Kate, Was awesome on my big day! I got married at the 1899 Farmhouse in Princeton, TX. Everyone has been asking me about the flowers and all the small details she added where just amazing. When we talked in the very begining, I had been to a few florist in Dallas and thought about doing the flowers myself. For what she came up with was not only above and beyond what I pictured but for the price, I just don't know how she did it! I wish I could show you pictures, everything was just perfect and beautiful! I don't know what big event or the next time I will need flowers is, but the Rainflorist will be the first to know!

Kate was fantastic in planning the flowers that we wanted - even when we werent sure what we would like. She helped my bride pick out bouquets that were amazingly bright and colorful, with no imperfections. The flowers were absolutely perfect. If planning a reception, her tablescapes are a must - a very low cost (comparatively with other options) solution to decorating tabletops. She decorated the chapel with pew hanging flowers, and created an intricate design of flowers down the center isle that provided a great photo opportunity and just added to the elegance of the chapel.Pricing is fantastic - it was 100% worth what we paid!

Kate is such a creative florist! She created awe inspiring centerpieces at our wedding reception that still have people talking. My bouquet was absolutely perfect and just as I had imagined when I was describing it to her. She loves to try new things and has an eye for beautiful things. Truly talented, and I feel honored that she was able to design floral decor for our wedding day.

Kate did an amazing job on my bouquets, centerpieces and decorations on the arbor. I could not have asked for a more beautiful arrangement for everyone to see. Kate did a great job on my bouquet for my bridal shoot and she did an awesome job on all of the flowers on the day of the wedding. Everything looked great and we received a lot of compliments. The headbands for the flower girls turned out great! She was very easy to work with and was easy to get a hold of. She also had a lot of great ideas and offered a very reasonable price.

Kate really disappointed me on my big day. She was semi-responsive before the wedding and during the planning seemed very eager. The day of my wedding, I showed up from getting my hair done about an hour before the ceremony. She didn't bring everything we agreed on, she didn't bring the corsages on magnets, like we discussed, and she didn't bring flowers for my hair. All of this would have been okay if I had actually seen her on my day. That was the most disappointing. She set everything up and left without findng me or my husband, without talking to anyone to see if everything was okay. We called her three or four times before the ceremony started and she didn't respond. I didn't hear from her for over a month after the wedding. We were trying to get in touch with her to get a receipt for purchase.The flowers were beautiful all around, but the service and professionalism were severely lacking with no explanation. I would never recommend her to anyone after the treatment I received on my wedding day.

Kate is wonderful! My wedding flowers looked amazing! I got lots and lots of compliments thanks to Kate's floral designs. Everyone loved the Real Ivy Topiaries with red and pink roses. Thank you Kate for making our Wedding Beautiful!

The flowers were very beautiful although we were quite surprised and disappointed at the small size of the bouquets. We had a challenge several times getting Kate to return our calls, but other than that she was very nice and accommodating to work with.

Kate was absolutely amazing as my florist. My bouquet was to die for as well as my bridesmaids. She went over and beyond for me. It pored down rain at our wedding and poor Kate moved the ceremony decor twice I think. From what I have been told she was soaking wet and up to her knees in mud. She is such a nice lady and i adored working with her. I would recommend her to anyone in a heart beat.

Fabulous! Kate was a delight to work with and I'm so glad I had her as a vendor at my wedding. Kate works out of her home, and in doing so, is able to provide customers with amazing prices! For our inital consultation, Kate drove to my house (which is in the middle of no-where North Texas) along with flowers I told her I liked. I have very little knowledge of flowers, flower names, or floral design. I showed her photos that I liked, and she quickly provided me a quote that made me do a double take. Her quote for flowers was 1/4 the total price of quotes I had from other florists. After looking at her online gallery and previous work, I was a little worried that her style was a little more tropical than what I wanted. She assured me that she could deliver the "traditional" look I wanted and at the price quoted. I was blown away when I walked into my reception! We had tables with floral centerpieces atop tall glass cylinders with crystals hanging inside of the glass, along with petals, candle votives, and votives with roses inside. On alternating tables we had low centerpieces with the same flowers, arranged in a more modest manner. It looked great. I had countless compliments from guests who knew I took pride in my "budget" wedding. Nobody could believe that all of these beautiful flowers were such a deal. All of the flowers looked fresh- I've heard horror stories from other brides who used other florists, and who spent a fortune on flowers only to find that they were wilted looking or yellowing. We received everything we ordered, except for some gardenias for my hair, but I think they may have gotten lost in all of the excitement. Rainflorist is a great florist to use.

Very helpful and great ideas for finding the right mix of flowers for your personality and color choices, and very reasonably priced. My black magic roses were just gorgeous! Great to work with, lovely.

I loved using Rainflorist Designs for my ceremony and reception. Kate is a wonderful person, and I knew we would work well together after our first meeting! I am not very savvy when it comes to flowers, so Kate gave me tons of ideas and pictures. Kate is so creative! She took a design that I mentioned that I liked and personalized it! My husband and I are both opera singers, so she added a music theme in her decor.Kate is also very willing to work with a budget, and she will suggest different alternatives that still look quite beautiful!I would recommend Kate and Rainflorist designs to any bride!

Kate is the only florist I would refer anyone to. She is the most passionate, creative, flexible person I have worked with. After shopping around for about 4 months and doing my homework, I narrowed it down to two florists RainFlorist designs and another in Frisco. Kate won me over no contest with our second meeting. Kate made my daughter's wedding so beautiful. We had a very large reception area and a smaller sanctuary to decorate and an average budget. My daughter wanted to blend simple, elegant but also eco-friendly and natural. Quite a tall order for anyone! Beth gave Kate her ideas, along with color, materials, and a list of don'ts (no roses, please) and asked her to do this for 20 tables and 10 pew ends. There were some changes along the way, some additions, lots of subtractions, but Kate was professional and very flexible to our needs. She offered wonderful alternatives and came up with some things we had not even thought of in the end. She had extra materials in her car and generously added more decorations to the sanctuary that made it the elegant background that Beth had wanted. Kate was open for changes and ideas, and ready to meet with us at the drop of a hat.She provided us with a lasting memory of our daughter, surrounded by tulle, candles, purple wildflower bouquets, family and friends. Kate worked with me on my wedding on 03/08/08. She was very patient, informative, creative, and enthusiastic during our consultations - her passion for her work is infectious! I "shopped around" to make sure I was an informed consumer, and I felt she was the most grounded, talented, and genuine person for the job. She went above and beyond preparing a "Plan B" in case of inclement weather, which set my mind at ease (as much as one can a few days before their wedding).
