We hired Rachelle as our wedding photographer and it was one of the best decisions we could have made! The day goes by so fast; good-quality photography is an absolute must in my opinion. In addition to taking beautiful photographs, Rachelle is so full of energy and fun to be around! Her upbeat and confident demeanor definitely helped make us at ease. Our first experience with Rachelle was when she shot our Engagement Session, which was included in our Wedding Photography Package with her. Not only did we have an absolute blast during the shoot but the pictures came out STUNNING, very artistic and professional. These are pictures we will treasure for years to come! We ended up purchasing an Engagement Photo Signing book for our wedding (in lieu of a traditional guest book) so guests could sign on the pages of our custom made engagement album. It was an amazing way to both get a beautiful, high-quality album of our engagement session and a unique wedding guest book all-in-one that will not be just stored away in a box like a traditional guest book.

After our experience with Rachelle during our engagement session, we knew that we had chosen our wedding photographer wisely and were so excited for her to shoot our upcoming wedding. On our wedding day, Rachelle was there from morning to night documenting the entire day. Although we were being photographed all day, we never felt overwhelmed or on the spot as she was able to just blend in and get fabulous (and sometimes hilarious!) candid pictures of us and our guests as well as special posed pictures of us and our family. Just days after our wedding she released some gorgeous “sneak peaks” and we got all of our pictures back in less than a month! She captured the whole day beautifully, we absolutely adore our wedding pictures and have gotten so many great compliments on them! On top of it all, compared to other wedding photographers (which we interviewed many before hiring Rachelle), Rachelle was by far one of the most reasonably priced and went above and beyond to work to create a package that was within our budget. Now that we’re expecting a new addition to our family in a few months, we of course already have plans set up for her to shoot both maternity and newborn photos! We feel so lucky to have found Rachelle as our photographer and highly recommend her.

Rachelle was everything we could have hoped for in a photographer, and more! My husband and I felt so comfortable working with her, its like we've known her for years. Her photos are absolutely amazing, not to mention her professional attitude. She even surprised us with some gorgeous props that really added to our wedding photos. She was able to capture everything from the smallest details and priceless moments to photos of every single person that attended our wedding. Having Rachelle as our wedding photographer was like having an old childhood friend in charge of capturing indelible images of our special day. As a photographer, Rachelle not only has the technical and artistic skills one would hope for (an eye for lighting and composition and a creative eye) but she has an uncanny flair for capturing the spirit and personality of an event and the people participating. Each photo of my husband and I captures our affection for each other and the pleasure we took in our wedding day; the bridal party and family members sport equally open and authentic smiles. Perhaps the most outstanding aspect of working with Rachelle was her attention to capturing the tone and details of our wedding. The whole bridal party and family had spent months helping me create personal details like handmade jam and hand-picked flowers, and arranging quirky photo props and our vaudevillian band. Rachelle’s detailed photographs of the ambience and setting of our wedding feature elements that highlight our efforts to make our wedding special and very “us”; from the photos of the band leader’s accordion to the images of our carefully arranged favor table with jam and handmade banners, Rachelle understood what we wanted our wedding day to express and captured that spirit permanently in her lovingly composed photos. Rachelle also didn’t miss a single memorable live-action moment, seizing the most meaningful elements of our ceremony and images of our friends and family members’ toasts that instantly remind us of the words they shared with us.

Rachelle and her work are well-worth her (incredibly reasonable!) pricing. Not once did I feel that my inquiries or requests were an inconvenience before or after the big day; in fact, just the opposite – corresponding and collaborating with Rachelle have been like working with a close friend who always has my best interest at heart. I’ll hire Rachelle again in a heartbeat for any professional photography needs and I look forward to working with her in the future for baby or family photos,

From the moment I met Rachelle, we hit it off. I initially met her at one of the bridal shows and we had a great conversation. She was so easy to talk to. We were getting married in Maui and she said that she photographed destination weddings. I wanted my fiancé to meet her so I had him go with me to the next bridal show. We made our decision at that point to have her photograph our wedding and reception. She flew over to Maui and took so many beautiful pictures of our wedding and dinner afterwards. I forget about how distinctive the colors were over there until I look at our pictures. The sunset pictures she took were exquisite. The colors from the wedding itself were unbelievable. The colors in the pictures are more vivid than our memories. What a beautiful and perfect day and Rachelle was able to capture that. Being a typical wedding, the day is just a complete whirlwind, and trying to remember everything is nearly impossible. Rachelle’s pictures captured the moment so completely that we were beside ourselves with how beautiful the entire event was. She took the cutest pictures of my two and a half year old niece who was all over the place during the wedding. She didn’t miss a shot. She was very patient with the kids in the wedding. They really responded well to her. Rachelle brought up the idea of doing a “Trash Your Dress” session. That was so much fun!! We had such a great time. The pictures she took were phenomenal. Her energy and creativity had us laughing at times, which led to a very fun shoot. Rachelle also did a family shoot for my parents’ wedding anniversary while we were over there. The pictures that she took were very memorable. A couple of months after the wedding, we had our reception in the Seattle area. Rachelle took those pictures, too. She does so well capturing the moment that we will never forget our special time. We so enjoyed having Rachelle as our photographer that she feels like part of the family. Overall, Rachelle adds to the event she’s photographing.. She has the type of personality that gets along well with everybody. She caters to the couple’s needs and wants, and makes the day perfect. "Warm 106.9 wedding Photographer of a lifetime"

Rachelle Erickson donated her time and service to the Warm 106.9 wedding of a lifetime contest. My husband and I were the proud recipients of the giveaway, and with that came the wonderful opportunity to work with Rachelle and appreciate her talents as not only a photographer but as an artist. Rachelle donated an onsite engagement photography session, where she took pictures of us on location utilizing various landmarks in the Bellevue community. She added her creativity to make every shot unique and memorable. She also designed our save –the-date cards and wedding invitations, incorporating our photographs into each one. She created a beautiful picture guest book, which she gifted to us along with 6 hours of her time on our wedding day to capture our entire event. Rachelle created fun, new, and innovative ways to make our photographs one-of-a-kind memories.
As if Rachelle’s donations were not enough, there was a medical emergency at the wedding, which caused a delay. Rachelle continued to stay beyond our agreed upon time, and working within our medical emergency remained calm and was still was able to capture the photos we wanted of our special day.

We loved having Rachelle Erickson as our engagement and wedding photographer. Rachelle brought a great level of enthusiasm and fun to both of these important events. Rachelle had good ideas for our engagement shoot including a tandem bicycle and an English picnic, which she worked around with professionalism. While the light was fading, she managed to get some beautiful shots of us, that we will undoubtedly keep forever. Rachelle also did a great job on our wedding day. She was well organized and ready for everything the day was to hold. She achieved exactly what you would want from a wedding day, grasping all of the key moments throughout our special day. Rachelle blended in especially well during the ceremony, we didn't even know she was there, until we saw the pictures afterward! Rachelle delivered the photos to us in a timely manner, and they were a joy to look at on returning from our honeymoon in Jamaica. Thank you Rachelle!

I can't say enough about Rachelle, she is an amazing photographer, has a beautiful eye, and is THE NICEST person. She shot our wedding this past June, and I can't even tell you, that girl works her tail off! She loves weddings, and she loves people, and she will infuse your day with her spirit and enthusiasm, as well as take hundreds and hudreds of amazing pictures. We can almost relive the whole wedding in our pictures, it's like she knew just which ones to take. She is creative as well as is a great technical photographer, but more than anything else, I just think she understands people, and knows how to take the best pictures for whoever she is shooting. The only bad thing about Rachelle is that you will want to hang out with her at your wedding, and the girl will not stop working! If you want a great photographer, that will put you at ease and let you know that she's got it all handled, hire Rachelle, you will not regret it.

Engagement and wedding photos are a huge part of the whole vision when you are getting married, and Rachelle is one of the best photographers you can call on to make that vision come to life. From start to finish, Rachelle made sure that our day ran smoothly and that everyone was where they needed to be for pictures. What I loved most about her being there to capture our big day, is that she finds a way to sneak and capture a moment that no one was supposed to see, and the picture turns out to be stunning. I loved working with Rachelle so much because she doesn’t treat you like another client; you are instantly another friend. It’s a very warm and friendly environment and your comfort is instant, and that reflects in your pictures. 2011 was an amazing year for our family. We got married, our goddaughter got married and then our son got married. Rachelle was there to capture every moment! We met her earlier in the year at a bridal show and immediately connected with her. She took the time to get to know each one of us during our engagement photo shoots which helped her put together an incredible wedding day photo plan. We had weddings on an outside lawn, the next one in a hotel and the last one on top of a building – they were all perfectly captured by the expert behind the lense.

Rachelle went above and beyond all expectations. She was always on time, friendly, professional, easy to talk to, able to connect with both the wedding guests and bridal party and totally put the nervous bride and groom at ease. I really hate having my picture taken but I actually bent for Rachelle since she made it so painless. She kept reminding me it was my day to shine and even though I clowned around a bit, she caught so many beautiful moments that I couldn’t help but cry . . . they were PERFECT! And she made me look sooooo good! You couldn’t go wrong with her as your photographer. Believe me you will get much more than you expect – in value, commitment, quality and expertise – she’s amazing!

Rachelle did such a great job with all of our pictures! She had such great, fun ideas for the engagement pictures, and they turned out so cute! She was very professional and discreet at our rehearsal dinner and the wedding...we barely noticed she was there, but got such gorgeous pictures! We highly recommend her to every bride that wants beautiful pictures!

Rachelle is so upbeat, and anyone can tell that she really loves photography. With all the commotion and changes of our wedding, Rachelle was very flexible and was able to work with anything that happened. Not only did I enjoy my pictures as a keep-sake, but I also enjoyed them as beautiful pieces of art. My photos were so much more than a way to remember my day; she captured moments and emotions that I didn’t even realize I felt at the time, but now seem so obvious through the pictures. I was completely happy, and you can see it in my pictures. She listened to what I wanted and took it into account. She was as concerned with genuine emotion and candid photos as I was and did a great job giving me what I wanted. She has a recognizable style and editing.

My wedding day was one of the happiest days of my life, and I am glad that Rachelle was a part of it. Rachelle was everything I wanted in a photographer. She is very sweet and easy to work with. She helped my wedding day go smoothly and was accommodating no matter what came up, and believe me, a lot came up! Although I worried about everything else, I never had to worry about what was going to happen to my photos because Rachelle was always there ready to calm my anxiety and answer all my questions. If I got to do it all over again, there is no way I would change my photographer!
