I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rebekah- she did an AMAZING job with my photography. She captured so many details of my wedding day in addition to the beautiful portraits she took. It is so great to be able to see moments from my wedding day that I didn't get to experience in person- and I haven't even seen all of the pictures yet! Everyone who has seen my pictures is shocked at how great they came out. Her enthusiastic and fun personality makes you feel comfortable immediately which I think is a very important quality in a photographer. My only regret with photography from my wedding day is that we didn't allot more time for pictures- it really flies by! I would definitely recommend Rebekah to anyone looking for a photographer.

Rebekah did our engagement photos and we immediately hired her to do our wedding photos as well (to be completed next month). Rebekah was fantastic. She stayed with us for several hours and multiple outfit changes. It was an unusually hot day for early April and we all sweated together out in the sun. Rebekah was so flexible and did anything she needed to get the shot, even getting down on her stomach to shoot. She happily took our artistic ideas but had plenty of her own to try out and we came out with so many great shots. Many times you look through someone's portfolio and only a few actually come out well. Rebekah sent us home with more than I thought we would get from the package. She also had completed all of the edits and had sent us the photos within 48 hours of the shoot. Rebekah is a talented photographer and we are very much looking forward to having her shoot our wedding in a few weeks.

Rebekah really captures the moments well in her photographs! She is very talented and creative! She knows what works and what doesn't work with proper lighting and appropriate backgrounds. She has a very positive attitude toward her work and the finished products are very appealing. She is current with the new trends and technology related to photography. Overall, Rebekah is a fantastic photographer and we would highly recommend her!

Rebekah's demeanor allowed our engagement pictures to turn out as very natural, comfortable shots of us. She was so easy to be around while being appropriately directive. She anticipated components of her service that we could not have considered until after the fact and produced an end product that draws positive feedback from everyone who views our engagement pictures. She was flexible, engaging, and brilliantly creative in her work.

I absolutely loved working with Rebekah. Her style of photography is beautiful and I couldn't ask for better wedding photos! She was very flexible with her availability and she was able to get amazing pictures from every part of my wedding - from getting ready (both bride & groom getting ready photos) to my newphew (ring bearer) sleeping on a blow up mattress behind the dessert table - she caught all the little moments I may not have otherwise known about! Not to mention all the compliments I recieved from guests informing me of her professionalism and just how generally nice she was. I would highly recommend Rebekah Goldman Photography!

About Rebekah Hoyt Photography

Hey there! I'm a wedding photographer serving the Virginia/DC/Maryland areas. I absolutely love what I do and would love to meet you and document your special day! My passion is to capture your day with as much authenticity as possible (and have a little fun while we're at it!) I provide all-day wedding coverage with two photographers, and include a complimentary CD with all of the edited images on them. Other services I offer include engagement photos, bridal portraits, trash the dress shoots, printing services, and custom designed wedding albums. Sent me an email so I can get to know you!

What primary photographic style do you identify with?

Contemporary, Photojournalism

What do your packages include?

Albums, Digital Files, Flush Mount, High Resolution Images, Prints

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes

Is your media preference film or digital?

I shoot all digital.

How many photographers do you work with?

I always have a second shooter present with me for the entire wedding day.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Absolutely!

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

Yes, I have many photographers I trust in the event that I am not available.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Absolutely.

Do you charge hourly or full day?

My creative fee covers the entire day, no limit on how many hours I am present.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

We take very minimal breaks, only enough to catch our breath or charge our batteries. Meals can be discussed on an individual basis.

Do you charge for travel?

I charge for travel outside of the VA/DC/MD areas.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

Proofs are uploaded to an online web gallery within one month of the event.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

Yes.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Yes.

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

I provide a CD with all of the edited images to my clients, which is the same selection seen in the online web gallery.

Will images be available for viewing online?

Absolutely! The pictures will be available in a private web gallery within one month of the event. This gallery can be sent to family, friends, and guests for viewing as well.

What kind of albums do you offer?

I offer custom designed flush mount albums by Cypress Albums and Leather Craftsmen.

When will the client get the final album?

6-8 weeks after placing the album order.
