I found the wedding dress of my dreams here and couldn't be more happy about that. On the other hand, I always felt like a nuisance to the staff when I was there. My mother and maid of honor got the same vibe as well when they went with me.

I loved shopping for my wedding dress at Rebecca's. They were very friendly and helpful. I took a point off for quality, because I got the impression from my bridesmaids and my mom (who got her dress there) that they treat them differently than brides. In other words, if you weren't a bride, and were there on a busy day, you were ignored, or not given the same care. I also found it kind of mean that they wouldn't press my bridesmaids dresses or my mom's dress without paying for it, even though they pressed mine free of charge. Their argument was that they just don't have the room for all those dresses: here's an idea: If the entire wedding party (bridesmaids, moms and, bride) get their dresses there, do it for them free of charge, but not just anyone. Bet you'll sell more dresses and you will still be limiting the inventory. Also, I downgraded them for flexibility because their hours are not great, especially if you work or are from out of town.

I originally gave this place 5 stars when I ordered my dress. Then, they ordered the wrong size. I ordered my wedding dress back in September 2010 and received it in February 2011. I'm happy that my soon to be mother-in-law and sister-in-law were there to run interference and vouch for me that I had indeed ordered a different size. The associate tried to assure me that the dress could be let out. My future mother-in-law is a seamstress and pointed out why the dress could not be altered to the next size up. I'm thankful the Maggie Sottero manufacturer had my size that they could ship in a few weeks. I was let down and hurt. I had a great experience the first time. Picking your bridal dress up should be such a happy experience. Mine was traumatic. The dress became a stressful and upsetting experience for everyone involved. The manager on duty made me feel like an inconvenience and that everything was my fault. I would suggest going elsewhere.

Rebecca's boutique was awesome! The workers there were very friendly and extremely helpful. I found the dress of my dreams there and at a reasonable price. There was a sale going on at the time and they even went next door and retrieved a sale dress for me to try on because I said I had liked it. They really went out of their way to help me. I would definitely recommend this store to any bride!

I had a great experience with Rebecca's Bridal. I only spent one weekend looking at dresses with my mom. It just so happens that the very first dress I tried on was the one that I picked. It helped, though, that it was less expensive at Rebecca's. Aside from the cost, though, Sarah was so great. I was already feeling freaked out and insecure about the whole process, but Sarah not only made me feel beautiful, she helped me feel more comfortable about it, too. My bridesmaids were also able to get a better deal on their dresses from Rebecca's. They even helped me out with reminding the girls about ordering their dresses in time! I had to give them a four for quality, but I do so with a *wink*. I drove to Louisville to pick up the bridesmaids dresses only to find out they had closed early for the UK v. UL game, and I'm a UK alum! Regardless of they're collegiate loyalties, they're a great bridal boutique!!

Rebecca's has a great selection of unique and affordable dresses. The employees take their time to make sure you find the perfect dress you are looking for.

They have a large selection of bridesmaid dresses. Its great if you are having different styles of dresses in the same color.

I really enjoyed working with Rebecca's. Although they didn't have the dress I wanted in stock, they were able to order it for me, and it came in just when they said it would. They recommended a good tailor for me to have the dress bustled and the straps sewn in, and then they pressed it, free of charge! The price was right, and the service was very pleasant. It would be nice if they had more than one dressing room for brides to change in--when there are two girls back there, with their helpers, it feels a little too crowded, minus a 1/2 star for that.

I got my wedding dress and my 6 different bridesmaid dresses here and everything was beyond perfect. I had 3 out of town bridesmaids and everyone's measurements were correct and they handled everything without me having to worry about it. All the dresses came in early and were perfect. I had a "bride crisis" trying to decide between and ivory and white dress, changed my mind 10 times within 24 hours and these girls were beyond patient and understanding. Every time I went in there, they knew who I was and were helpful and sweet. They have the patience and customer service to be considered an amazing place to get that dream dress. Prices are better than anywhere else I looked, also. Get your dresses here!

From my first minutes in this shop, I was made to feel like I was the only customer. They found the perfect gown for me with the perfect accessories! Their suggested alterations person did a great job for a very reasonable price. My gown was in perfect condition upon pick-up.

There were not a large selection of dresses to choose from in my size (14); however, there were alot in the style I was looking for. They were accomodating especially with no appointment and they were busy. Made it a little crowded in their small boutique. But I fell in love with "the dress" and they let me have it for "off the rack" price.

I got my Bridesmaids dresses at Rebecca's and they were very helpful. There were many dresses to choose from in many different colors. It's a small shop, but the workers are very helpful!

I couldn't ask for better service than I was given at Rebecca's. The girls there knew me by name every time I came in. We got my dress, shoes, tuxes, bridesmaids dresses, mother of the bride all from Rebecca's. They really are a one-stop shop. The girls they have working there are so amazing. It really made trying on hundreds of dresses enjoyable.

The staff is knowledgeable and competent-I worked with Rebecca and Jamie and they were fantastic! While small in size, Rebecca’s has everything you need to make your special day unforgettable. Many unique dress designs as well as classic styles and fabrics, and every accessory in between.
