We would highly recommend Relax the Bride for wedding planning. Our wedding was beautful and I was able to be a guest at my own wedding. They came up with many cost cutting ideas that allowed our wedding to be wonderful without breaking the bank. Great job, we are so happy!
Relax the Bride (Relax) is wonderful! We hired Relax to be our DOC planner and were very happy that we did. I first met Nancy Colombo about 6 months before our wedding. She's a very calm and organized person and went over many planning details with me. She had a lot of insights on wedding planning and offered suggestions and ideas that I would never have thought of. After that first meeting, I was convinced that I should hire Relax. About 2 months before our wedding, Nancy checked in again to see how the wedding planning was progressing and asked how she could help. We met with Nancy about 6 weeks before the wedding and went over timeline of the day and our checklist. We fine-tuned this many times before the wedding. Nancy is very responsive to your concerns - she answers emails and phone calls promptly.
When you hire Relax, you actually get two people - Nancy and her husband, Wil. They were there at our rehearsal and at our wedding. My husband said that Wil was great because he was also very calm and offered very good suggestions at the rehearsal. I was so happy that they took care of any glitches that developed. For example, we had some problems with the string quartet we had hired. Nancy made sure that they were performing the job we hired them for and not taking too many breaks. My parents thought that Nancy and Wil were wonderful.
Finally, Relax is actually an affordable DOC planner. When I was initially getting quotes for DOC planners, I received quotes which were substantially higher than Relax and did not offer as much value for their charges. I would highly recommend Relax to any future bride who wants to lighten her stress on her wedding day.

Now that Mario and I have some time to our selves, we wanted to thank you for all your help on our wedding day. You were amazing with your organization and hard work for many hours on that long, but wonderful and unforgettable day! You did everything we asked, from double checking with our priest the night before the wedding to handling problems and last minute schedule changes with our parents instead of us on our special day. As the bride and groom, we never had to deal with a single issue and that helped make our wedding day absolutely PERFECT!
