Red Butte Garden

Held our wedding ceremony in the fragrance garden here, it turned out to be absolutely gorgeous and really set the fantastic mood for the entire day. I will always remember the scenery and I know that scenery helped to set the mood and helped to make beautiful memories of that day. They were great to work with up until the wedding and helpful the day of. I would definitely recommend!

Red Butte Garden was the perfect place for a wedding. Our event was June 15th and the gardens were spectacular. We had the ceremony and the fragrance garden and I can't begin to tell you how beautiful it was. People couldn't stop talking about the beauty of the ceremony site. The reception was in the Orangerie and it too was amazing. Unlike many "greenhouse" venues, Red Butte doesn't feel like a crowded jungle. They actually have orange trees and olive trees growing in it. The entire structure is all glass with really tall ceilings with perfect views. The staff was wonderful to work with. The provided golf carts to transport guests to the various locations if they were unable to walk. Most preferred to stroll the gardens however. Normally children are bored silly during a wedding/reception, but the children's gardens kept the children so busy we hardly saw them. They didn't even want to go home. I couldn't imagine the wedding being as perfect if we chose another venue. Many of ours guests are returning with their familiies to enjoy the gardens because they had such a good time. We had our wedding at Red Butte early in June, we were extremely worried with the wet winter extending that we were going to be rained on and not able to have our ceremony at the Fragrance garden... Though, come the day of our wedding the clouds opened up and we had a high of mid-60's and it was gorgeous! The garden looked absolutely stunning and the wisteria that was growing over the dome where we had the ceremony was beautiful. We were so happy with Red Butte, they were extremely helpful and on the ball. Also, after the wedding they gave us our wedding insurance back extremely fast. We were thrilled with our decision to have our wedding and ceremony there!

My wedding day was perfect!

Red Butte Garden was the ideal choice for our wedding. The fragrance garden where we held our ceremony was stunningly beautiful. The gardens have numerous fantastic locations for photographs. The Orangerie easily accommodated our guests for dinner, and later for dancing. Robin was a joy to work with from start to finish, and provided several helpful recommendations for other vendors as well. The presence of a Marriott hotel (with shuttle service to and from Red Butte Garden) very close by made Red Butte Garden convenient for out of town guests as well. To quote my aunt, "Why would anyone in Utah get married anywhere else?"

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the quality of service from the entire staff and the gorgeous, wandering grounds. Extra efforts were made for our guests that required assistance, no matter how small. Very timely and helpful responses came from Robin and Denise whenever we inquired. We would highly recommended this venue (and have) for any special occasion.

The garden is a beautiful place that only adds to the amazing atmosphere of your special day. The Red Butte Garden staffs were very helpful and organized which help with the stress of wedding day nerves and emotions. I highly recommend Red Butte Garden for your special day!

This venue is breathtakingly gorgeous, the guests loved it. Robin and Denise were fantastic. The only issue we had was construction on the adjacent site and construction noise during our garden ceremony; disappointing.

Robin Nelson was absolutely amazing. She was extremely helpful and very organized. The Garden is BEAUTIFUL and I would recommend this location to anyone!

After looking at fancy halls and various reception centers, we choose the Red Butte Garden as our reception site. The gardens are beautiful and offer the best scenery for photos that we could find. The rental includes the use of the Orangerie, a climate controlled, glass walled, indoor botanical garden that has tables space to set up a wonderful reception. Red Butte Garden also has a beautiful fragrance garden overlooking the city that we used for a wedding ceremony. Rental includes a day for bridal party and guest access to the entire gardens during the rental period. If you like outdoor weddings, there isn’t a better place to book your wedding.

This was the perfect space for our wedding ceremony. The staff were happy, accomodating, and professional, we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I was able to photograph a special wedding at this venue. They allowed me to come in & photograph the bride before hand too for her bridals. This extra time was at no charge! What a great place for my artistic style. I captured beautiful sunsets with the bride & groom as well as had a private place to capture the bride as she & her bridesmaids got ready for the evening.

Red Butte Garden is the beautiful venue. Perfect for weddings, gala's, business retreats and more. It has a beautiful view of the sunset each night. Guest can enjoy a peaceful stroll through the gardens too! We enjoy working at Red Butte, the staff is attentive, reliable and professional.
