Radisson Hotel Milwaukee-Pewaukee

This was where we were holding the reception, so it was it would be easy for all our out-of-town guests to stay at the same hotel. We also chose this hotel because of the proximity to the church we would be having our ceremony in, and we didn’t want guests driving all across the state. We booked a block of rooms, and those guests that reserved one of our rooms got a discount. It’s a really nice hotel, with a fancy lounge area for people to sit in. The rooms are nice, and we were able to visit the hotel rooms when we toured the hotel. They also have a nice swimming pool, which was great for those that stayed long enough to enjoy the pool!

Kari Thomas (no longer there) was awesome to work with. Always answered our questions. One day we took our parents to brunch and then there to look at the room. One of the sales associates answered all sorts of questions for us-for like 45 minutes! We appreciated everything. The food was great and we were able to use our space in the lower level and also the bar and hotel lobby area. We were the only event, so we had everyone’s attention.


We were able to block off rooms for our guests at a discounted rate. Many people took advantage of the offer. We also received a free nights stay, which we also used that night. I know some of our guests took advantage of the pool after the reception and were allowed to be there if they maintained a reasonable noise level. It is wonderful! Clean, cozy and has a homey-lodge feel to it.
