Ravinia Club

We LOVED this venue!! We got married outside in the garden and the great thing is that the scenery is so beautiful we didn't need a lot of extra decor costs. The best thing about the venue is their is an equally beautiful "plan B" site inside a huge wall-to-wall 4 sided glass window tropical plant conservatory. My husband loved it so much we almost just had to ceremony there. The food was excellent, the staff was easy to work with and they are very flexible to make sure they meet your needs. The day went by perfectly and I feel it is largely due to their staff being so "on the ball."

Ceremony: We were looking for a lesser-known venue that would provide a memorable experience for us and our guests. We wanted an outside ceremony and inside reception, but needed a venue that had a back-up ceremony site in case of rain. The Ravinia Club is a hidden little gem that is centrally-located to the Perimeter which was great for all of our guests who were scattered around Atlanta. The outside venue has a nice partially-covered awning and cascading steps which lead to a perfect ceremony site overlooking trees and a running creek. We held exactly 100 guests on white folding padded folding chairs and we were not too cramped at all. There is a great bridge that leads across the water to the venue which makes a nice walk-way for guests arriving to the wedding. The back-up location is equally nice with inside greenery, trees and plants – which feels just like being outside. The venue is located directly across from Perimeter Mall. We had a creative and very organized event coordinator who made the bride and groom and wedding party feel very at ease.

Reception: This was the perfect location for our wedding reception. We wanted a very intimate and cozy feel for our reception, but still wanted a class-act venue. The Ravinia Club was very accommodating and offered all the important selections we needed to make our event a success! From the reception space, to the bar and overall location, everything was exactly how we wanted it. Free on-site parking was an added bonus for our guests, as well as a venue that was within walking-distance from our wedding host hotel. The on-site catering was exceptional, and the catering staff was more than willing to meet with us on several occasions for food tastings and menu revisions. The on-site event coordinator was remarkable and was very accessible (even on weekends!) throughout our planning process. The spiral staircase leading up to the reception site was a great touch in wedding photos and made for a dramatic exit. Thank you Ravinia!

Fabulous location, great staff, love the catering director and the wedding coordinator. They were very responsive when we had questions and made sure my day was as perfect as could be.
