At first I didn't want to even look at Receptions because it reminded me of high school dances and ceremonies...but my husband made me and I'm so glad we did! They have completed re-vamped since high school days and the layout was the BEST we found in the city for our wedding of 200 - better than any of the big name places in NKY! And of course, the value was incredible. My husband and I had to pay our own way so a $15K minimum was out of the question - and honestly absurb anyway. The food was great and the staff was amazing to work with. They did everything we asked for and more. I would definitely suggest Receptions Fairfield to any Bride looking for a great value and a stress-free wedding!

The main thing that everyone tells us as we discuss our reception is how great the food was! We had a tasting there which actually led us to move the date of our wedding; we liked the food enough that we moved our date.Everything was very pretty and everything was taken care of for us. Mary, our banquet captain, was so accommodating.Receptions Fairfield is a great choice for every couple.

Receptions took care of all of the details for us....it made planning so much easier. The banquet halls are very nicely decorated. Furthermore, the staff at our reception took care of anything we needed that night so that we could enjoy the reception. Definitely a great value for your money!

They are great and let us come in and set up our own decorations the day before. Food is great and the wait staff is very helpful!

Receptions North did an amazing job with our Reception. I did not have to worry about a thing involving the Reception. We dropped off our favors/decor a few days before with directions, and everything was perfect when we arrived. The staff was extremely friendly and catered to us through out the night, even when the reception was over. I don't have enough words to describe how perfect our wedding reception was:) I would highly recommend using them for your wedding reception or any other event.

We booked our reception at the Receptions of Eastgate, with a lady by the name of Sue. She is extremely helpful, and was very nice to help us obtain the information we needed in order to decide if that was indeed the place we wanted to book our reception. She was very professional and kind, and not one of those "pushy" people who tried to do whatever it takes to get you to book your reservation. They were having a phenomenal deal back in the fall, that if you booked by Oct 31, 2008 - they would automatically throw in open bar well-drinks for free with our package. We are combining two large Catholic families, so that couldn't have worked out any better! Furthermore, this reception site is very nice on the inside, and all the people we made contact with have been great. Also, the weddings that I have attended there have also been very nice, so that only helped us with our decision-making process.

I most definitely recommend this facility! They only have a $6,000.00 minimum, unlike the Madison down in Covington, where it is a $16,000.00 minimum. That was way out of our price-range. Our reception is for around 300 people, and we got one of the better packages they offer. :)

Receptions helped me have the sort of reception I didn't think I could afford. Their all-inclusive nature allowed me to have real china, a chocolate fountain, and chair covers, all of which would have been out of my budget otherwise. They provide centerpieces, another major moneysaver!We did have a few minor issues during the reception - the toast wasn't ready, the projector wasn't turned on for the slideshow, and the chocolate fountain ran out of dippers (though they did refill it when I complained). Some of these they blamed on the DJ, though I tend to think the blame was shared. They were easy to work with right from the first day, were always available by phone or even for a meeting to answer questions or figure things out. This is a great choice for budget brides!

We loved working with Receptions! They were extremely attentive to us on the day of our wedding and the head of the serving staff at our reception always made sure that my husband and I had everything that we needed. We had our centerpieces included in our rate. Since we did our wedding on a Sunday, our prices were lower than Friday or Saturday. We had a chocolate fountain, ice sculpture, and chair covers included in our package. Our open bar price was phenomenal because they were running a special. I would definitely suggest looking for their specials. They seem to always have one on something and then compare them as they change and see if you can talk them down on things. We loved our reception. They only part that I was not happy about was our room layout. We were asked by Receptions to provide them with a blueprint of how we wanted the room to be set up. I gave that to them but it was not followed completely and our parent tables ended up in the wrong location. That was the only problem that came up that night.

They took care of every single detail with no worries. The food was great and we had several different opportunities to taste test before the big day. They were very good with getting back to us and to help us choose the perfect things.Would highly recommend! The cost was alittle high but included every thing we wanted/needed so it was worth it not to have to worry about 1 single thing except showing up. The staff was very attentive to our needs and very professional.

I was thrilled that we made the choice to use Receptions North. The staff was awesome, they responded to my 500 emails quickly, they allowed me to make all sorts of special requests with no problems or hesitation. I made all my centerpieces for the table even though they provided one but instead of having to go by 30 eifel tower vases for my arrangement they allowed me to use the ones that they had at the location as well as all of there tealight candles so that I did not have to purchase my own. I needed 8 extra tealights for the cake table and they provided those for me as well. THe night of the wedding everything ran smoothly, the food was excellent and the service was fabulous. I highly reccomend this establishment for a wedding reception.

Renee and Melissa did a wonderful job coordinating my day with me! They were always available and accommodating in planning for every detail. The banquet captain and crew did a remarkable job preparing/serving the delicious meal and ensuring that each guest was satisfied. My wedding reception was unforgettable, thanks to you!

Great vendor. Moderately expensive. The food is great and the reception will be elegant.

Renee and Dave were awesome to work with!! I had both my ceremony and reception and couldn't have asked for a more elegant atmosphere. Diane, our wonderful Captain brought me refreshments while we took photos before the wedding and helped me relax! They worked with us to have time to set up the centerpieces and the tables. They took care of everything and we still get rave reviews for our food!! Maybe I can talk them into sharing the recipe for the Pasta Pomodoro!!

Receptions North made my wedding planning go so much smoother. From arranging the setting of my hall to sampling the actual food that would be served to all of the little things I didn't think of they did for me. They even set up a little hall for my bridesmaids and groomsmen to eat a bite as well as giving me a room to spruce up before announcing me at the reception. you simply cannot find a better staff, more accomodating hall, and price anywhere in Cincinnati!!

They do the clean up and set up for you and the food is great!

Everything is beautiful here! They are very nice and they work out all the details for you. The dance floor was a great size and the food was delicious!

Our reception was absolutely beautiful. Our particular plan had the chocolate fountain, wine service, open bar and ice scupture. Our wedding was held during the day, so our price was very good for the quality and service we received. The evening receptions are were a bit more expensive. However, the staff is very friendly, the reception was very well prepared and the facilities were very nice.

Receptions was AMAZING! I dropped off my table favors on Thursday and got to see the Reception Hall completely decorated on Friday morning (my wedding was Friday night). It was absolutely beautiful. I didn't have to do a thing. We didn't have to set up or worry about cleaning up. I walked in for my reception, had the time of my life and then left without having to worry about a thing. I recommend Friday night weddings. It saved us THOUSANDS of dollars! The staff there is amazing and so willing to work with you to create the event of your dreams.

What is there to say about Receptions..... I could go on all day about what an amazing place this is/was/ and has always been! They were so amazing for everything we needed! At the beginning of our wedding preparations they had previously promised the room where our wedding ceremony to a Sunday School (it was their -every Sunday- schedule) so that was a bit crazy~ because we were taking photos (with a VERY amazing photographer who is NOT on this site... he's the BEST in Cinicnnati- Ron Shuller-) and it was quite loud with the toddlers/kindergardeners screaming and crying! (It's all on the video!) But some how we got that done (and without my Husband-to-be seeing me!) Both families finished photos and things were being set up in the room for the ceremony and that went so easily that I didn't even know what was happening! (And I was the bride who was not mean or a "Bridezilla" but I had a big, white 3-ring binder and I knew EVERYTHING and when and how it was supposed to be. But Receptions just had everything going so smoothly that I didn't even know it was happening... I didn't have to even think about anything but smiling for the camera!Then in the other room right next door, the band was setting up, the tables were being set up and the table with all of the table cards were being set up, too. Again, I didn't have to think about a thing! When the wedding was done (and some extra photos had to be taken since they didn't come out) we just glided to the next room, our wedding party was announced and in we went and then somehow everyone went to the buffet and then we cut the cake, threw the bouquet, the garter, danced and it was done! I DID NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT A THING.... MY WEDDING WENT SO SMOOTHLY thanks to Receptions and all of the people there that initially (during the contract signing) said that it would. During that signing, I thought to myself, "It will go easy- sure-- it is a WEDDING!!" But on the "RECEPTIONS" side of things, it was SO smooth and beautifully that a VERY good friend of mine who was my Bride's Maid (and her fiance who was at my wedding as a guest) liked Receptions so much that they got married there, too!!!I whole heartedly recommend Receptions for a wedding, party... ANY celebration!
