There are not enough words or thanks that can be given to Vicki Coutros at Raise Your Glass Events. I recently had a destination wedding at the Hyatt Regency Inner Harbor in Baltimore, MD. Being as though I was in California at the time of planning, it was very important for me find and to surround ourselves with a strong team. This is where Vicki came into our lives. I had emailed several florist prior to contacting Vicki, who's a floral designer (big difference) and they all tried to force there ideas and rates to meet what they needed. I sent her what I wanted, she not only saw my vision but also saw things about my vision that would enhance it. Of course every couple wants their vendors to be excited but Vicki was genuinely excited and invested. She quickly provided me with what i consider as a very fair quote, but, unfortunately the quote was above what we had budgeted. I explained that to Vicki and she responded ".. this is still completely doable we just may have to compromise a little more without sacrificing the elegance, style and quality.." Her next quote came very close to our budget without us having to sacrificing much, just as she said. How refreshing!!! Not only was Vicki able to see my vision and help us in finding ways to make it happen within our budget, she went above and beyond my expectations. This is probably because she is a event planner/coordinator and has an enormous spirit. She has a rare combination of creativity, thoroughness, intuition, professionalism and customer service. We could tell that she cared very deeply and personally about her creative work and my experience. Not only there but the day of the event she showed up early, they finished setting up early and I was told that she walked around and tightened up on other aspects of the wedding. I can only say wonderful things about Vicki and would recommend her for all of my events. Thank you Vicki from the depths of our hearts. You will forever be cherished!

This was the most wonderful experience from start to finish! Once we conveyed our preferences, Vicki (our planner) took over. The invitations were customized to include our wedding photo.The flowers were in my favorite colors, and were so exquisite that our friends were fighting to see who would get to take them home.
To this day, the owner of the restaurant tells us that these were out-of-this world arrangements! The candy table was extraordinary -- and everyone took bags of the sweets home! Menu selection was loved by all; and, most importantly, our wedding/anniversary cake was decorated in white roses and miniature lights --beautiful!I know that many of our friends will be using Vicki as their planner!!
