Regal Cake Gallery

I was an out of town bride planning my wedding. I emailed several bakeries looking for a cake. I came along Regal Cake and emailed back and forth with someone there. I told her my budget and said that I would be in ad out of the LA area on different trips. She said they were in my budget and to stop in for samples and to talk to someone in person whenever I was in town.

I finally made it in and it was awful! I went with my fiance and his dad. First I walked in and the lady asked if I had an appointment. I told her what the other lady said and then she told me to sit there and look through books, even though I had a picture of what I wanted. Finally, I asked her for samples and she went to the fridge and handed us a tiny plate with 5 bites wrapped in plastic wrap and 3 forks. Each bite wasn't even big enough for one person. When we finally talked to the sales person, she said that they couldn't do the cake within my budget, in fact it was about 3 times what my budget was. Then she told me that they could only do it in fondant, yuck! She said it would never work in buttercream. I left and found a bakery who was well within my budget and did the cake in buttercream!!

My cake was part of a package I had with my caterer. I was able to choose between this bakery and a few others. By far, Regal gave me the larger, tastier, and more beautiful cake than the others on my list. I was thrilled with the cake, as was everyone else. Thanks!

I was married this past Saturday and was not sure what to REALLY expect from my cake except that I wanted it in the shape of a heart and it had to be pink. Was I ever blown away!!! We had only sampled their cakes and chose the chocolate and vanilla options as I am not really a "cake person". When I saw it for the first time, I wanted to cry it was so beautiful. I was warned we would "have enough, and then some" but I'm so glad because it was the most delicious cake I've ever tried that I was craving some last night. It was almost too beautiful to even cut into for the cake cutting ceremony. I would highly recommend Regal Cake Gallery.

Good Wedding Cake Shop.

The cake was very nice. It also tasted wonderful. The only thing I had was that for the price I couldn't get a bigger cake. In the end no big deal thoug, I still recommend them.

A very well managed cake shop in the heart of LA with expert wedding cake services. They had a nice selection of cake designs to choose from and all designs were flexible to fit your theme. I chose a cake which was close to what I wanted and they were able to match the icing colors and decorations according to a drawing I provided them. The cake flavor selections were also excellent!!!
