Reflections on Spring Creek

Reflections on Spring Creek was amazing. My wedding was wonderful. The reason why I am leaving a 4.0 rating is because: (1) they don't really read all the paperwork they want you to fill out about your wedding day, (2) the wedding planner I asked for, is not who I got, she was not very kind.

However, the food is WONDERFUL and it is amazing...

If you are looking for a beautiful, affordable venue Reflections on Spring Creek is the place to choose! They have lovely vaulted ceilings, your choice of a garden or chapel for the wedding and they cater!!
The food was excellent; they have so many choices and food packages to choose from. It is very spacious, lots of room inside for pictures and dancing. The staff is very helpful, you get your own wedding coordinator for that day. They take care of everything for you. My experience was stress free!

I would highly recommend RSC. When we booked there, I felt pretty good about it. They are more along the lines of an all-inclusive venue as they will provide everything except the cake, DJ, and photographer if you want. They do have their own decor you can use but we opted out. I was a little unsure about the blue walls inside, but when I saw the reception hall done up the night of our wedding, it was GORGEOUS. I had many guests tell us it was one of the most beautiful venues/weddings they had been to, which was a pleasant surprise. I was so happy with how everything looked. Our guests and vendors also raved about the food. Chef Jason will literally make anything you want -- anything at all. We had beef tenderloin with a choice of 3 sauces, chicken breast with the choice of two sauces, a mac n cheese bar (omg, this was SO GOOD and our guests went nuts over it), salad, green beans almandine, and several apps. We were told it was the best wedding food that our guests had ever had. Again, I was pleasantly surprised and I can say that the food was really good. The kiddos were provided chicken fingers at no extra charge, which was awesome.

Our wedding coordinator at our venue was Kim and she was absolutely fantastic. She was very organized, personable, easy to work with, and she was always close by to make sure we were taken care of. She helped make sure all the little kiddos at our wedding were assisted as well. Everything went so smoothly that night thanks to Kim!

One last note about Reflections -- Jason, the chef, does most of the front-end customer service at Reflections, and he is really great. He oftentimes bent over backwards to help us when he didn't have to, and it meant the world to us. Great guy that makes some killer food! I would highly, highly recommend this venue.

We had an excellent wedding ceremony and reception at reflections. Very pleased with the organization and management. Lavisa did an excellent job as our wedding coordinator and we could not have asked for more. Jason did an excellent job with the food/service and everyone was complimenting the food. Thank you again for a lovely evening.

Reflections is a beautiful place. Their hall is elegant and their garden is beautiful. The food is excellent their head chef Jason works with you every step of the way and makes great sugguestions on what to pick. Lavisa, who was our coordinator. If we had any questions she was very responsive. At the night of the wedding she was there with us and checked on us.

All of our guests loved the food as well. They also liked they could stay inside or walk around out in the garden made for some amazing pictures.

Reflections has been around for many years and it shows in their quality of customer service and professionalism.

Make sure that you read the fine print. We paid for 50 people at the rehearsal dinner (pricey) last night. Due to delayed flights, etc., there were only 40 max. I was wanting to take the leftovers to feed the late arrivers. At first, I was told that "There are no leftovers." When I stated that I had seen them being carried out, I was told "We can't do it. It violates health code." Don't know about health code, but I checked the contract and it is stated there. Makes me sick that all that food (and money) was wasted. I would have encouraged everyone to eat until it was gone and wish that management had done the same! The food was good, but I cried all the way home. In other areas, the wedding coordinator did a great job. The venue is a bit slow to answer phone calls. We'll see how the wedding goes.

They were a beautiful venue! Their onsite coordinator and their executive chef made it the perfect day. They catered the menu around our needs and worked with us to make sure that we understood everything. They made sure to work with our vendors and ensure a smooth ceremony and reception.

David and I want to thank the entire staff especially Jason for a great job in making our wedding reception a success. I heard but compliments on the food, the abundance of food, the choice and most of all the quality. I loved it because I did not have to worry about having to decorate they had it handled and the room looked beautiful. Not only that but they accomodated us as we came riding on a tandem bike as we were introduced as Mr. and Mrs. for the first time...... thank you Jason for being so patient with me and accomodating all of my needs. I certainly can recommend Reflections on Spring Creek and will certainly choose them for my future events.

Reflections on Spring Creek was the perfect venue for our wedding day. The staff was fantastic. The wedding coordinator kept everything flowing so I didn't have to worry about a thing. The chef was unbelievable and served a wonderful meal. The ambiance of the gardens, with its beautiful flowers, fountains, and koi ponds was perfect for the guests to have a drink and visit. I had numerous guests comment on how much they enjoyed our wedding. It was great to have the whole event at one place. Reflections on Spring Creek is a fabulous place for a wedding! Thank you Reflections for giving us this great memory!

Our wedding was coordinated from out of town since we live in Seattle but were married in Plano. Penny was unreliable on all counts, promising but seldom following through on anything. The maid of honor, who lives in the area, was not allowed to act as proxy for any of the coordination. Food was not delivered as promised. Our vendors were not allowed access to the site to do any prep work. On the day of the wedding, the brides room smelled like a sewer. The AC was barely on so the entire wedding party was sweating before the ceremony -- and not from the stress. If you use this venue and Penny is still there, get everything in writing and keep a copy for your records. Charge everything so you have some recourse when things go wrong, as they did for us.

We had a great experience with Reflections on Spring Creek. I just want to thank all of the staff for being so helpful and taking away all of the stress for us. Jamie made sure I didn't have to worry about a thing and kept me relaxed so I could enjoy my special day. The food was wonderful and the presentation was unbelievable. The gazebo and landscaping outside was wonderful for taking pictures so we will always remember our beautiful celebration. Thanks to all that made our dreams come true!!

With the help of the staff, we were able to stay within our limited budget and our guests were all very impressed with our beautiful wedding. This place was wonderful. They really worked with us and our budget. They were also flexible with some of our last minute changes such as needing to come in early and wanting the reception to go a little longer. Of course we had to pay for the extra time but we had no hassle at all getting this time even though one of the changes was the week of the wedding and the other was the day of.

Jason did an amazing job with the food. You can tell he loves his job and the food he makes. Everyone talked about how wonderful our food was and I have to agree. He worked with our budget to make sure we got a meal we would love for a price we could afford.

The wedding planner did a good job of keeping everything on track time wise.

The only problem I had was with the centerpieces. The venue comes decorated over all. You really don't have to bring anything. When we first went to look at the venue we liked the the centerpieces but when we went back for the tasting we noticed that they had been changed and would no longer work with our colors.

We did have to pay for glasses that had been broken during the reception. This came out of our damage deposit. Luckily there were only a couple of broken glasses.

This venue really did a wonderful job overall. They were very accommodating to us and our very large wedding. The location was beautiful. The staff was very friendly. Jason was amazing to work with. He really made me feel at ease with the whole process and answered any and every question we had.

Reflections on Spring Creek was everything we could ask for in a wedding venue. The decor of the chapel and ballroom is stunning. The chair covers with sashes are provided at no extra cost, and add beautiful ambiance to both rooms. So there is very little if any decorating neccessary for your wedding. Not to mention the beautiful outdoor gazebo and fountains. On the day of our wedding, our on-site coordinator that Reflections provided (Leigh) made sure that our wedding and reception went off without a hitch. Our wedding day flowed smoothly. The Executive Chef Jason Dehner helped us select a menu that was absolutely delicious. We have had so many of our guests comment on how excellent the food was and how elegant the venue was. Reflections on Spring Creek is a fabulous wedding venue, we highly reccommended it to future brides and grooms.

My daughter’s wedding and reception was at Reflections on Spring Creek, February 14th. This is a gorgeous location, inside and out, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the services they provided. Mike was very friendly and always made us feel welcome anytime we came in or called about something. Chef Jason, who helped us stay within our budget, is not only friendly and easy to work with, but also is a terrific chef who prepares really delicious food! Our wedding coordinator, Lavisa, was very helpful and knowledgeable and made sure everything was taken care of and went according to plan. We asked her advice on how things should be done and we are very glad we did because the wedding and reception went so well. We received many sincere complements from our guests on how beautiful everything was (even down to the china) as well as how wonderful the food was. One guest had worked for a different wedding facility for a number of years and commented how impressed he was with Reflections and what a great job they had done. We have many wonderful memories about our experience with Reflections and are happy to recommend them to anyone planning a wedding. Great value for the money!

Wow!! Reflections was truly a blessing for us! Our reception venue closed down 30 days before our wedding and we were left scrambling to put things back together. Everyone at Reflections helped to calm us down and worked with us to help save our day! I can't thank them enough for the outstanding menu, the overflowing hospitality and most of all for making our wedding reception everything I had dreamed it would be!! Thank you so much!! Would highly recommend!! Everything is top notch!!

Reflections on Spring Creek saved our daughter's wedding day! They were exceptionally gracious in working with us and the reception and catering were both lovely and delicious. Their venue is beautiful including the lush gardens outside. Their master chef provided a wonderful reception menu that everyone enjoyed. The owners of this facility and their staff are wonderful people and it is our pleasure to recommend them for any occasion.

Reflections on Spring Creek was a great place for our wedding. Not only were we able to have it all in one place, they provided outstanding food. Jason was wonderful in helping us pick the best meal for our big day. Lavisa was just outstanding with the entire event. She went over everything and made sure it all went smoothly. She never missed a beat and kept us on schedule. I never wanted for anything with food, drinks, or general questions about the night. The price was great especially if you are getting married off season. I would highly recommend Reflections for any event.

This is a beautiful place (the pictures on the website don't it justice at all, in my opinion). We had both our ceremony and reception here and everything was just wonderful. They are very organized, flexible, and take care of so many details for you. Our coordinator was Lavisa and I really enjoyed working with her; she was incredibly helpful and I didn't have to worry about a thing on the wedding day because she had it all under control. The chef, Jason, helped us plan a great menu that even saved us some money in the end, not to mention the food tasted excellent. All of the other staff that I spoke with were friendly and professional.

Reflections is an "all-inclusive" venue, in the sense that they provide things like table linens, chair covers, cake servers, toasting flutes, bridal portrait easel, and a ton of other seemingly minor things that add up very quickly if you have to rent or buy them separately. The cost here is very transparent and there are no hidden fees or surcharges like some other venues around town (i.e. surprise $50 cake cutting fee, etc.) Although we decided to use a florist to provide our centerpieces, you do have the option of using their vases and silk arrangements for centerpieces/altar arrangements which would save you a ton if you're on a tight budget, and still look beautiful. They also assign you a coordinator who helps set up and will make sure everything goes smoothly on your big day, so you don't have to do a thing but sit back and enjoy it.

Reflections is a beautiful venue and I am so happy with the quality of service we received. I would recommend them to anyone! One general piece of advice - make sure when you are planning your budget that you remember to factor in tax and gratuity.

They were very professional and organized. The rooms looked like a million bucks. We could request custom setups and they had lots of centerpieces and other stuff included in the cost of booking. The food was excellent. They really helped us work with in our budget and Chef Jason helped us create an awesome menu.

This is a beautiful place! The staff was wonderful, especially Executive Chef Dehner. We LOVED Reflections on Spring Creek and would tell any bride that she would be lucky to have her event there. Food was excellant and we never felt rushed. A Dream Day that we will always remember.

When we first contacted this venue to hold our wedding, the owner Michael Story, was a bit rude and cocky. He intended it to be humorous, but unfortunately it didn't come off that way in the beginning. We loved the venue so much that we continued to visit and realized that was simply he way of trying to break the ice. Once we decided to use Reflections on Spring Creek to host our wedding, everything became a piece of cake. They take care of the catering in house as well as the liquor so you handle three things through one vendor.

Josh, the head chef, is amazing. His food is excellent and he really knows how to work with a bride on a budget.

Additionally, we were able to use the other owner, Penny Story, as our wedding coordinator. She was absolutely wonderful. Her attention to detail and ability to ensure the bride's day is perfect will be sure to make every bride smile from ear-to-ear on her wedding day!

They were really great and nice until you book with them and once they have your money the service went down hill. It is a beautiful place and I had a great time but the "weddding planners" they assign you and annoying and kinda rude to the families and wedding parties. They are not flexible AT ALL on anything you want-NO real rose petals, we got charged for numerous broken glasses during the reception, you're not allowed in the building more than 30 minutes before the wedding even if there isn't a wedding before yours, etc. They couldve been more helpful on lots of things.

They did a great job. Very pleased!

I've photographed many weddings at this location since it opened. The htg/AC has worked very well in both hot and relatively cold weather. The lighting and services are among the best in the area.
