We were fortunate enough to have RayJoyce provide us with a free engagement session when they were promoting their services. They provided us with excellent pictures! I used a lot of them in our guest book photo album. I communicated with Joyce mostly, but they are both so sweet and kind! The pictures were beautiful and the CD they gave us was awesome! They also do videography, which I knew before we booked ours! I am so happy for them, and so happy to have our engagement pictures from them. They were a pleasure to work with, on time, affordable, great quality work, and as a now husband and wife team - they definitely work well together. With a husband and wife team, it definitely gives two sides of photography - getting "the shot" and getting "the story". I would definitely recommend them!
My fiance and I are elated and excited that RayJoyce will be our
videographers for our wedding. Another review will definitely come after
our wedding experience with the couple. As for now, I would like to commend Raymond and Joyce, for their professionalism and artistic skills. Reviewing over their portfolio/demos, I can say with confidence that they are probably the most edgy and talented videographers on my side of town.
They're not your typical videographers that I've researched and seen. Their
style of documentary has a cinema touch to it, so your wedding video won’t
be tacky or boring. Everything from their music selections, ideas, and
style seem to mesh well together and the best part is every video seems
different and unique. I believe they're still a young company in the
videography side, so to build up their repertoire they are actually under
waged for their talent and skills at the moment. So for a budget conscious
bride that wants great quality work, RayJoyce would probably be the best
medium.
RayJoyce should definitely be one of your vendors to consider for your
wedding. I can't wait to see what they'll do for our wedding!

ON THE ROAD
J+T | TRASH THE DRESS | SNEAK PEEK
we met up with j+t this weekend for their ttd session at some railroad tracks and had a ton of fun. there were a few no trespassing signs nearby, but i just could not pass up an opportunity with a backdrop like that. so since i’d rather ask for forgiveness than permission, we jumped in and had a blast – even the neighbors across the street seemed to enjoy it. by the end of the afternoon we had a small audience and cars honking their horns as they drove by. i mean, come on…j in her gorgeous dress and t with his hat and tie. fabulous. amy is going to send me some more images to share, but here’s a teaser for now : )

it rained pretty hard the night before so we were all expecting clouds and rain, but got signature california clear skies instead. isn’t the morning light just incredible? i need to make a note to do early morning sessions more often. here’s a teaser of this dynamic duo for now. more to come later, i promise.

PLUSH LEATHER GOODNESS
we recently got another batch of albums in and i just realized we’ve never posted photos of them, so here they are! there’s nothing like the anticipation of opening a package of gorgeous, lush leather albums and running your fingers over them. yes i’m a bit obsessive when it comes to these premium albums – the soft touch and (new car smell!) of the leather is so uberly cool.
the photographic prints have a 2mm substrate between them, making for sturdy, thick pages that lay completely flat when opened. the colors are out of this world and exactly as we see them on our calibrated monitors in the studio. you have a choice of seven colors to choose from and every album comes with a swank cloth cover to protect it when you’re not showing it off to friends and family. check it out.
