Fantastic Wedding and Lifestyle photography in San Antonio and the surrounding areas. Your memerable moment is captured in mixed styles for all to enjoy: traditional, contemporary, artistic, event. Then all delivered images are High Definition and fully edited. For your pleasure, we set up web galleries for guests, just the bride and groom with password, or all together. We also cover the traditional wedding activities plus the contemporary ideas such as First View, Bride or Groom Boudoir, and any scenario you have planned into your special day.

What do your packages include?

Do you have liability insurance?
No
Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
All delivered images are professionally edited. Some may be converted to black and white or used for other special editing techniques.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
Yes. I have portable studio equipment, flashes and fast lenses for low light situations.
Is your media preference film or digital?
Digital
How many photographers do you work with?
I shoot my own events. Should I ever become ill or cannot make a shoot, I have another photographer of equal to stand in.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes. Unless ill or physically unable to attend.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
I limit weddings to one per weekend. Most of my bookings include rehearsal and family activities that cover both Friday and Saturday.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Multiple cameras and lenses, studio lighting, flash lighting.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Both. Depending on the package or contract that is ordered.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Yes. It is listed on the photographer's standard price list.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
No Breaks! I do not require a meal provided by the host. If the host offers, I will be happy to accept.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel outside of the local San Antonio area will have travel included in the final contract price. I will travel anywhere that my services are needed.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Depending on the size of the wedding shoot, 1-2 weeks are needed for editing and processing.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Online gallery with password.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
I provide 150 3x5 proofs with every wedding package free of charge.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes
What kind of albums do you offer?
A memory book with 20 images. Any combination of books, albums, prints can be selected.
When will the client get the final album?
Typically 2 weeks from final selection of photographs to be included in the album.
