Receptions Banquet and Conference Center

We used the Loveland location and were very please with the service, food, space, and decor. They made the whole evening pretty much worry free and we heard nothing but compliments from our guests.

Receptions made eevrything about the reception on my big day go so smoothly. I had nothing to worry about. I took my decorations to them, and in addition to their own that I picked out, they set everything up, and even tore everything down after the reception. They cut my cake, boxed up the left overs and the food was absolutely to die for! The service was excellent, the staff even carried my plate for me as we went throught he buffet line so I wouldn't get any food on my dress. I would highly recomend this venue to anybody who wants a stress free day!

I was soo impressed with our reception. The food & the service were amazing. They greeting us as soon as we walked in and offered us a drink.

Reception was beautiful. Nice Ice Sculpture. Although not enough bows for the chairs. Placed buffet on the dance floor which we requested specifically not to.

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The only thing that I had a problem with was the food tasting, they do not provide all foods available at the tasting.

My husband and I used Recpetions- Loveland location. Everything was perfect! The food was good, and all our guests said how beautiuful the room was. The only complaint I can give them is about the bartenders. I told the manager that I did not want any of my guests to be allowed shots- or any straight drinks (we had an open bar). They told me that it was their policy not to give out shots to guests so I did not have to worry. Come to find out, one of the bartenders was indeed giving out shots. I didn't learn this until after the wedding so I can't say it had any affect on the actual day. I would reccomend them to anyone for any occasion.

I couldn't have been more pleased with Receptions - Erlanger, I didn't have to worry about anything. They did everything for me and it was done 110%. The reception was wonderful. It couldn't have been more perfect. The food was great, the staff was great, the room setup was perfect.

Used the Loveland, OH facility and I must say they exceeded everything. We, as well as our guests, raved about how wonderful everything was. Their food was amazing (which was included in the overall price) and staff extremely wonderful. The price came in lower than we had planned for, which is an extreme plus!!!

Overall, I was extremely happy we chose to have our wedding reception at Receptions located in Eastgate. They took so much stress off of my husband, our families, and me! I was totally relaxed on our way to the reception because I just knew that the staff at Receptions was going to take care of everything that needed to be done. They set up my favors, flowers I added to the centerpieces, gift box, champagne glasses, cake knife and server, and decorations in plenty of time. They even packed up all the gifts, extra favors, and decorations at the end of the night, and loaded them into my parents' car. I felt like the price was very reasonable for the amount of guests we had at our wedding. Our package included an ice sculpture and a chocolate fountain, which wasn't really necessary, but, hey, it was free, so we took it. We added open bar service for a very reasonable cost, $2 per person, and although it wasn't top-shelf liquor, the brands were all known(Smirnoff was the vodka at the bar, etc...).The only time we had a slight problem with the company was when the gentleman we were working with switched to another location. We were not informed of this, and were surprised when we called a month before the wedding to check in with him. The lady that worked with us was very nice, but it seemed as though she was unfamiliar with our reception, and she had not even looked at the notes the previous manager had taken. We requested bottled beer instead of draft, and she acted like that could not be done, even though it was already agreed upon. After she looked in our file, she finally agreed that we did, in fact receive bottled beer. It was just a little confusing explaining all our requests over again. The staff was also a little difficult to get a hold of at times. No matter when we called, a person never picked up, and we were sent to their voicemail. It happened EVERY time called, which I found strange. They usually got back to us within three days, but, at times, that's a long time for a bride to be waiting to confirm details. The bartenders working the bar weren't always very friendly, and they wouldn't even swing a free beer to the maid of honor at 12:01, when the cash bar started. I thought just maybe they would let one pass, but oh well. I really can't complain about that. They didn't charge me! :) I would definitely recommend Receptions to any bride. One of the highlights they offer is a room captain that literally follows you around all night and gets you everything you want. It was very nice to have someone to get drinks, food, and wipe the cake off when my husband smashed it, so rudely, into my face!This is what I tell my friends who are getting married now: If you want a stress free wedding, where you don't have to worry about anything be set-up or broken down, book Receptions. It is way more affordable than the Madison, and offers bigger spaces. I had over 400 people at my reception, and, although the Madison said they could do 400, it would have been so cramped people would not have been able to move comfortably. The Madison was also going to charge me a ridiculous amount of money in MARCH!, while Receptions gave me a discount. I was very happy with the service!

All of the staff at Receptions South was more than accomodating during the planning process and throughout the night of the reception. Their prices are competitive to begin with, but add on a winter wedding discount, and you really cannot beat it! All of our guests commented on the quality room setup, ice sculpture, appetizers, and meal. I would recommend Receptions South to any bride or groom!!

We had our ceremony and reception at Receptions Eastgate. The staff there were so helpful. We went to the tasting about a month before the wedding (they have tastings at different times so you could go to an earlier one if you wanted, we chose to do one closer to our date). We were able to view the room multiple times to make sure all of our needs would be met, and they offered the dance floor for our practice of our dance lessons if need be. The bar tenders were great and the captain of our room took care of everyone! My mother walks with a cane and the captain was always right there if she needed anything...which goes to show the level of thought that they put into their service. The food was fantastic and the hand carved meat station was a hit. That was the 2nd wedding we had there that year (my sister got married in May) and we had never heard so many compliments on the food at weddings as we did for the two that were held at the Receptions Eastgate.

Receptions Eastgate took the stress out of planning the wedding. Once we actually decided to go with them, they worked with us on all with all our ceremony/reception needs. The food was great, the alcohol package was VERY reasonable (we got a great deal), and the service provided by the staff was unbelievable.

Receptions East did an exceptional job on our wedding reception. They provided us with awesome food, a beautiful setting, friendly hospitality, and an enjoyable, organized time for all. Thank you Receptions East, for giving us the night of a lifetime!

Absolutely loved this vendor! They were professional, easy to work with, and the quality was fantastic. They offered a great wedding package. Food samplings 4 times a year, tons of napkin colors to chose from and they worked so well with my other vendors. I really appreciate their service. I am a catering manager for a hotel in northeast ohio and understand how hard it is to make a wedding reception perfect for a bride and groom. They truly made my day a really special event. I would recommend them to anyone!

We really enjoyed using Receptions. The prices were very reasonable, the hall was nice, and we were treated well.

Receptions banquet centers offers just fantastic service at a reasonable price. Their staff is always friendly to work with. This company is a well oiled machine! You won't go wrong with Receptions.
