could give me a different color tablecloth all in the same size (I had ordered white), but I couldn't count on that as they were unable to deliver the correct linens I ordered 8 months in advance. So, they gave me the 15 wrong linens for free... but I would have much rather had what I had reserved rather than they $150 back.

We rented tables and chairs from R&R party rentals. The price was alittle more than other companys but the quality of there products was much better.

We dealt with Liz from the start and had a wonderful experience. She was there for us at every phone call and made herself available on the day of our event(which was a Sunday) for any last minute problems(which there was none). We were able to get everything we needed, on time and all very organized.
We did lose 1 fork but out of 140 I think that's pretty good.
Definitely worth it & ask for Liz!

We did not need to rent very many things due to having many things borrowed to us but there were a few things that we did need and we needed them last minute. R&R Rentals worked with us just a week or so before our wedding to find what we needed and make sure that we had it on time. The prices were competitive and the people in the office are fun and easy to work with. They had several wedding related things available for rent from chairs and tables to place settings and linens. They do deliver or you can pick things up from them.

They sat down with me and listened to my ideas. They came up with a few suggestions of their own (their showroom gave me some more ideas too!).
Then, on the day, they were on time, and had brought everything the first time and everything worked (we had used a different vendor for my sister- AA Party Rentals - and one item didn't even work, they forgot a couple other items that they had to go back and fetch, and afterwards they wanted to charge us for something they said we had not returned but which we later proved that we had!). But this did not happen with R&R Party Rentals! They were super organized!
Then as it didn't suit us to have them pick everything up that night, they picked everything up the next morning at no extra charge. They were easy to work with, and didn't cause an ounce of worry!
