I married my soul mate just last week, and we had our share of horrible vendors who just wanted our money and didn't care about our special day. Jessie at Rachel A. Clingen was AMAZING! There really is NOTHING bad I can say about her and the Rachel A. Clingen crew! Jessie met with me on several occasions and I just got an amazing vibe from her every time. She genuinely cares about what she does, everything she promised, she delivered and she had a solution for every problem I threw at her. I gave them an idea for our center pieces and they ran with it, and created something more beautiful then I could have imagined. I married my best friend on Dec 3, 2011 at Le Parc Banquet hall in Concord, and Rachel and her team made all my visions come to life!! The decor for the venue and the church were more then i could of dreamed off. Meeting with Jessy was a pleasure every time, and she made my winter wonderland come to life. I married my best friend on September 10th, 2011 at The Raven @ Lora Bay Golf Course in Thornbury, Ontario. The setting was trees and nature - charming & green. We wanted to focus on a tree theme which in my head called for real tree stump centerpices! Not too much to ask I thought. After being turned away from every florist in town, I finally found Jessy! The word no does not exist in her vocabulary, she got my vision like she was inside my head.

I have worked with a number of vendors during events when it comes to decor at a largly known venue in Collingwood and I can tell you from expereince Racheal A Clingen Wedding and Event Design surpasses all others. The professionalism is unmatched, they are extremly aware of budget requirments, and they give you a worry free experience during the entire planning stages.

Jessy had a tall order to fill, not only did I ask for trees but I also put her against a two hour flip time at the venue! To Jessy this wasn't even an issue she was so confident in her team she didn't even break stride.
During the planning stages I was always throughing new ideas and flowers choices at Jessy and she too would brainstorm creative ideas or color choices, while all at the same time alway keeping me on track and on budget.

My husband and I got married on August 27, 2011 at Fort Henry in Kingston Ontario. The setting was a 19th century limestone fort - very grand and epic, but basically a blank slate. We wanted to bring a bit of softness and modernism to this historic site to make a classic and elegant event. Using Rachel Clingen and her team was amazing!!! I would highly highly highly recommend this to any bride and groom who want a wedding that people will talk about for years to come.

I knew that on the day of I didn't want to have to worry about setting up decor, making sure everything was in order and looking after each detail. I needed a team who I knew I could trust and that they would bring my vision to life - Rachel Clingen was the right choice. On the day of the wedidng I was completely relaxed and able to enjoy every moment without a hint of worry that something wasn't going right at the venue. When we pulled up and I got to see the ceremony site and reception site for the first time - I was speechless. Everything was even better than I had envisioned.

I chose simple colours - ivory, champagne, greens and gold, and wanted draping, crystals and candles to be the accents. Everyone from my wedding is saying that it was straight out of a magazine!

The whole process was fantastic. Rachels team was phenomonal to work with. Jessy Toomy was my consultant - and was such a pleasure. I emailed throughout the entire year with new ideas, additions etc, and Jessy was so great to chat to, bounce ideas off and talk things through. She was great at giving her professional opinion and helping me make the right choices for the vision.

RACHEL MAKES YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE. When i first met Rachel to discuss our August 2011 wedding this spring, i instantly knew that she possessed the passion, dedication and know-how to make our special day exactly what we were looking for. With my husband's career as custom home designer and me in PR and events we had high-expectaions and a long list of demands. Rachel and her team came through on every detail finding a way to satisfy both of us. Our head table seated 24 guests and was right out of a vanity fair shoot. All of our guests were in awe, saying it was the prettiest wedding they had even been to. Thank you rachel and your team for being so awesome.

When my husband (!)and I first became engaged neither one of us really had a "vision" of what we wanted our special day to look like. We would spend hours online looking at various decor ideas, until we had a couple ideas... all we knew was that we wanted a "crystal" theme and a manzanita tree. One day when I was talking to my husband's sister, she mentioned Rachel. My husband's sister had used Rachel for her decor 8 years ago. We immediately loooked up Rachel's website and Facebook page. We were astounded by all the creative decor and floral ideas and immediately called to schedule an appointment. At our first appointment with Rachel, we let her know our two ideas and she turned them into an entire theme!! We couldn't believe how incredibly creative Rachel was and how many ideas she was able to come up with in such a short amount of time. We knew we would be in good hands and immediately booked Rachel. When we met with Rachel to go over the details of our ceremony and reception, she had even more ideas and turned what would of already been a great day into a spectacular day! On the day of the wedding, I have to admit that I was excited to walk down the aisle. The most important reason was of course to marry my husband but I also couldn't wait to see what Rachel had done with the decor in the church. I walked down the aisle at St. George's Greek Orthodox Church and was overwhelmed trying to take everything in..from the aisle decor to the topiary balls in silver urns on the plexi stands to my lovely husband waiting for me at the end of the aisle. Everything looked amazing! Family and friends commented that they have never seen our church look soo beautiful before. That was just the beginning! Throughout the planning process, my husband and I talked about how amazing it would feel walking into our reception at the Rosewater Room for the first time. We could never have imagined what we felt when we walked in! There was a gorgeous silver manzanita tree draped with crystals, crystal tea light holders and flowers to welcome our guests. AND Rachel was there! She waited for us to arrive to go through the room with us to make sure we were 110% happy! Talk about service! When we walked into our main room we were truly taken back. Everything looked absolutely amazing right down to the smallest detail. Working with Rachel and Jessy was absolutely amazing. Throughout the entire process they provided exceptional service, suggested great ideas, always responded promptly to all questions, and the service on the day of was amazing. Anyone who bookes with Rachel and Jessy can rest assure that they will not have any worries on their special day! Thank you Rachel and Jessy!

My name is Kimberly, and my husband Nathan and I decided to hire Rachel and her team for our July 9th wedding at the Arcadian Court in Downtown Toronto. We first got Rachel's name because we were blown away by her work at another wedding we attended - the decor was so gorgeous we just had to get her details!

When we got engaged, Rachel was the FIRST person we hired, even before a photographer, and before we had even finalized the venue! Of all of the vendors we had, Rachel was the best decision we could have made. From the very first consultation, we already felt like Rachel 'understood' us. She made a point of getting to know us and our sense of style so she could design something unique and specific. We just loved how excited she would get over the details of our wedding, it made us feel so cared about and like our wedding would be something truly special. And it was!

The wedding decor was something out of a fairy tale! The first time I saw it I was absolutely in awe and couldn't stop smiling the rest of the night!!! The centrepieces, head table, bridal flowers, backdrop, were absolutely everything I could have dreamed of. Just like something out of a magazine. It wasn't just the big details that Rachel got right... it was all the little details from the corsages, to the crystal package on our head table, even my bouquet had little diamonds inside! So detailed!

Rachel was there every step of the way for us: If we wanted to discuss something she was always available to chat and give us advice or feedback. It's so obvious that Rachel loves her work, and she really had the same excitement for our wedding that we had ourselves. Now THAT's something you want in a designer:-)

We got married on June 25, 2011 in Brantford, ON in an outdoor 100' x 60' tent. The planning started many many months in advance, and Rachel was absolutely amazing with getting an understanding of our thoughts for the look and feel of the reception. What we both loved most about Rachel and her team is they first listened to us, and then made suggestions on how to improve our ideas! Truly professional. We have had nothing but people ranting and raving about how amazing our tent looked. From the floral designs to the drapery to the LED lighting, everything was exactly what we had dreamed it would be! Thanks again Rachel and team!

Rachel Clingen was the best thing that ever happened to me. I was blown away at how special she made my hall look. She worked with me so well, from my budget to my colour schemes everything was perfect. If your looking for someone to do it all , she is the lady to call. At the time when my husband and I were looking for a decorator for our wedding, we knew we wanted a beautiful and unique wedding that would speak for itself and that's exactly what Rachel A. One of the things I also liked best about R.A.C. was that she doesn't stay hidden behind her company name, rather you speak and meet with and consult with her, so you get to see everything upfront and personal and feel confidant about who's taking care of your special day. Though it has taken some time to finally write this review, I remember my incredible experience with Rachel A Clingen Wedding Design as if it were yesterday. Dave, Rachel and Jessy work together as a tremendous team. I came with the vision for our decor and they took care of the rest. It was easy for us to come up with our theme for the decor, but difficult for me to envision how it was all going to come together, as I'm not great with all the little details. However with the teams help, we were able to capture exactly the look that we wanted. Sometimes the consultation process can be a little daunting. This is not the case with Rachel and Jessy however. They are so fun and energetic to be around and this takes so much of the stress out of planning. I would highly recommend their first rate decor services. Thank you RAC!

We got married at The Country Club (in Woodbridge) May 7, 2011 and Rachel A Clingen did the floral and decor for the wedding. They were amazing! From the consultations to the actual ceremony and reception everything was flawless. Jessy is amazing to work with and goes out of her way to make sure your day is phenomenal. The flowers and decor were stunning and the service was unbelievable. It was a pleasure to work with them! We had innumerable compliments on the look of our wedding and it was all thanks to them! Amazing!!! Rachel and her team were so helpful and made our wedding better then we could have ever imagined. Rachel has an unbelievable ability to envision every little detail. We had a 80' by 160' tent and it looked better then most high end hotel ballrooms! Our wedding was absolutely magical. The floral was stunning and the centerpieces were so creative. The best thing we did was have Rachel and her team do our wedding I didn't have worry in the world everything was done above and beyond our expectations! The ceremony was perfect! From the floral hanging baskets to the petals down the isle everything was stunning

Having little to no experience with decorating and flowers, my fiance and I came to Rachel with some very basic and underdeveloped ideas; while I tend to gravitate towards rustic and vintage-inspired looks, my now-husband has a strong preference for high quality and clean lines. Rachel was able to fuse our preferences and create a fabulous vintage-inspired shabby chic look that perfectly suited our Muskoka venue. On a very personal level, Rachel's expertise made MY day a cinch - on the big day, I was able to sleep in, take care of myself and spend some quality time with my girlfriends before the day's festivities got underway. I was helping my dad to plan his wedding from the State and Jessy was very helpful and flexible with me since most of the time we have to communicate through emails. She never delay responding my emails and have remained a very professional manner during the whole time.

I have to thank them again here for adding an extra decoration pieces for my dad's wedding. A lot of guests were taking pictures of the backdrop and head table as they did an excellent job. I do have to admit they are pricier than some decorators; but everyone can tell it worth the price.

The beauty in Rachel's ad in a local newpaper caught my eye which prompted my to check out her website. I loved what I saw but thought there was no way I would be able to afford her service. I decided to check it out anyway. I made an appointment with Jessy who showed me that she could work with my budget. She was great to work with. Jessy helped me turn my vision into a reality by showing me examples and making suggestions. She was always quick to reply to emails, answering all my questions. I couldn't wait to see how it would all come together. On the big day, every thing looked amazing! Rachel and her team had exceeded my expectations. My head table was gorgeous!
