Ralph's Catering was terrific. The food was delicious, the service perfect. Ralph is a wonderful person and easy to work with. He really responded to all our special requests, and provided everything needed related to the food and bar service., The service was timely and attentive! Highly recommend!

Ralph was great to work with. He made sure everything looked amazing. My every wish was his command and was very easy to work with. Thanks to his hard work our wedding was beautiful! The food was delicious, the lighting perfect, and the services impeccable.

I had been to previous events catered by Ralph, so when it came down to my daughter's wedding it seemed like the only choice. His food is by far the best I have ever had at any catered event. All of my guests were very impressed with how delicious it was. In fact, one of my guests who had just been to a wedding at the Ritz the night before, mentioned that the Ritz did not come close to the quality and the taste of Ralph's food.
I also decided to leave the choice of linens, chargers and chairs to Ralph. The result was amazing. The tables were beautiful! Ralph also had no problem accommodating some unexpected guests.
Ralph even stepped in and helped me when the lady I hired to help with the favors, etc. had to leave.
Ralph has amazing food, great taste, wonderful servers and is a wonderful person.
